CRM to Campaigns SYnc
I am trying to link CRM to Campaigns for as part of the initial setup of my CRM Plus account. I want to make sure that CRM and Campaigns are always in sync. When I try to enter the ZSC Key I need to provide the e-mail we use for both login to CRM and Campaigns... I get this error? An account with this email address has already been created in your org. Please contact your org administrator for access privileges.
Bounced Emails - Zoho's Criteria
1) What criteria does Zoho Campaign use to determine if an email is a "bounced" email? (For example, the last vendor I used would classify an email address as bounced if it was undeliverable three times.) 2) Does CRM get updated so that we know an email bounced? How? What field? (I have two way sync set-up.) Thank you.

Hello, I started free plan. I have 1689 contacts an I sent 5067 emails totaly. But I can't send any more because I m out of credits. You said free plan gives 12.000 email per month to less than 2000 contacts, Where are these?
Exporting HTML Text
I am moving an short email newsletter from Zoho Campaign into Zoho CRM as an email template, but I've exceeded the 100,000 character template limit. Is there some way to get the html code out of Campaign more effectively? The actual email is very short and it's hard to believe that I'm over the charter size limit.
Images in emails not previewing
Hi When I import my campaign HTML email into ZOHO some of the image previews are broken. If I re-import the email then it might fix the broken ones but others are not working. This occurs both in the ZOHO email preview window and in test emails. I know my content is ok as I've used it before and the fact that the problem is intermittent confirms this. What's going on?
Not sending to entire list
I am sending a campaign to my entire list. I do have sub categories, but I DO NOT check the box that says to use one of them. Yet when the mailing when out, only one of the sub groups received it.

How to configure scoring for each email adress ?
I would like calculate the scoring of each email adress. Each end user has a memorized score. If the end user has opened, it take 1 point more. If yhe end user has clicked, it take 2 point more for each click. Like this, we can sort the end users by the total of point and make a hit parade of the best user with the best interest on the offer. And i hope, make a copy the field with a Zoho CRM field of course... How can i do this ? Thank you for your response

Sync from CRM to Campaigns - Criteria option not working
Hi there, I've been trying to set-up a sync from CRM to Campaigns, using the Criteria option. I've chosen to sync all contacts whose 1 specific field is not empty. But when I look at the list created in Campaigns after the import, many of the contacts there have been imported despite the empty field. Could you help me undestand what's hapenning here? When someone subscribes to our list then he gets email notification with this From information: From: arl-shipping.com Limited <ed@arl-consulting.com> I understand there is no way to substitute company name by personal name. How do I change 'from' email address to be ed@arl-shipping.com instead of ed@arl-consulting.com? I understand ed@arl-consulting.com is used because it is 'superadmin' account or so, but how to change that so that ed@arl-shipping.com becomes 'primary' or 'superadmin'? Evgeny Drokov

Images won't ceneter align
When I import an image in Zoho Campaigns (automation), I can align it left (default) or right, but when I try to center align any image in the doc, it aligns left.
URGENT - Images not loading
I'm having trouble with my email images. This morning, I sent a final test email to myself and a few coworkers. For some of us, the images are showing up, and for others they're not. This has happened in gmail on safari, and on an android phone mail app. This email is very time sensitive and must be sent in the next 2-3 hours. Before I send it, I want to verify that the images will be displayed correctly for all the recipients. Do you have any ideas what could be causing this or how to fix it?

Email authentication
HI, I'm Heleen from crowdbeamer. When website visitors come to our site and subscribe to our newsletter, we sent them an email with Zoho Campaigns to confirm their email address. We have been running some tests and the confirmation email seems to be sent to the spam folder. Although our SPF and DKIM are verified in Zoho Campaigns (see attachment). Email Clicks - INNACURATE - WHY??
I'm finding that if I have 10 or 15 clicks on a link in an email sent, that they all generally have the same time and date stamp. If my campaign goes out at 4PM, and I get 10 contacts that click a link in the email, then the time and date stamp is 4PM. This is IMPOSSIBLE. And, many times, it's contacts from the same domain (joe@xyz, tom@xyz, etc). No way they are reading these emails and clicking at the same time. Any ideas?

Email not retaining formatting when sent - URGENT
I've created an email campaign in Zoho Campaigns which looks fine in the template. As soon as I send it as a test (thank god I sent it as a test first) half the formatting dissapears so text boxes don't have the correct margins and all the spacing between elements on the page are all over the place. My email campaign that needs to be sent out in 10 hours now looks like a junior school project. Any idea on why this is happening and how to resolve it ASAP would be much appreciated.

Hi, I have a large client database that I want to email on regular and one-off basis. I need to be able to group these contacts using something like "tags". Each contact can have one or many tags. I then need to be able to create a dynamic segment based on one or more of these tags to send emails. Is this doable with Zoho (CRM and Campaigns)? Thanks.
Email Campaigns Tabs DO NOT work

Test email appearing incorrectly
I am using Dreamweaver to create html for a newsletter. Previews in Dreamweaver in multiple browsers as well as in Zoho Campaigns once imported appear as they should. Then they don't appear correctly with a test send out of Zoho campaigns. There is no editor in Campaigns for imported html to troubleshoot - correct? This is ridiculous and frustrating.

Removing only Campaign account
Hello, We have a company Zoho account with CRM and Campaigns. However, I accidentally went into my company Zoho account to the home page, selected "All Apps" at the bottom and then set up a Campaigns account by mistake. I was trying to access our company Campaign area but was not linked to it yet. Now my administrator cannot link my company account ID to our company Campaign account because I have accidentally set this up. How do I fix this? Foysal
Formatting is wrong in Automation
I made 7 emails in automation. When the first one when out I was shocked at how it looked. Lots of huge gaps between the text and the images. It looks great when I preview it. I am very disapointed. What am I doing wrong?
Multiple campaigns
I would like to add a subscriber from my 'master list' to some of my other lists. How do I go about doing this? I went to Contacts Selected the name(s) Selected 'copy to list' Selected the list(s) with check-marks Tried to Save but got an error message (pop-up) I thought this would be the way to get one name on multiple list but is there another way or something I am not doing correctly?
Campaigns does not allow me to choose my secondary address for sender address
Hi, I have added and verified a secondary email address for my zoho account. I want the secondary to remain the secondary address, but I would like to use it as the sender address for my campaigns. I get a notification, "you have already reached the maximum limit to add the sender address. What are my options to indeed use my secondary address as the sender address?
Contact who wants mail is in Do-Not-Mail; can't restore
I have one contact in the Do-Not-Mail list who actually wants our campaign mail. The contact can't be added in the ordinary way. Another message here said to put the contact into an Excel file and import it. Zoho refuses to add the contact, even as an import from Excel, because it's in the Do-Not-Mail list. How can this be fixed?
Different users want to use same customized template
Different users (all admin) can't create a campaign from a customized template saved in the library, even though the "Access templates from Library" privilege setting is set to "All Users".

Hello! Is there a limit to the number of contacts one single list in Campaigns can have? I am about to create a list of over 4,000 contacts and was wondering if there was a limit. Thank you!
reporting on emails opened or clicked
Hi is it possible to download the report in Campaigns which tells you when an email was opened, how many times. OR similar for clicks. I can view the report on screen, but I want to download it into csv or excel so that my sales team can use it to make sales calls based on level of activity in the campaign. Unfortunately these fields dont appear on the export list. Shona

We are trying to build a ZOHO Campaign that needs Dynamic images to be inserted based on Active Properties in ZOHO CRM. We currently have all the images in Dropbox. What are our options? Does ZOHO Campaign support Dynamic Images Tags to be inserted?
Cloning an automated and then sending for review
I have an automated email campaign with 14 active messages. I want to make some edits to the message so have cloned a message and edited it. I then want to replace the original message with this cloned message, however it is not giving me the option to send it for review and I therefore also can't make the message active. Please offer advice.
Sync contacts for non admin user
Hi, I'm the admin of my company's campaigns and CRM account, and I have to more user under my account. None of them are admin in Zoho CRM or in Zoho campaigns. They are the one using the campaigns not me. I just the admin. They need to be able to sync only their leads, meaning userA can only see his own leads and userB can see only userB own leads. Is it possible? Right now, when they create a sync and choose "my leads" they only sync my leads (admin) not theirs. thank you for any help. Daniel

Recently, I have seen new lists being created within my Zoho Campaigns account. The lists have a various number of contacts assigned to them. It seems like they are being autogenerated (because none of my users created them). Does anyone know how or why these are being created?
