Contacts cannot be added to the same workflow twice?
We have been told by tech support that a contact can't be added to the same workflow twice, but they did not offer a work-around. Has anyone come up with a work-around for this? We can't be the only ones who are having trouble with this? It is very common to have repeat customers who need to be in the same workflow twice. Images load properly the FIRST time but not afterwards
This is quite frustrating because it's SO close to working correctly! It starts out fine. If I start a campaign, put in images, resize them correctly, and send it out - it looks great. Good morning, I created a mailing list, sent a campaign, and now realized I missed adding an email address. I added it to the mailing list but now I'm not able to resend the campaign to that ONE address - instead it only allows me to send it to the whole list. Now, I did try to exclude the others by selecting the "exclude" area and selecting the titles of the previous campaigns - oddly enough it does remove some email address but it also removes the new one and leaves some of the others on the list
