Co-working on a campaign and mailmerged tag
Hi, I have two questions! 1) I am added as a user to my company's zoho campaigns account but I can't see any of the campaigns that another user is working on. Is this normal, does the user have to share the campaign with me for me to be able to work in it? or in other words, does zoho campaigns have co-working capacity? 2) Mailmerged tags from contact fields, I want to have a custom URL in each email and was planning on doing that through the mail merged tags. Alignment issue on outlook
The email campaign which I am sending is having alignment issue on outlook. Previously i have never faced this problem. On mobile, ipad etc the email is centrally aligned, however on outlook its is coming on the left side, also there is 1 story which is coming under another story and again having issue with alignment.
Zoho [Email] Campaign - "Total Opens" all showing 0 - not updating correctly??
There must be a glitch in my Zoho Campaigns, b/c on every recipient it shows 0 for Total Opens. It registers that they opened the Email (via the email campaign) but on every recipient's 'total opens' it has a 0.
Campaign approval - not getting notification email
Hello, When I prepare a campaign to be sent and have to wait for Zoho to review and approve it, I am not getting a notification email that the campaign is ready to be sent. How can this be fixed? Thank you

Email Based Autoresponder?
Hello, I am trying to set up an autoresponder to be sent out based on a previous autoresponder. How would I go about doing that? Meaning I already have campaign ready and if the subscriber fails to open the initial campaign email, I would like an autoresponder to send out the same email again. After that if they open the autoresponder, I would like another email to reply with new information. Is this possible? If so, how do I go about using this?
Zoho Campaigns Account has become a Zoho CRM Plus trial account
Hi I've just noticed a warning message in Zoho Campaigns advising me that my subscriber count exceeds my plan limit. I have never seen this before as I have always run this account on a pay-as-you-go basis. On closer examination I see that it has now become a CRM Plus trial account that limits me to 2000 contacts. I've not had any notification that my account was being switched and I seem to have lost the large number of email credits I had on my account.
mistakes in time zone?
Hello Support I still have "in progress" a campaign set with the option "Send later in recipient's time zone" and sceduled for today (28 June) at 9.30 a.m.(Rome/Italy time). Here attached you can see a snapshot of the "unsent" recipients. Actually all they are Italians and they should have already received that newsletter. I had two contacts for the same user. One was entered directly into the ZOHO Campaign contacts and one was imported from my zoho crm. The zoho crm had a bad email address, I deleted the contact that was entered directly into ZOHO campaigns and then attempted to update the contact from my crm. It will not allow me to update it as it says it is a duplicate. how long will zoho campaigns think the deleted contact is still active?
How to add more than 1 Twitter integration
I can see in the help manuals that if you are a monthly subscriber as we are, that you can add more than 1 Twitter integration to your account. 1. Can I add multiple accounts for Facebook, Twitter etc? You can add an account each for Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn as a free user. If you wish to add multiple accounts for each social media network, you need to be in Monthly Subscription plan. However, when I am looking at our integrations page, I cannot see an option to allow me to add more than 1
Three Columns Image Alignment Issues?
I'm trying to create an email campaign which features three columns of images with a button underneath. Despite advertising the three column layout with the ratio of 33:33:33:, for some reason the layout automatically changes to 34:33:33 which screws up the alignment of the button underneath. I've tried everything such as changing image size, but it all seems to be down to the fact that you can't change the ratio of sizes. Can I do anything to fix this?

Can't See Forms in WordPress
Hi, I've installed the Zoho Campaigns plug-in for WordPress. API integration was successfully completed. I clicked on the forms option of the plug-in, but needed to setup mailing list. However, once I setup a mailing list and went back to WordPress, the forms option presents a blank page. Can you please help me figure out how to resolve this issue? Thank you.

Emails being unsubscribed
Hi All, I have (had) a five-email list that was used just for testing the inbox placement of our newsletter. Now that list is down to three email addresses. The missing emails are listed as unsubscribed. According to Zoho help, I should have received an unsubscribe confirmation email from Zoho, from where I should be able to add those email addresses back to my list. These addresses were created for inbox placement. I did not unsubscribe myself from the list. And, no, no one else could or did either.

Sync from CRM - contact changed email address
I've got a contact in CRM that changed his email address (the old email address is now in the field "Secondary Email"). Now when I do a sync from CRM to Campaigns, the old record in Campaigns isn't updated anymore, but no new record is created either. In Zoho CRM the contact id is 1037184000000227359 if you can look.
Question about Alt Text and Images
Hello for some reason I am having a lot of trouble trying to figure out how to add in alt-text on images, I know that functionally there is a way to do this, but I am not too sure how to add it in or the best way to go about this. Syncing contacts from CRM to Campaigns - empty fields don't sync
We sync Contacts from Zoho CRM to a list in Zoho Campaigns, and then segment that list to send various targeted emails. Those segments are defined with filters based on fields coming from the CRM contacts. When a field is blank in Zoho CRM, the mapped field is not getting updated in the Campaigns record. Hello, I created a contact synchronization from zoho CRM to Zoho Campaigns. Thus, my contacts present in Zoho CRM are well recovered in a list of contacts on Zoho Campaign. The synchronization concerns the contacts of the "A" view in Zoho CRM. In Zoho CRM, the "A" view contains 195 contacts. In my synchronized list in Zoho Campaigns, I have 246 subscribers. Why do I have more subscribers in Zoho Campaigns than there are contacts in the "A" view of Zoho CRM? Thank you

DKIM still not working
Hi, I contacted support by e-mail twice on June 29th and 30th for a DKIM verification trouble, and i still got no answer. We tested our DKIM value with mxtoolbox and it seems to work fine, but impossible to verify DKIM in Zoho Campaigns settings. Thank you for your fast reply !

Dear all, Just one more question! I do have an account in ZOHO CRM and one in ZOHO-Campaigns. However my account in ZOHO-Campaigns hasen't been linked to our company, Emsys. This is why I need to work with the account form my colleague Guy Theunis in Zoho-Campaigns - UserID: 38107367 and when I want to work in ZOHO-CRM it autmatically changes to Guy instead of my own account. Making Zoho campaign data unique fields at the contact level
Hi there, I know that Zoho Campaigns data pushes to Zoho CRM for a contact to the Description Information box. Do each of these data points associated with a campaign act a unique data point or are they lumped together in this text box? Ideally, I would like to be able to create segmentation based on which contacts have received certain emails and performed specific actions. Am I able to get this granular? Thanks for the help!
Zoho Campaigns - Segments not picking up contacts
I've been trying to create a new segment for a future campaign, however when I create a segment the system is not updating the contacts based on the criteria. I had an existing segment listed by job title and tried adding to that by 'job title contains' and then put some more terms in there (with commas in between each term). However after submitting this no further contacts were added to the list even though I can see in the full list there are people with those words in their job title. Then

Having trouble linking a file in email
I believe I have gone through the correct steps to link a png file within my email. I am trying to add a new user to our Zoho Campaigns account, but when I attempt to do so, I receive the error message, "This email address has been already used in some other organization. So you cannot add/invite this user." This user is associated with another Zoho Campaigns account that she created on her own. Low open rate
Could someone help me explain why my open rate is so low. I totally sent 1229 emails and got only 5.1% unique opened rate. Most of the unopened email are from gmail. The campaign is posted on 23 May, 2017 and the name is "5/25 Toll Brothers Highland East Open House Tour".
