can't import email addresses
I don't understand what the format needs to be in order to import contacts. I have tried adding a header at the top that says: first name,last name,email address but that didn't work. The file I want to import just has those 3 fields. But every time I try to import that file it doesn't work. I have tried .csv and xls and xlsx. None worked. What should the header say exactly in order for this to work. Also when I tried selecting the items in the map these fields page that didn't work either. If there

We have 2 domains with SPF and DKIM authentication checked within our Zoho account. Let's say they are: abc.com and xyz.com. We've been using abc.com regularly for a year. But we want to switch the sender address to focus attention to our product site, xyz.com. Can we just make that switch on our next email blast, or do we need to take any steps to ensure our deliverability is as good as it should be? There is no option to "delete" the e-mail that is currently active and activate the cloned one with the edited information.

How to improve open rate?
Hello Zoho experts, We recently moved from Mailchimp to Zoho Campaigns and copied all the email lists. Now I just sent an email campaign which got an open rate of 16,7%. This is of itself not bad of course, but we had opening rates of 25% to 30% in Mailchimp before, with the exact same mail adresses. Syncing Invoice To Campaign
Is there a way to sync the invoice data to Zoho Campaign (just with the contact name attached to the fields/modules)? When I tried syncing the first time it asks me for email address. At this point, it would be impossible to create a new field and add everyone's email. Please help!
Not receiving test emails/campaign reviewed emails
I am not receiving test emails to ensure that my campaign is formatted properly. I am also not receiving email notifications once my campaign is reviewed, approved and ready to be sent. This has been an ongoing issue for me. Thank you for your help.
RSS Feed Not Working
We have an RSS feed that we are using that used to work and then stop working all of a sudden. We made a clone of the campaign and then tested it with a feed from the development environment of the same site and it worked. The two RSS feeds are structured exactly the same so it is difficult to find what is causing this issue. Has anyone had any issue similar to this?

Hi I have followed all the discussions regarding the Sync of contacts from Zoho Crm to Zoho Campaigns. I have edited the fetch, selected all data and initiated it. However once the sync is complete I am still missing the newly updated contacts on Zoho Campaigns. How do I fix this? Thanks
email layout got shrinked to 1 column in Zoho campaigns
I created and imported an email in zoho campaigns. However zoho is shrinking the layout. Why ? I have places where there are 2 columns, but the layout is shrinked to 1 column. Any idea why an how to resolve this problem.

Can I use a custom field in CRM to select in Campaigns
I have a custom field within my CRM which designates a group/sub group. I can use it as criteria to sync a list but not to produce sublists within the campaign, should I be able to see the custom field within campaigns? I cannot map it or select it in Campaigns, it is a multi select format.

Hi there, I would like to send out an email campaign to all the unopened contacts of my A/B test campaign. I have read that i'd have to export the contacts to a new mailing list. Could you give me some guidance on this please? I have exported the contacts and it auto-downloaded to an excel spreadsheet. What are the next steps? Missing link in email
We had a large mailer go out (28,000 recipients). In the email included a URL after the words "click this link:" It appears that for some the link appeared but for many there is only blank space where the field should have appeared. Has anyone experienced this or know what would cause the link to only appear in some emails?

Hi, I've just created a full email campaign without issue and I saved it and when I went to go back in and change one minor thing, all the images are half-showing and not loading This has happened before with no explanation and someone from the Zoho team had to log onto my computer to fix it. Unopened Rates
Hi there, I am concerned about the unopened rate in regards to the email campaign I recently sent out. Whenever I add a specific colleague on to the send list - the email without a doubt, goes in to her junk mail even after authenticating our domain. I'm thinking this is the case with the recent campaign we sent out? It's the highest unopened rate we've have ever received. Is there a solution to this?
