Reply To Address - Zoho
We have set the reply to ryan@xxxxx in the campaign, and set it as the forwarding address. However, when sending out the campaign, this was the reply to address and upon testing the reply, I am unable to find where the reply is being sent to. It has also NOT been forwarded to ryan@xxxxx See attachements. Please advise.

Custom fields are not showing up in Campaigns
Hey, I have synced my CRM with Campaigns. I have a custom field "Status". I'd like to segment by those answers; active, canceled, paused. That field isn't showing up in campaigns when I try to create a segment. Why is this?/
Editing autoresponders
I just noticed that if I create a a Campaign, I cannot edit the message once it has been sent. I can only clone it. What about with autoresponders? I might want a sequence of say 5 follow up messages using an autoresponder. Once that sequence has already been started and people are receiving the messages, can I go in and add more messages so I extend it to say 15 messages? Or is it like the Campaigns, where once you have sent it to a list, you cannot edit it?

Hi, How can i reverse a sync on a particular contact list? Somehow my CRM Contacts master list sync with my other clients individual mailing lists wrongly. Now they have emails on their list that is not pertaining to their business.

Cant add contacts from ignored list
I'm trying to import a contact list for my email campaigns but it seems emails beginning with info@ and services@ are being ignored. Can you please explain to me why this is happening and enable them, these are customers we have been trading with for many years and it makes no sense you would not allow them to be used?
Sent email campaign now cannot find campaign results
Sent email campaign now cannot find campaign results. Site seems glitchy etc. Email campaign appears in campaign dashboard as if never "reviewed" nor the "sent" though I went through the process for both. What gives?

We are considering using Zoho Campaigns for email marketing automation but have first hand account from experienced users and consultants that the deliverability rate of emails from Zoho Campaigns has been poor in the past. Too many emails get sent to SPAM when sent from Zoho Campaigns, even after setting up DKIM, SPF, and DMARC. Hi Zoho team! I'm finalizing the setup of Zoho Campaigns and it seems like there is a problem of synchronization between Zoho CRM & Zoho Campaigns when data have been updated in Zoho CRM. For eg: I've changed the job category "from CEO to Marketing" on specific contacts in Zoho CRM, but data have not been changed in Zoho Campaigns (in then my segmentation is not relevant anymore). How to share lists across users in Campaigns
As the title states. I want to share the lists I have created with the other users in the Campaign tool. Currently, we each have to make the same list over and over again for each account but it would be great if we could just share one version of the list between all of us. Synch from CRM to Campagin
Is there a way to find all the fields the Campaign is importing and list the unmapped fields so can either add a new field or correctly map it. It seems you have to keep mapping one at a time and if it is already in campaign then you get alert already in campaign. It would be so much easier if we knew only the ones which need mapping or to be added. I want all the fields that I added in CRM as a view to be added in CRM but not all zoho fields, only the ones I added in a particular view.

List not showing when setting up a sync in campaigns
I am trying to create a sync to an already existing list in Campaigns, but the list is not showing up in the dropdown. The list already have another two syncs mapped to it. Is there a limitation on the number of syncs a list can has? Or is it a bug? Cheers, Daniel

Unsubscribes Not Moved to Do-Not-Mail

Zoho Campaigns to CRM - Opt Out not syncing
Hi! I have run a campaign from Zoho Campaigns creating the initial list from a sync from Zoho CRM. The contacts who have responded to the canmpiagn and unsubscribed (and are now marked as Do Not Mail within Zoho Campaigns) are not being updated back to Zoho CRM. The Email Opt Out flag remains blank in Zoho CRM. The campaign status is being pushed back to the Contact record in Zoho CRM and I can see this in the contact record. Why my images on campaign appear extended vertically when it's previewed?
Hi, I'm trying to make new campaign right now and the images don't work well. I'm putting two images in a campaign and I think the size of them are small enough (One is 68.1 kb and the other is 235 kb). But those are appear extended vertically when I previewed it. Sharing Campaign Email Templates
I have read so many articles but all appear to be outdated. I create a template for our standard users so they can created newsletters. The don't appear to have any access to see or choose the template when creating the email campaign. Setting admin shows they should have access but they still don't. There is no ability to share the folders(old solution) there is no ability to assign custom role other than making them admins... What do I do?

Syncing Origin and to Leads only
Hello, I feel that the Campaign plugin for Wordpress is the right solution for me. I keep my contacts and leads in Zoho CRM and syncing will automate the task of updating it. But I still have some questions : * Will I be able to flag the newly subscribed contacts or leads as "Campaign" in the Origin field in CRM ? * Is it possible to sync all new subscribers from Campaign as Leads in CRM (rather than Lead or Contact) whether they have completed a Company field or not ? I have reached the number of custom fields that I am able to create in Zoho Campaigns. Before I delete fields that I am no longer using, I need to know what will happen to the data associated with the custom field? If a recipient of the campaign opens the email with the deleted field will they still be able to see the content?

Hi Zoho, I have been searching for this functionality and took me few hours to resolve, what and how the idea of email forwarding should work with your solution. So first is idea of explaining better the whole think to users. Not so trivial. There still must be something in settings I don't get, so my forwards does not work. Mass remove contacts from a list, while keeping them on another list.
Hi commmunity! We want to clean up an important list (list #1) of contacts while keeping them on another list (list #2). This way the import to the 'Do-Not-Mail'-list is no option, i think. I want to make an export of the 'Never Opened' in 'Listbased Reports' and import them in a way to clean up list #1, but not remove them from list #2. So how do i clean up list #1 while keeping them on list #2? Hopefully i can make my question clear this way. If extra information is needed, let me know. Thanks
Flow integration with Textiful to Zoho Campaigns
Currently we use Zapier to integrate Textiful info into ConvertKit. As we are in the process of migrating most of our third party tools into Zoho One, we wondered when we could switch to using Flow to take Textiful data into Campaigns (which we will transfer into from ConvertKit).
