How can I get out the client from Unsubscribe list of ZC
Hi, What happen when a unsubscribed client wants to be subscribed... On my Zoho Campaign, he is on an Unsubscribe list, because I sent a message one year ago. Now I'm synchronising ZCR and ZC. On my ZCR I already get out the client from Opt-out list, but when I send a message ZC put this client like Unsubscribe. How can I get out the client from Unsubscribe list of ZC? Thanks Daniel
Please delete my Zoho Campaigns account
I opened zoho campaigns, just clicked, and it created an account for me and now I can't get the invitation from my company admin. I have no idea why your programmers would make a feature to allow the user to delete their accounts should this happen. It appears that everyone is having this issue. Can you please remove me, and then also add the feature that we are all asking for.
Google Analytic reports
I am unable to view Google Analytic reports for campaigns that have been sent. I have asked that they are tracked with our Google Analytics and I can view the stats on our analytics page could you please let me know why I am unable to view these reports in Zoho? Problems loading Campaign themes
I have problems loading Settings > Campaign Theme. I can load the other tabs without problems, but the page doesn't seem to load properly when I click on Settings > Campaign Theme. The yellow load bar doesn't disappear, and modifications to a template doesn't seem to be saved properly. When I clone an existing theme the window even freezes and I cannot go anywhere (see image below). How can this be fixed so i can edit themes correctly? ATM when I use a recently saved theme it displays it in my newsletter
How can you modify and translate the text in browser screen by unsubscribing
When someone unsubscribes from Zoho Campaigns or resubscribes, they get messages in their browser which are in English. We want to translate this text. How can we do this? Regards, Ruud
Zoho not tracking image clicks in emails
Hi, I created an email template to send to new leads. The email contains image links and text links. When the email is sent, Zoho converts the text links to be trackable Zoho link code so we can see when a user clicks through on a text link. However Zoho does not convert the link of the image to be trackable link code. So that is currently not tracking, if a user clicks the image. Does anyone know why Zoho does not convert image links to be trackable?
Can not Add users in Zoho Campaigns
We are getting a: "This email address has been already used in some other organization. So you cannot add/invite this user." for bwright@metanoiacorp.com. Can you please delete his record from the other organization (for campaigns). Thanks.
Email automation triggers - time and field updates
Hi, Is there any way to schedule a an email (automation) based on recent visit. Say I want to send out an email to a contact 1 day after every time the visit our website? It seem like all options are focusing on pre-defined dates and not relative time. Hello, In my last campaigns links are incorrect and totally different and redirect to some suspicious page. I received a reply email from client with incorrect links аnd so I noticed that. When I go into campaign contacts and sync contacts, it does not show me the next fetch time or if it has been fetched until the next day. Is there anyway to fix this?
Zoho CRM <> Zoho Campaigns sync hangs in Awaiting state
I created a sync today which is hanging in Awaiting status for about 45 mins: ICD depot sync_06_Jun_2017 is Awaiting; Started on 06 Jun 2017, 01:31 PM; Normally all syncs are executed within 5-10 minutes. Hello, As of Tuesday of this week none of my campaign previews are getting to my outlook inbox. When it asks you to send a "test campaign" I type in my proper email and it always shows up in my outlook email inbox moments later. This week it is not working at all. Hello I have deleted some lists in my List Management bringing the total count down to around 700 but for some reason the contacts are still showing in Contact Management (total count 2500) which means I cant sync more contacts from CRM. I have managed to delete some individual ones but it is telling me I have reached my limit for deleting. Low open rate even after verifying domain
We have successfully verified our domain but still we are facing low open rates. I was told by the support that open rates will boost up after the domain verification. We usually have like 50-70% on mailchimp using same content, data and subject lines. I have a campaign that I want to send the same message (HTML) to Multiple lists within My Contacts. When I do so, Will I receive reporting that is delineated by each list? Font/layout inconsistencies in custom campaign template
Hello there, I've created a custom campaign template and while a majority of the email is desktop/mobile responsive, there are certain font/layout consistencies (please refer to the attached screenshots). The issues shown in the screenshots are:- a. Font type for the header and footer have been set to Tahoma but display as Times New Roman in mobile; b.
