If statement with Date
Hi, in Zoho Reports I added a formula column with this If statement: If("Fecha">='19/10/2018', 100, 10) The field Fecha is a date field. What I want to do is that all records that have a date that is equal or greater than 19/10/2018 should have in that column a value of 100, the ones that are less than that date should have a value of 10. My problem is that all records appear with a 100 value in them, instead of the corresponding ones. My DB have records since 16/10/2017 up to date.
KPI widget - set filter, but have Maximum Range ignore it?
I'm trying to create a KPI widget using bullet or dial chart. The data table that I have has a column with date and time, and I would like the Value on the chart to be count of entries with date/time being within a certain range (which I can easily set with a filter), however, for Maximum Range, I'd like to use the total number of entries in the table (but the filter is preventing me from getting that metric). Is there a way around that?
Pulling data from two Zoho Books modules
Hi, I am trying to figure out how to pull data from the Invoices and Expenses modules from Zoho Books to make a Income vs Expense table. I have tried multiple versions of joining tables, but there is no column in the two modules that is named the same. I think the logic here would be to join the tables on the date, but the date columns are named differently. Any ideas on how to do this?

When was the 100K records per employee cap implemented for Zoho One subscriptions.
When I signed up for Zoho One, the limit for Analytics was 5.2 million records with NO "per employee" restriction. Today, I see there is a 100k record per employee limit. I'm a Zoho One single-seat license holder (a Solopreneur) and feel like the ground keeps shifting beneath my feat. When using Zoho Forms, records are stored in Analytics. My license allows for either 20,000 or 200,000 form submissions per month. Unsure because the number has a typo in your plan details page (see attached.) Assuming
Ticket Backlog Trends graph is being refreshed when backlog tickets get closed
We have created a ticket backlogs (Data is being transferred from Desk) trend graph which is based on Ticket Creation date and the actual values of the Unresolved Tickets count. This graph does refresh itself when we close those backlog tickets later on. For example its January column displays 5 total tickets at the moment but when we close one of those tickets then it does refresh itself down to 4. We want the monthly columns to always display the count of tickets which weren't closed at the end

Invited user for a standard plan can't access our workspace
This user has accidentally created a free account on Analytics instead of joining our workspace and unfortunately they can't access the workspace at the moment. How can we delete their free account from the system or at least let them join to our workspace?
Moving Count of previous 12 months
I am trying to create a graph that counts the number of entries in 2 tables per month as a moving count of the previous 12 months. Based on this count, I am calculating the average by dividing the count of one table by the other (by adding a formula). The data I have is for 10 years, but I would like to see only the last 12 months in my graph. I am attaching 2 graphs. One is with Null values selected. This shows the correct data for the previous 12 months, but has 13-24 months also shown as a null
ZOHO Forms to input data into the Tables
I would like to know if it is possible to integrate ZOHO Forms with ZOHO Analytics. This way I an create a form for end users to enter data into the tables. This would need to have drop downs and selections to make it easy and prevent data errors during data entry. Best regards, Sony

Cannot add another dashboard
I have a db which currently has 2 dashboards. I am attempting to add a third, however when I drag a report to the "right hand side" it doesn't drop into place. I seem to be able to add widgets and text but no reports. Possibly related is that when I try to add another report to one of the existing dashboards the same thing happens. Thanks.
Aggregation based on user filters
I have seen this in other analytics packages, but when a user enters a different time period in a filter, the ability to change the time period that the data is aggregated by is also provided (for example, you can change from monthly to a quarterly data aggregation when you extend the period from 6mths to 24mths)

Edit Permission for Shared User
I would like to give Edit functions of a report to a co-worker so both of us can work on building/updating the report for our organization but I do not see how that is possible. Can you help I cannot give ADMIN access of our entire Workspace to this co-worker just certain Databases within the Workspace and Reports created from those Databases.

Zoho UploadTool and OpenJDK
Hello all I have been using the UploadTool provided from Zoho to upload information from our server DB to Zoho Analytics and it worked like a charm with no issue. Thing is that now we have upgraded our server to Ubuntu 18 and configured it with Java "OpenJDK 10". When we try to run the Uploadtoold we get serveral java errors.... Exception in thread "main" java.lang.NullPointerException at com.adventnet.zoho.client.report.advancedtool.AdvancedUploader.logException(AdvancedUploader.java:887)
How to get this function to return a currency?
I am using a column formula to create a report that shows what will be invoiced each month (projected out years in advance). For example, my August 2021 column contains this formula: if((iscontains( "Invoice Dates",'Aug21')), "Standard Invoice Amount",'' ) The "Invoice Dates" column contains all the dates that a customer will be invoiced. For example a row in the column might say, "Aug19; Aug20; Aug21", and the "Standard Invoice Amount" will be whatever the contract says the customer will be invoiced.
Using Zoho Upload Tool to connect more then one Database
Currently I`m using the Upload Tool to connect a Firebird local DB with my Zoho Account, but now I need to add a new local DB in the process (also Firebird). Is it possible to do this? I can do it just editing the configuration archives or do I need to create a new archive and do a separated process? Thanks for de help.
Lookup column unresponsive
When amending data in my table (TblInspection) where there is a lookup column, I almost always get the "page is unresponsive" error. On clicking on wait, it normally disappears. This is getting to be quite a distraction and would request that the response time is reduced. The lookup column is linked to a table where there are 18500 rows to lookup from. Sony

Hello All I am using Zoho Analytics and tried to share a Dashboard I have created with another user sending the invitation by mail through the normal "Share This View" link. When the user clicks on the link he only sees an error page saying that was not possible to open the view. What am I doing wrong? Thanks
Using Zoho DataBridge to connect a Firebird Database
I`m trying to connect my local firebird DB with my zoho analytics account, but in the importing page there isn't the firebird type of DB. Databridge can`t be used with firebird? Currently I`m using zoho upload tool to do the job, but now I need to connect more then one dataset, so i thought that would be easier to use databridge. Thanks for the help.
Minimum range in bullet chart widget
I am plotting bond prices, which have a range that centers on 100, rather than being zero-based. The bullet chart widget currently has a dynamically assignable maximum value percentage, but I would like to also be able to specify a minimum value so smaller variances can be seen. For instance, if my values are all between 95-105, a chart that shows a range of (105 - 0) = 105 values shows very little visual difference between a price of 101 or a price of 104 (approximately 3% visual difference). Formatting summary view without gridlines
This seems like it should be a simple update to the table themes. We get requests for client lists fairly routinely, and I have a summary view that is user-filterable for things like budget size, region, sector, etc. I also have a branded dashboard that I export as pdf containing this table. I would really like the table to appear as a list instead of as an spreadsheet. Is it possible to create a table "theme" where the grid lines are invisible? Or just the topline is visible? Not this:

What I would like to get from Zoho Analytics is a chart that would reflect the Average of the "SUM(QTY") but per days of the month. Drill down into a bar on a stacked bar graph changes the per bar counting method
When I drill down into a bar on a stacked bar type graph then the bar counts on the resulting graph do change to "adding style". What I mean with "adding style" is that each consequent bar on the resulting graph does display the total value of the former (the ones to the left) bar values plus its self value. This problem only happens on the drill down graphs but not on the main report. Please check the following sample. Is there a way to fix this issue ?
Add same column in multiple reports
Hi, I have added a new field on Zoho and I now want to display this in several reports. I've added it into the list of fields easily and it now shows in one of my reports.
