Hi, I have created a series of emails as 'Email campaigns'. I am now happy with the design of these. I now wish to create a workflow to send these emails at specific times after a contact is added to my CRM database. My question at the moment is how do I export this email design that I have created and load it as part of my email workflow? I can't seem to find an option to add it to a library or something like that to use my emails designs in the email workflow. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Hello, I have tried to use the editor to create my mailing campaign but it creates some very unnecessary HTML and it also lacks some options... I'm trying to add a shadow to a text element. I use the edit code button to add the correct style to it but it then gets changed! The code i'm adding is style="box-shadow:black 10px 0 0 0;" and it gets squashed to style="box-shadow:black10px000;" so it does not work. Hello I am trying to design a newsletter template that has a smaller left side column in comparison to the right side. I was wondering if anyone had some tips for this because I noticed by using the Zoho templates there is not much customization. The two columns have to match side by side and they cannot stagger, which makes the newsletter look a little out of place. How do I filter my contacts on a given campaign based on IP address?
In other words, I would like to do analysis of my mailing list based on country/IP address. I would like to create segments or a new mailing but only to folks in Denmark or with an IP address associated with that country. How do I do this? The country is not found in the associated data in the CRM.
