My average email open rate since switching over to Zoho Campaigns is under 10%. The previous platform we used (SharpSpring) was consistently in the mid-20s. Best way to notify groups on Customers
On our current help desk tool (Kayako) we are able to send out an email notification to a group of Contacts. We use this primarily when there are a number of Contacts impacted by an immediate issue and are able to keep the up to date as we resolve it. What is the best way to accomplish this in Desk? Emails sent from Campaigns look great everywhere except Microsoft Outlook

I have created a template and my header and footer look fantastic - the email looks great when I send it to Gmail, Yahoo, when I open it in my personal email provider's web portal, and even on my iPhone. Hi there, We have a main mailing list set up for all our our subscribers. When someone has donated to our organization, we'd like to exclude them from the list in subsequent emails that make the same donation ask. How do we do this? When I clicked "exclude contacts" on the mail screen it only gives me the option to exclude contacts who we have sent previous campaigns. I need to exclude certain individual contacts. Please advise.
