Zoho CRM email formatting issues

I have been having a hard time with formatting email templates. It feels like Zoho email is "fighting my edits." It refuses to change size, font, etc. Sometimes, the template looks great, then when the email gets sent, it looks completely different- some lines are one font, and others a different....Sometimes, the sizing is different, yet in the template, it looks perfect.

This is a serious issue because it affects our business and makes us seem like we do not know what we are doing.

Major issues are:

inconsistent font sizes

inconsistent spacing

inconsistent styles

emails not appearing as they do in preview when actually sent

We need a fix for this! Any assistance is appreciated.
