Problems with Zoho and Outlook
Hello, I am facing a few problems with Zoho Campaigns and Outlook (Web). We are not able to see any background images when we configure emails. Today, we are facing another wierd issue where we are not able to receive test emails to our hotmail / outlook account at all. Could anyone please help me out? Regards, Ajitem

Use custom CRM fields to create segments in lists
How do I use the custom crm fields i made to create segments in the campaign lists/syncs? Also can I create lists based on crm field criteria and have the users unsubscribe from each new list at a time instead of an opting out of ALL emails with one click? We offer a large variety of email content ie. sales, product info, events etc
Compressed folder will not upload with HTML
I have a zipped folder containing my pictures for my HTML campaign, and it will not upload. The page will not move forward after I have both my HTML campaign and zip folder selected on the content page. Is there something I am doing wrong?
Contacts "Campaign " field not visible in Campaign App
I have contacts with assigned campaigns in the Contacts App. The Contacts App is sync to the Campaign App But I am unable to see the "Campaign" field in the Campaign app to send a new email campaign only to this segment. Note: I can not is this field if I try to create a segment of my sync contacts either.

Deleting contacts / Contacts Limit Issue
Hi, For user puneet.maheshwari, under contacts, there are a list of tagged user under contacts - > list management which is coming at around 12K approx. If you goto home -> dashboard, it shows 25K which is causing issue with our email campaign limit. We have to see if we could delete the one's not present in Contacts - List management. I have a list of contacts I can't seem to delete. Whether I bulk select them and try to delete, or delete them individually, I can't delete them and I wish to remove them so I may import another list that will max out my available list amount. They are taking up room for the amount of subscribers Im allowed to have.

Unable to add a user to Campaigns
Hi, We have added a user suhas[dot]kulkarni[at]bankerbay[dot][com] to our CRM account but when we add this user to Campaigns we get the error saying "This user already exists in some other Organizations". Screenshot attached. Could you please help. We saw that you will have to remove this user from the other organization for this to work. But then this user should have access to the other Organization also. Thanks Shankar.S
Automatically Delete Contacts
After an automation email is completed, please give the option to automatically deleted the contact. We are constantly adding new contacts that we want to receive the trickle, after that we want them deleted. There is no reasonable way to do this!!!

I need to be able to add a new custom field to be able to segment my customer list for an upcoming campaign. When I tried to create the custom field it said I had reached the limit and couldn't create any more. I deleted an existing custom field and tried to create the custom field I need but it still says I've reached my limit. Update of CRM views when synching
We have a CRM view called "Prospects" that synchronizes to Campaigns. When a Prospect makes a purchase, we update a field to "Contracted" and this contact then disappears from the CRM Prospects view. However, he does not disappear from the Prospects list in Campaigns and he continue to get sales e-mails, even though he is already a customer. How we do we remove a subscriber who is no longer a member of a CRM view automatically?
Is it possible to import a new variable data field into an existing database
The Mass Update function only seems to allow us to import a single piece of static data to an existing database so is there some way of being able to append other data to an existing database? I have a customer who wants to send me an individual coupon code generated by them to add as a custom merge field for every record on our database. Is it possible to add this somehow please?

Please clarify difference between Subscribers and Number of emails, as per free plan I can send 12000 emails / month, but the limit is showing only 2000.

How do I create a report to determine which subscribers never open their mails?
I want to run a report that shows me how many campaigns a subscriber has received, how many of the campaigns they opened and how many remained unopen. I want to clean up the list (it's a blog) and delete people who have subscribed but never open them. How do I do this?

Zoho Team... I've ran a few online spam tests that receive emails sent from zoho campaigns. Everything that I can control within my emails is passing their tests, however items I cannot control... I cannot fix, as they are zoho items. Here are a few items that I need zoho to fix immediately... E-mail send for review for too long !
Hello, As usual, I created an e-mail and send it for review Unfortunately, the e-mail hasen't been approved because of the e-mail answer (that was "echy.noreply@gmail.com). Usually it works. So my campaign can be approuved, I created another e-mail : "echy.serviceclient@gmail.com" , i send my campaign for review but it is still not approuved ! It's been 3 days now and I cannot delay my campaign anymore. I am sure you will understand that i need to use these addresses (echynoreply/echyservice client)
