E-mail cannot be invited for Zoho Campaigns
Hi I have the same exact issue from this thread : https://help.zoho.com/portal/en/community/topic/can-not-add-users-in-zoho-campaigns I cannot post a reply on the thread so I created a separate topic. My e-mail is vcorbilla@gmail.com and my boss cannot send invite , it says that my e-mail is already with a different organization, I need help to remove my e-mail on that organization so my boss can re-send the invite. Campaigns and CRM integration doesn't work correctly
I mapped related fields. But it doesn't work for multiselect custom fields. I have one more question, I can't find "sync now" button. Why should I wait next retrieval time?

Embed links on uploaded photo & different buttons/fonts?
Is it possible to embed photos that are uploaded with a link on various parts of the photo? Or if not, the entire image? And are there any other button options other than the rectangle? Would be nice to know how to customize them, or upload a different button. Also, is it possible to upload fonts to use for the templates as well? Would be nice to use our company font. Thanks!

Can Campaign be a stand alone app?
Hi, just wondering can the app campaign run by itself without CRM? Meaning, a user register or purchase a Campaign account and use it without setting up CRM first? In another word, to use campaign independently without connecting to any CRM organization.
Pulling Criteria From Accounts
We are trying to create lists based on criteria that is in both the contact record and in the account record. For example, we have Industry under the account and want to create a list based on this. We have created a simple sync where the criteria is Account - Industry - Not Empty. It shows zero records. A screen shot is attached. Why isn't this working for us?

Problem with Contact Export
I'm currently trying to export a contact list from Zoho campaigns, and although some of our contacts have country information on Zoho CRM, when we export their first name, last names and country, we are unable to see the country information. Why is this, and what can be done to rectify this? Thank you!

Estimados Zoho, Hace unas semanas atrás realicé una campaña, se envió satisfactoriamente, pero 3 días después la cancelaron y la pusieron en Draft. Campaigns - Outlook Incompatibility Issues
I reported an issue today with campaigns looking very different to how it looks onscreen in the campaigns preview or editing mode to how it looks in the outlook client. I use Outlook 365 which is the subscription version and is the latest version out there, i have alerted the zoho developers via a remote session will need to check for any updates as there is much that does not match up. Gmail looks and prints fine. I sent a test to a colleague they use Outlook 2007 which has been the case for years,
How can I fix the button width?
Hi, I've set up a new template. I'm having an issue with the buttons, is there a way to make sure they are all the same width? I can't find an option, is there some code I can copy? I am trying to add my organization logo to an email campaign. I have uploaded the logo file to Campaigns, but every time I try to add it to my template I get an error message saying can't load from the provided URL. I am not trying to load from a URL. Please help.

Images Not Loading
When I'm testing my emails, despite looking fine in the campaign builder - and working fine in previous campaigns. In this test email, some images aren't loading. This is highly frustrating.
Emails not Saving
This has happened multiple times now where I create my content add all the fields in and select the 'Save and Close' option only to be taken back to the 'add content' page and the content hasn't saved. This is really hindering my ability to get work done. Can this be fixed?

How to activate cloned message in auto responder
Just set up a 7 message auto responder. Added myself as a contact to test before sending to clients. I had to make changes on a few of them, therefore had to clone the message so i could edit it. Have done so. How do I delete original message and use cloned message or activate cloned message?
Updating new address at bottom of email. How do I do it?
I can't seem to update the address. I did it in a place in 'settings' and it saved as the default. Now it's updated to an entirely different address, one that isn't even in that same place. How do I manually update it????

Delete/deactivate Zoho campaigns account
Hi, We have purchased Zoho campaigns account. I want to add a User emma(dot)travers(at)purelogics-mail(dot)com in campaigns but Emma accidentally made a separate campaigns account before me. Now it says This email address emma(dot)travers(at)purelogics-mail(dot)com has been already used in some other organization. So you cannot add/invite this user. We can't see a way to deactivate Emma's campaign account so I could add her as a user to our purchased version. Can you please help me out asap? Thanks!

Tenia la siguiente duda: Quiero aumentar el número de direcciones del remitente, porque zoho campaigns da como máximo 5, para que cada cliente que llevo salga en el pie y en la dirección de correo electrónico de la campaña su correo electrónico en vez de el mio o el de los 5 que me deja como máximo. Hello, I have sometimes my RSS feeds sent without items, empty content sent ! In the FAQ, i can see that : 2. What if there's no update or new content in the website or blog. Hi there, My company is currently migrating to Zoho (using CRM+ to integrate CRM with Campaigns) and I wondered if you could answer 2 questions for me? We're moving our list of current hard and soft bounces from our current email marketing platform to CRM and wondered if, when importing thois data, there is a 'bounce code matching' we can do? For example, one code offered on our current system is 5.1.2, does Zoho use the same codes when mapping bounces that we can match up when importing this info?

Omitting entire companies
So I see how to omit based on specific company name in Campaigns, but I'd like to know if there is a way to automatically not import and mail to leads who are associated with a business listed in out CRM "Deals" and "Contacts"
