Mapped Title from CRM to Campaign but the Title Got Cut Off
I want to be able to create a segment from a master list of just Chief Financial Officers. In our CRM, these contacts are listed as Chief Financial Officers, Chief of Finance, VP of Finance, etc. So my hope was to do the following: 1. Map the "Title" in our CRM to a "Title" in Campaigns. 2. Segment based on "contains" "financ" However, after mapping the "Title", I noticed in Campaigns that some longer titles got truncated. So I am concerned my segment will be left with an incomplete list.
huge number of bounced emails after sending campaign
Hello, I have a question. After I sent 2 campaigns last week I saw that there was a huge number of bounced contacts. ex 323 contacts in total . 84 have received and opened the email 81 contacts did not open the e mail and 158 bounced contacts. Hi, I have an argumentative contact on Zoho CRM who I no longer want to engage with but whose historical records I have to keep. I have created an Email Opt Out tick box in CRM some time ago and have a sync running to Campaigns for all contacts that excludes any with this box ticked. Today, I have sent my latest newsletter and to my surprise, this guy has received it and then replied. Why is he receiving my newsletter when I have the campaign and CRM linked and set up this way? Zoho Campaign form code & Slider Revolution (Wordpress)
Hi, I'm running Wordpress (with Woocommerce) since few months. I found the Zoho Campaign forms really intuitive but it seams that it's not working with my website. As soon I copy/paste the code for my form (Generated by Zoho website), my Revolution Slider is not loading anymore. Single Spacing
I am making a regular campaign using a basic template. I am using Arial font, however, when I try to change the spacing to single-spacing, the only option I see is 1.7-2.2. Is there a way to make the spacing on my email single? Thank you for your help!

I belong to an organization that has used Zoho Campaign for over five years. In that time we have seen no real improvement int he product. The interface and functionality hasn't really improved. There are things that should be easy to do, that aren't. Anyone else look at the alternatives and recommend one over Zoho Campaigns? MailChimp is one ofthe obvious alternatives. Any others?

Newsletter display issue on different Email Clients
This query is regarding a campaign created on ZOHO, however the e-mailer is not showing properly on GMail & Mobile Mail Client, attached its the screenshot on the same.
** Update Profile Form **
I understand that an existing contact within Campaign can update a profile by clicking on the "Update Profile" link within an email campaign, this appears to be the only way the update profile email can be generated. Is there a way to create an update profile form where an existing contact can input his email address, click submit, and receive the update profile email? If there are any other ways to trigger the update profile email outside of clicking the link within a Campaign email I'd appreciate
Can I edit the plain text version of my campaign separately from the HMTL version?
I have a campaign and I have uploaded the HTML and that works great. However I would like the plain text version of this email to read differently than the HTML version. In other campaign managers I've used you can edit the HTML version and also edit the Plain text version so you can get your email just right. Is there a way I can do this in zoho campaign? Zoho is not saving my custom HTML email templates
Hello, I want to create email templates from custom HTML I created. But my code keeps disappearing after I exit the email editing window. I seem unable to add a logo to our sign-up form. Is there an option to do this?
I lost several hours of work because saving an email campaign is simply not working.
I'm incredibly frustrated because I spent three hours working on an email template tonight, only to have my work reverted back to the original template -- twice. I'm on a Mac v 10.13 using Google Chrome Version 61.0.3163.100 (Official Build) (64-bit). The cache is cleared upon exit. <rant> Other people seem to have reported this issue over the years, and I'm in a place where I don't trust the email template portion of Zoho to work reliably. The campaign interface needs incredible improvement. </rant>
Users not associated to our account
We use Google Apps for Work, Zoho CRM and now Zoho Campaigns. We have two users who launched Zoho Campaigns from their Google Apps list but didn't get associated with our account -- they don't see other users, existing contacts and campaigns, etc. The affected users are bsmikle@schafferresults.com and mpratt@schafferresults.com I see this seems to be a fairly common problem. Problem with response in campaign
Hello, I'm trying to use Zoho Campaign and when I send an e-mail to test the service, the response don't came to my e-mail. When the user click to response, he sends an email to himself. If I send an e-mail to "geffey@gmail.com" and he clicks to response, he will send an email to... "geffey@gmail.com". How can I solve this? Thanks for your attention!

Zoho authentication with Shopify
Hello We started using the the Zoho campaigns facility on the free plan. We went through the process of associating our account with Shopify. However when we did this we received a popup window saying that it was successfully associated, and if window does not close in 10 secs, we should close it and reload Zoho compaigns. Well the window did not close, we reloaded the Zoho campaigns page. We just cant seem to get it authorised all though the Zoho campaign app is visible in our Shopify app section

Hello, recently we have noticed that some of our banners are not showing properly on certain email clients. We have noticed that also a "hidden" class has been added as well as a "display:none!important" attribute has been added. We don't know where it comes from. Hi, We had recently run an email campaign and the bounce rate inadvertently happened to be very high of around 14%. We have planned to re-execute our campaign efforts in variegated ways in the forthcoming days, hence can you please help in removing or permanently deleting the bounced email Ids from our list. Currently, I copy that email campaign (that was sent) so I can reuse the template for the new mail. Is there a way to save that email that I sent before as a template? Before we start using Soho Campaigns to send out thousands of e-mails, we want to make sure they do not end up in the Junk mail folder of recipients as SPAM! Did two small tests sending mails to Office 365, Gmail and Hotmail accounts. Tried both a simple plain text e-mail and a more rich HTML+Plain text version. Hi, I am using the trial edition of Zoho CRM plus and I was interested if a few things were possible and how to do. 1) Can you automate different email replies based on website activity. For example, a returning visitor has done perhaps one the following: been to the website 3 times, he is on the website now, he has downloaded 2 whitepapers, he has visited our shop twice; or even perhaps even if you change his lead score then send a mail.
