Hello, I have created a campaign, but now I can't edit then content. I see the preview version in html (step 2 - the content), but when I click "Edit Content", it doesn't load the content, it is empty. Fonts are changing sizes and look differently on mobile (Gmail) and Outlook (Web)
Is anybody having a problem where the text appears a different size on mobile devices than on Outlook? I finally got the email to display properly on PC's and then went on to do a final test on mobile before sending only to discover that half of the text is randomly in a bigger font. Road Runner (Time Warner Cable) stops Feedback Loop service
Hello, It looks like RR (Time Warner Cable) has stopped Feedback Loop service. This means that Feedback Loop data will not be sent from Roadrunner's service to email senders in the future. What is Feedback Loop Service? Whenever an email recipient marks an email as spam, their ESP/ISP notifies the sender (in this case, Zoho Campaigns). I am trying to integrate Zoho Campaigns with Zoho CRM. I used a different email address when I set up Zoho CRM, but I have changed this to the current email address. I can see the old emails when I select integrations on Zoho Campaigns, but when I try to add my new email address with the ZSC, I get the message 'UserName you entered is already exist' even though the email address is not displayed. Hi Everyone, Importing new contacts, means you have to map all the information from excel into Zoho-campaigns. However, not all fields in excel can be uploaded or matched in Zoho-Campaigns. An example: the excel sheet contains all info concerning "opt-in" or "confirmed time" Unfortunately these fields aren't visible in Zoho-campaings. Hello! I want to be able to pull company information from my leads. This is what I have set up so far... $[UD:COMPANY|your agency|]$ ...but in the mails I'm sending to myself, it's only showing "your agency" not the company name associated with those email addresses. Can you only use merge tags for Contacts, not Leads?

Dear Support, I had an A/B test campaign scheduled to send last Thursday (10/26/17) at 11:30 AM. The email was approved promptly and sent the A/B test for subject lines at 11:30. HOWEVER, the email was then CANCELLED with no explanation as to why? Hi there, I sent A/B campaign with an AB testing feature to the 348 recipiens. I've received the report that 174 emails sent (this is only 50% of my recipients). On the other hand I received communication: " Version A succeeded the test based on max unique clicks, hence was sent to the remaining 50% of recipients." In Zoho Campaign, list management, is it possible to edit and to add personalised fields in the Segment Criteria fields? We have created lists divided by countries but within those countries we would like to be able to segment for example profession and status of candidates, but those fields (the ones we need) do not appear in the Segment Criteria list.
