Zoho CRM Social Tab Facebook not updating again

That time I ended up deleting my facebook from Zoho CRM Social Tab, and
then I added it again. And it "magically" updated everything correctly.
The same problem is happening again
but if I am going to have to keep removing and adding the facebook
page profile every month, then I believe the problem is with YOUR
application.
What could be the source of this issue?? and what can you, Zoho, do
about it?
The only reason I noticed that it doesn´t work is because I know there
is a new message but I haven´t even opened it yet in order to check if
Zoho would "catch it" BUT it´s already been 3 hours since the
message arrived and Zoho has not yet got it in the system.
I have deleted cookies, restarted the PC, restarted the browser,
reloaded from within the Social Tab and nothing has worked so far. I
have NOT tried deleting Facebook profile yet (like the first time),
because there´s gotta be a BETTER solution for this.
please someone help us.
