    • New language support for Myanmar and Khmer is now available.
    • Introduced Zia translator for automatic article translation. Zia translator will automatically translate articles into your preferred language.
  • New updates in the knowledge base 
    • Generate article PDF - You can now download a published article as a PDF on Help Center and Support portals.
    • Introduced Portuguese language support for articles.
    • Light mode preference is now available in REACT application. 
  • New updates in the Community module
    • A lock status for topics in help center is now available to let end-users know when a topic is locked in the help center.
    • You can now associate users badge by editing users from the set up page.
    • Introduced filter by topic option to sort topics by ascending or descending order in help center community search page.
