Sign Up Form - Data Destination
I set up a new email sign up form in Campaigns and signed up a test contact. However, I am not finding that contact in my list in Campaigns, and it does not appear to be in Zoho CRM yet. What is the timing on its being available in the database and lists? Do I need to specifically set up that data transfer? My CRM and Campaigns instances are already connected.

Hi, This is to inform you that Verizon is moving out of email industry due to a change in their business strategy with effective from April 28, 2017. This move has led Verizon to migrate their email accounts to AOL, thereby suggesting their customers to move to mail.aol.com. So, Verizon customers who want to retain their Verizon.net email address need to move their Verizon email address to AOL. In case, Verizon email address users fail to migrate, their email address will be closed automatically.
Lack of Summary Total Number of Click
Dear, Does zoho campaign report has Total click summary? I only see the list for number of click to each link and can not find the Total number. By then, I have to summary it manually because the need of report and waste lot of time. Best,

This CRM account is already used in some other org.
I recently emailed because my business partner and I had started separate Campaign accounts. Someone responded and deleted my Campaigns account and the I was added to the right Campaigns account that is linked to our CRM. However, now, it is stating that I can't add a ZSC key to sync contacts because my email is linked to another org? How is this possible if I was removed from the first Campaigns account and added to a new one? Thanks. scriv.

Campaigns go into spam
Hello, on the number of test campaigns, with 3 different email domains, a lot of emails (about 90%) go into spam, mostly for big mail servers (like gmail and outlook). We've attached an example of an email header for an email marked as spam, which was sent to gmail from one of our domains, please could you take a look into this and advice us on what we could do about this? I just want to delete one contact from my email list. That contact is under the Do-Not-Mail list. When select the contact there are no such options to delete that contact.

Hello, My coworker can't sign in. I tried it too with his credentials. I tried to reset his password, the site said: NO SUCH USER That's just insane, as I have him as an active user, I actually changed him to an admin with the same email address. We need help. Hello, In Zoho campaign, my contacts come from Zoho CRM. In Zoho CRM, my contacts have an empty "date of birth" field. I want my contacts to update their own date of birth. i have done custom integration with Zoho CRM by Lookup Campaign Field to in Lead to make assigning Campaign easy. Hi, I have drafted my first social campaign posting for Linkedin. I wanted to post a Link to my website where I have published a case study. I selected the URL-Version and added some description. Which is working. However I am not able to see an image. I have ticked "use image" but do not see anything. What went wrong? Does zoho mean the image of the URL Landing page? or can I somehow upload another image?
Font Resizing in Sent Email
I have noticed that font's display differently in the preview pane in Outlook or Mac Mail than they do when opened. Is there a way to avoid this ? I have also noticed that merged fields font and size often differ from the message itself making the merge field painfully apparent. Is there a way to fix that ? Are there any plans for a email previewer function to allow people to preview their campaign as viewed from various devices and services?

Spacing Between Words Removed bug
There is a bug where if someone goes in to edit the content and then exits out of it, Zoho removes some spacing before words. We sent out an email that was already reviewed by Zoho and it was formatted correctly last we saw it. When the email went out there were multiple words that did not have spaces between them. We are at the point where we will have to switch to a different provider since this is consistently happening. Thanks katie@bureaugravity.com

Bounced email
I have a problem with the bounced emails. Some contacts for some reason are show like bounced, but in fact the already exist and I need them in zoho campaigns, because they are really important for the campaign that i want to sent. There is any chance that i can add it to the contact list? Like accepting the fact that maybe noone will receive the e-mail, but at least that the e-mail will be there. Please and thank you:)
Incorrect Hard Bounces

Recent imported contacts are not receiving campaigns
Hi We are putting new contacts into CRM ensuring that the opt in flag is ticked. We have daily sync to campaigns, however, it appears that these new contacts are not receiving our campaigns, as they are being rejected from the workflow, or they are not syncing from the CRM to campaigns. Please provide a fix.
Where are the Recipients of the A/B tests in the campaign report?
Hi, I conducted an A/B test on one of my campaigns, but it seems like the campaign report only contains details regarding the emails that were sent to subscribers after the A/B test. I am also syncing this campaign with Zoho CRM and the campaign in CRM only contains the contacts that were sent emails after the A/B test. I would like to get a report on all contacts within the campaign. Thanks!

Cannot add a user (Already in another organization)
Hi! We are trying to add dtapia@indices.com.co to our Zoho Campaign account but it's saying she is already part of another organization. She tried logging into a campaigns before and it tried to make him setup a new company rather than log into our main campaigns account. Now when I try to add her as a user within our campaigns account, it says she's already part of another one. Can you please clear out dtapia@indices.com.co from any organization, please. Thank you.

Uploading zip files not working
Hello, I have been trying to upload a zip files with my images to the library. The system keeps rejecting the zip file even though I have removed every image greater than 4mb using "find . -type f -maxdepth 1 -size +4000000c -exec mv {} ../temp/ \;" before compiling the zip file. The error I am getting is The image you are trying to upload is too large. Image file size must be below 4 MB(approx 1024 x 1024 pixels)each. I have tried decoding the unicode names to ascii, but that has not helped either.

Column alignment
I went back to work on my current campaign and noticed my columns no longer line up. It's strange since they lined up last time I worked on this. I have a 30:70 split on my main body, but the two columns are no longer side by side. Is there also a way to make the main body wider? I don't understand what would have happened since last time I logged on.
