Product Enhancements
- In the Create Ticket form, now while you select a Contact you can also see the Subscription and Invoice details associated with the contact and contact's account in the right panel. This is available for all paid editions.
- There is now an option to execute Workflows on Call and Event modules. This option will be available in all paid and its trial editions.
- Cliq Integration has been enhanced and in the V2.0 you can:
- Add few more desk events and get an option to enable and disable notification for each event
- Turn the option to direct message on or off based on your requirements
- While customizing your help center portal, you can now drag and drop "Customer happiness widget" to your theme.
