Social Campaigns not giving me to publish a URL
Hello ZOHO experts Need your help! I integrate all my social profiles/pages to the campaigns and want to publish posts + links. all the time giving me error that need to be in post option "link". However, still giving me error "Cannot fetch content for given URL" https://goo.gl/F7MQj4 Its possible to publish content and url together ? I think its reasonable to do.. Thanks EC

Importing a small amount of my contact list.
Hi, I just tried to import 100 contacts from my marketing list and of that 100 you have only added 40, stating 57 as group emails, which don't appear to have been added to my contacts. Can you please explain why this is and how I can fix it? Kind regards, Rob

Is there a way to view all recipients of an A/B test?
I am viewing the results from my first A/B email campaign, and the only stats that I can see are for the emails that were sent after the A/B test completed (in this case, all of the remaining emails sent with the B subject line). Is there a way to view the stats for the entire campaign, all together?

I came across a great setup that Mailchimp uses- a subject line tester (http://blog.mailchimp.com/subject-line-suggester-from-mailchimp/) Could Zoho Campaign set something like that up using the subject lines of all their users and % of opened results?

Add account to main organization
Hi there, Our accountant has been trying to add my email as a user to Campaigns but the "Join Account" link always leads me to the notice that there's a mismatch in the email address. We've double and triple checked but there was no spelling error. We even signed in and out of out accounts but the error still persists. Hello, I work for a company with hundreds of branches. So our mailing address will vary based on the customer receiving the email. Is there any way to use merge tags or something to have the mailing address alternate, rather than it always being our home office address?

Hi Zoho Team, I wanted to know the difference between hard bounce and soft bounce. So, as a test, i intentionally sent a mail to wrong email id. And it says mail is delivered and unopened, i'm not able to understand the difference at all, according to your definition in forums Hard Bounce - An email which is Permanently bounces back to the sender due to "invalid or unknown recipient/account" or "domain does not exist" is called hard bounce. Trying to get my sign up form to work - confirmation URL error
Looking for some help here. I went through Zoho Campaigns, set up an email list and a sign up form. Used a generic template - customized the color and the font, but that's it. Embedded the code on my website, published and then tested it. I got the subscription confirmation email, but then when I clicked on the "Confirm Subscription" button, it brought me to a page that said: Problem in Confirmation. Sorry, we are unable to process your request. Please check whether the URL has been entered correctly.
Contacts Not Opening My email Campaign
When I send out my monthly email campaign, I have noticed that a very high percentage (80-90%) of the contacts do not open my email. I realize of course many people will not open certain emails. However, those percentages just seem high and they have been consistently that high ever since I started Zoho Campaigns.. Any reason as to why?
Waiting to be reviewed is taking too long
I have a campaign that was sent for approval...I received the email that it has been approved...but right after another email saying it was changed to "draft". It's still in the review stage. (see attachment) The name of it is "Frederic Terminated" The other 3 are taking just as long. Can you tell me what's going on and how long before I can get it approved? Thanks Pam

Mass update not working on Report page for Campaign
I'm trying to update a field based on which users have clicked on a campaign. There is an option to choose "Mass Update" and then choose a field to update. I have created a field called "followup" and I mass-update this field to "true." I get a popup saying the update was successful. Then I go to the Segment that is supposed to show all contacts with "followup" as "true." No contacts have been added. The mass update has not worked. Adding contacts to campaignes already released
Hello, could you pleas advise with one simple problem: after releasing campaign I would like to send it to some more contacts that came to the mailing list after releasing it. In ZOHO CRM it is easy - I simply sending email, choosing template, I can add new contacts to campaign already released. In CAMPAIGNS I can find simple solution. Media Database, Media Lists and Email Campaigns
Today, our organization is maintaining master media lists in spreadsheets (for team and client use) and Mail Chimp. And then separate folder to keep Media Bios. Add User to Campaign
I am trying to add a user to Campaigns, but it says that the account is part of another organization bob.ehlers@hautespot.net I have tried to delete everything under this account, including lists, contacts, etc. But the error persists. Please delete the account bob.ehlers@hautespot.net from Campaigns. PS...I tried calling help line and it just rings no answer. This happens often with Zoho support in general. No one seems to answer the phone.

Unable to import HTML and Image Zip
Hi, I'm facing a issue in importing the HTML and image zip file. It uploads till 100% and then nothing, I tried many times, cleared cache and use different browser as well. Exclude certain contacts from mailing list
In campaigns i would like to be able to do this: "Hey campaign, use this mailing list called "all customers" Now EXCLUDE contacts associated with all Accounts with this custom module called: "Medical Billing" with the drop down selection = Yes So: Take this mailing list and exclude emailing contacts who already have this Medical Billing service. Cannot add a user (Already in another organization)
We are trying to add j.marrone@purplepass.com to our Zoho Campaign account but it's saying he is already part of another organization. He tried logging into a campaigns earlier today and it tried to make him setup a new company rather than log into our main campaigns account. Now when I try to add him as a user within our campaigns account, it says he's already part of another one. Can you please clear out j.marrone@purplepass.com from any organization.

Difficulties in formatting my campaigns
Hi, this is the second time I use campaigns to make a newsletter. First time it took me hours (almost days even) to get the formatting correct. This time it's not really any better... How come that sometimes: - you can select a picture and adjust the size and sometimes you can't and sometimes it's by dragging by the corners of the picture, sometimes it's by adjusting height and width in the menu? - delete is effectively delete and sometimes it's a return (adding space instead of deleting it!) -

Scheduling a campaign in phases
This may be a dumb question since it's my first campaign. We have submitted our first campaign for review. I'm not sure what happens next but I'm hoping that we can schedule it to go out in blocks of 1000 (or some other number) so that we aren't overwhelmed with responses.
