When I open from Google Apps UI a tab opens with URL: https://campaigns.zoho.com/home.do?todo=fromgoogle And the it generates the error message: ???zc.error??? Zoho CRM works fine though. What to do?? Thanks for prompt reply..... Gert.

I am trying to set up campaigns for potentials. Mainly for customer fall off. Is there a way to set up a campaign and import potentials? When we have a potential that is not interested we wanted to add them to a campaign and send out a survey. I have created my very first Automation campaign. Now that the second message has been reviewed, I am permitted to schedule it. Yet, all you provide is a delay based on either hours, days, or months. I need to set up to send out the drip emails only on business days of the week. Seemed, we can set send setting only with specific time/day/month interval from the time joining the list. As for example, we have set up to send out the email 3 days later from the time joining the list but if it is Saturday, we don't like to send out this email on that day, rather we like to send out the email on next Monday. Hello, My domain is said to be verified but i still see that when I send mail it shows up with "via zcsend.net" after the senders information. What can I do to fix this? Huge delay in campaign delivery
We have a newsletter that is sent every day at 4:00PM. I have checked the delivery progression and it seems campaigns are sent in batch of a thousand. The big issue is that some people are receiving their email more than a day later.
