Zoho One Tips & Tricks 06 Wachtwoordbeleid instellen 🔒

Wachtwoorden zijn de meest gebruikte authenticatiefactor. Veel gebruikers hergebruiken hetzelfde, onveilige wachtwoord voor al hun online accounts, waardoor de veiligheid van hun organisatie in gevaar komt. Om je tegen deze veelvoorkomende valkuil te beschermen, kun je je gebruikers verplichten om wachtwoorden aan te maken die aan bepaalde veiligheidsnormen voldoen.



In de webapplicatie:
  1. Meld je aan bij Zoho One , klik vervolgens op Directory(tandwiel) rechtsbovenin.
  2. Ga naar Beveiliging, klik op Wachtwoordbeleid en klik vervolgens op het beleid dat u wilt configureren.
  3. Ga naar Wachtwoordbeleid en klik op Installatie.
  4.  Je hebt de mogelijkheid om verschillende Wachtwoordsterktes te selecteren. 
    1. Als je voor Aangepast kiest, kan je de eisen naar je eigen hand instellen:
    2. Bepaal in Aangepast vervolgens aan welke eisen je wachtwoord aan moet voldoen.
  5. Klik op Update Beleid.

 
Een wachtwoordbeleid verwijderen:
  1. Meld je aan bij Zoho One en klik vervolgens op Directory(tandwiel) in het rechterrmenu.
  2. Ga naar Beveiliging en klik vervolgens op Beveiligingsbeleid.
  3. Klik op het beleid waarvoor u het wachtwoord wilt verwijderen.
  4. Ga naar Wachtwoordbeleid en klik vervolgens op Wachtwoordbeleid verwijderen
  5. Klik op Ja, verwijderen. Het wachtwoordbeleid wordt verwijderd en om het nieuwe prioriteitsbeleid voor gebruikers af te dwingen, moet je alle wachtwoorden opnieuw instellen

    NB Als een wachtwoordbeleid wordt verwijderd, wordt het volgende beleid met de hoogste prioriteit toegepast op de gebruiker. Raadpleeg onze     helpdocumentatie voor meer informatie over de prioriteit van beleidsregels.
