CRM contacts not in contacts
I have several contacts that are not being synchronized from the CRM to the campaign module. The contacts are in the view to by synchronized and were not recently created.

I use your entire suite of products, and I am genuinely happy with everything I touch. I help other people who need help setting up zoho or learning how to use it. URGENT campaign needs review approval
Dear ZOHO campaign, I submitted a campaign for a review, have been waiting for over an hour, and have had no reply from Support. We have sent multiple campaigns, and I do not know why this is an issue now. This campaign MUST go out at 6am PST, and I would like to not have to stay up all night waiting for approval. Unusual number of bounced emails
Hi, My monthly email campaigns traditionally have around 4-5 bounces per month. My most recent campaign had an unusually large number of bounced emails - 132! It doesn't sound right to me as I know a lot of the recipients personally. How can I check if this is a mistake? Thanks.

Images won't load in outlook?
I made a basic campaign and sent it to myself - my office uses Outlook. I have to download the images if I want to see them, which is the case for all outlook users, according to my boss. This is a big problem, because most of our client base uses Outlook as well, and I don't think many would be bothered to click "download". Can this be fixed, or is this just inevitable? I rang customer support and they said it can't be fixed, but I would like to be sure.

Converted leads not being unsubscribed
I have noticed that the last few converted leads have not been unsubscribed from my contact list when synced. I have checked the fetch details, and nothing has been changed.

hi! need solution for regular email campaign 1) there is about 48 emails in year 2) each email assigned to specific date 3) emails dates are specific only to such emails, and not to subscribers dates 4) emails in campaign need to be repeated every year (01 dec 16, 01 dec 17, 01 dec 18, 01 dec 19, ....) example of emails in campaign: email1 - 01 dec email2 - 10 dec email3 - 15 dec email4 - 25 dec email5 - 02 jan email5 - 11 jan email6 - 16 jan email7 - 26 jan and so on... Hello, How is possible have more than 4000 contacts at CRM and then, when I make the sync to campaigns of all contacts, the zoho only sync 2100 contacts to campaign? Where are the others? Whats happen? They are more than 1900 contacts missing. Can you help me please? Thanks

Email formatting is differs with email platforms (Gmail, Outlook, Apple Mail, Mobile)
The preview of the email looks fine, but when it is sent to different platforms, the some font sizes change. Also, on mobile the email, which is supposed to have 2 columns, condenses into one column. We would like the email to look uniform on all platforms. How do we fix this issue?

Email campaign - Images slow to load
Hi Zoho, I have created an email campaign using the template creator and inserted a few images with a size of less than 1MB. However when testing the email, the images are very slow to load, even using a good Internet connection. Is that a problem of size? How to solve that? Thanks

It's time to send out Thanks Giving notes using Campaign. To that, we only send out one email every couple of months to cour customers. After waiting 24 hours, the campaign is still not reviewed. And all of a sudden we get an email from Zoho that our account is on hold. Claiming we have not responded int the past to their Abuse email. That is an absolutely bogus claim. So a call was placed in their office. After the usual run-around, there is no-one to take a call, and we are waiting for a callback.
Campaign Email Display On Mobile Devices Distorted
