Other Enhancements
  • Going forward, you can discard article drafts created in the Knowledge Base module.
  • You can now check for duplicate entries of even secondary email IDs in the Contacts module of the Zoho Desk-CRM integration.
  • You can now restrict access to help center categories to a range of custom IPs.
  • The Marketplace detail view can now be pinned and unpinned on the right panel of the Tickets, Contacts, and Accounts pages.
  • Three new access levels have been added to the rating link on the Customer Happiness setup page:
    • Anyone on internet - Anyone on the internet can provide a happiness rating if they have the link.
    • Requester and CC'd user - Requesters and cc'd users can provide a happiness rating by accessing the rating link on email replies.
    • End users - End-users who are authenticated in your help center can provide a happiness rating by accessing the link. Other users will be prompted to sign in to the help center first.
  • Indonesian has been added to the list of languages supported in the multilingual Knowledge Base.
  • You can now customize the logo and description of child categories in the Knowledge Base module.
