Problem with Contact List Segment feature.
1591 contacts in the list... Gets down to 129 with segment CONTACT EMAIL AreaOfInterest doesn't contain ' none ' AND Country contains 'countryA,countryB ' AND Company Name doesn't contain ' CompanyA,CompanyB,CompanyC ' (same issue with "isn't" by the way). 958 with segment CONTACT EMAIL AreaOfInterest doesn't contain ' none ' AND Country contains 'countryA,countryB ' Obviously there isn't 829 people from just three companies, so what is going on here ? Html file imported without images and formatting
Hi, I'm having this issue. I want to make an email campaign and send our newsletter to our clients. I made the newsletter in Word 2010 then saved it in PDF. Finally I saved the PDF to a single html file without any errors. When I started creating my campaign I chose Cloud to import the html file which I uploaded it first in docs.zoho.com. Hyperlink colour?
To get a hyperlink in the colour I want, I select the text, choose the colour and then add the hyperlink. And it works!... sometimes. Some other times, the hyperlink colour just reverses to standard blue hyperlink colour. Mails in I-pad seem to work, webmail also works, but some other mails... well sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't, so that in the end, there could be two different hyperlink colours in the mail I send to customers. I am a business owner and occasional user of Zoho Campaigns. The biggest weakness is that the templates are not the most user friendly. And it seems I have no option of even a help menu in the app itself. Where do I go for help? I really just wish that Zoho would give us paid users live chat on all products. When I upload the HTML files, I get this error. Missing style(s) css/site_global.css? css/index.css? The css files were in the zip file I uploaded. Everything else seemed to import correctly. I've attached a screenshot of the error.

ZOHO Mobile Friendly Template too small and left justified.
I used a mobile friendly template to create a email campaign using ZOHO Campaigns. The test email revealed the received message was under-sized and left justified. When I turn my iphone to landscape view, the template fills the screen. When I turn it back to portrait view, sometimes it stays full size and other times it shrinks again. (see attached picture for shrinked view). What needs to be done so the email is full size on a smartphone when it is first opened???

Page campaigns keeps in draft and is not published
Hi, I am new to Zoho and i am experimenting with Zoho CRM+. I like to schedule a page campaign but when i follow the steps in the userguide the page campaign is just saved as a draft. I already activated a tab in our Facebook page and it is visible but the page campaign is not published so vistors can see it. I use the steps to create the page campaign and select our Facebook page but in the last page (see screenshot attachment) the page campaign is saved as a draft. How can i activate the page

I can find all the information I need, but I suppose like another post mentioned - a custom report would be ideal if there is no easy option to view this data. Am I missing something? Fonts change after sending
Hello, I tried to call you guys several times and it only rings, never goes to a voicemail box, just hangs up. After I send a test email, and also sometimes in preview, the font of my email changes from MS Serif back to Arial. I have found no way to correct this, and there doesn't seem to be anything in the html either. Please help!
