Why are some emails landing in junk/spam?
Hello, Our company has sent a few campaigns with great success, however, we have had people come back to us telling us our mailers are landing in junk/spam folders. Our domain has been authenticated, could it be possibly from adding hyperlinks or images?
Zoho Campaigns - Group E-mails not imported from Zoho CRM
Hi there, from another forum post I see that this has come up already: I have synced a list from my CRM account to Campaigns but all emails that start with "info", or "mail" or such did not get imported as they are labeled as group emails. They are in fact not email-addresses belonging to groups, but individuals whose email addresses just happen to be like that. But I need them to sync to Campaigns I also see from other forum posts that this is an option you can enable though, correct? Please do
problem in Campaign Preview
Hi, Something strange with the preview panel of a cloned campaign, it doesn't display the correct data. In the preview panel, the displayed content is a part of a previous campaign and a part of the new campaign. If I update the campaign content, close the campaign and open it again the content was updated. But If I want to preview the campaign and if I send a test campaign the content is wrong.bIf I create a model from that campaign, the model seems not be right created. I obtain a :-( Very Strange!
Auto Responder Email Not sending test
As the title states, I have a new autoresponder that is to go out next Monday. I have the content made, and when I go to edit it is it proper. However when I try to send a test to make sure it works it shows the old template that tI used. I have tried clearing my cache but it's still happening. Does anyone have any fixes?
Reused a campaign made by another user, approved to send, however it doesn't actually send
Hello, I have been approved to send a campaign, so I clicked send NOW...it shows that it was sent. I cannot locate the campaign now to see the reports, and have changed all of the filters to ALL users all campaigns. Where did it go/not go?
Is there way to export zoho Campaigns "All Contacts" and their associated lists
I know you can go in to each individual contact and see the list they are associated with but how can you see this in a report or export?

I was working on a campaign, using a very simple basic template. Initially, I started noticing huge lags when trying to upload images, which can take up to 2 minutes to get uploaded. Then today at one point it went go through the whole loading screen after having selected the picture I wanted to upload, but then when the loading screen was over no picture was there. Image in email not showing on mobile but does show on desktop.
Hi Zoho, I've created a campaign that has an image just under the first paragraph. When I send this campaign, the pictures shows on the desktop but doesn't show on mobile. I've also compressed the image so it's under 1mb and that still doesn't make it show. How do I make sure they always show on mobile? Please see images attached for reference. Hi All, Can anyone suggest what are the requisites to have the mails land in main inbox and not in promotion or spam? Not able to save sender address (same as account email) in campaign
Hi, today we tried to send our first campaign but are not able to do so. In the sender address, we are unable to save our own account email address as a sender. Further, when we tried to go to the "manage senders" page to verify the domain/address (which btw is the same as the account), we got the message "Duplicate address found". Can someone please help?
What is the primary difference between autoresponder and workflow use?
I've read the information about automation and I'm trying to understand what the a difference between autoresponder and workflow is...they seem to both get the same job done. If I use autoresponder do I ALSO use workflows for the same campaigns? I would be planning to do an autoresponder based on Sign Up, with 3 messages total.

Hi, For a set of targeted newsletter, we want our sales to be able to contact who click on links in the newsletter. There is a report available to download in the Report tab, under Recipient Activities. So today, our Marketing is downling the CSV file, and copy paste each recipient and clicked link into the CRM as new task... Connecting Woocommerce with Zoho Campaigns
I am trying to sync my woocommerce store with Zoho Campaigns. I have the zoho campaigns plugin installed, I have connected my account to the plugin. However, when I select Ecommerce option in the plugin and then connect store, It gets the option to approve the store access, once I click approve I get the error "accessed denied" on the tab with the error in the browser window "Error: Missing parameter return_url". I am unsure what or where to set a return URL. Please help.

Sending messages to group emails
We have an existing customer base and want to use the campaigns tool to send them product updates but your importer does not allow "admin@" accounts. These are paying customers not potential sales leads. Is there any way to import and message them? Thanks in advance. Dave.

So far there have been 2 issues when importing contacts that I can't seem to find any information on: group emails contacts removed Why can't group emails be included and why were there a list of contacts removed when I uploaded? Synchronization Zoho Campains with Zoho CRM
I configured sync between Campaigns and CRM for a list of contacts in Campains that match the specified criteria in CRM. As far as I could understand, synchronization involves the constant addition of new contacts from the CPM that meet the criteria, but the old contacts that no longer match are not deleted from the list. I have a question about the unsubscribe settings screen for the Zoho campaign. I can't understand the difference between "Unsubscribe" in "Pages and Emails" in the list and "Unsubscribe" in "Pages and Emails" in the settings. Zoho Campaign Library
We have some users with images in collections within the Zoho campaign library. Even though all the permissions are set correctly (all the permissions granted) for the role and all the users are in the same role the users cannot see or add images to other user's collections. Not even using the standard admin account can modify other’s collections. Is there a way to share collections or to just give full access to all the users within a role to the other users libraries in the role?

Our company is new to ZOHO (CRM plus) and I am pretty sure my configuration in Campaigns is correct - we verified the domains through our email host etc. and I have reviewed several times.
