How can I send an email campaign to multiple addresses for the same lead?
Hello, I am looking to send an email campaign out to all of my leads. My leads all have an email field, however, some have two or more emails associated with them. For example: Jon Smith Jsmith@gmail.com jon@aol.com jon@yahoo.com Is there a way to send a campaign to multiple addresses for the same lead?

I have two fields in my subscriber list - one for email type (e.g., promotions, events, newsletter) and one for topics (e.g., millennials, multicultural, Hispanic/Latino). These fields help me segment our emails, so that people are only getting what they care about. I would like to give subscribers the ability to update their own information. How long is the delay before push information ends up in Zoho CRM from a Zoho Campaign? I sent a Zoho Campaign about an hour ago, the campaign says there were opens and clicks, but no leads are being generated.

Hello, new to Zoho Campaigns transferring from MailChimp. I would like to be able to send the email used in a campaign to one person. What would be the best way to go about it? Where can I find an online archive of our campaign emails? In MailChimp we could access the final sent email (complete with URL to view it online) but I seem unable to locate a similar feature in Campaigns.

I have found it is easier for me to create the email in a graphics program, snip it and import it as a picture for the content. But I have been notified that Outlook users say the body of the email is blank. Is there a setting that I am missing or do I need to change my method of creation? (I really don't want to)

So I need to send triggered emails or even series, which start when a field (let's say, lead status field in CRM) changes or is set to a particular value. Hello, We are using Zoho to send a confirmation email for a membership. We set up a merge tag that includes the date of enrollment, but would also like to include the expiration date. Our membership is for one full year. Right now, we are only capturing the customer's initial enrollment date. Is there a way to set a merge tag to display the enrollment date and then the enrollment date + 365 days? I created a Microsoft Publisher document that I wanted to upload to an email campaign. I saved it as a htm, html file, but most of the content was lost. Is it possible to upload this document to zoho campaign while still keeping the same format? CRM contacts won't synch at all with Campaigns
I have been using Zoho for 2 years and am not a newbie to this process. I grabbed the key from CRM and added it to Campaigns. I have 2 syncs I need to perform. Invalid pattern Issue with Valid Emails
Dear All I am using Zoho campaign account from last one year. I have tried to import my three different lists into my account. Only 32 contacts from my 2300 contacts added while all other were tagged with invalid pattern. This situation is frustrating for me and I need to add my valid contacts. Hi, sometimes when i sync leads from CRM to campaigns not all the leads will sync. Today I had filtered over 2000 leads but only about 600 were synced for my campaign. Why is this?

I have been trying to set up synchronisation between my Zoho Campaigns service and my Zoho CRM service. According to the help page, I should have access to a Criteria option after selecting the Contacts module from the drop-down. There is no Criteria option that appears. At all. Please help!

Custom field not showing up in mail segments
Hi everyone, If people subscribe to our events (seminar day, symposium...), I want to exclude them from further reminder mailings. I added a custom field check box to the Contacts module. If checked, I want to use that value to exclude them from the mailing list using a segment. Problem: this field is not showing up in my criteria to segment. What am I doing wrong here? Did I add he check box to the wrong module? Something to do with the box settings? Am I missing something in the segmentation part?

I need something that I can track email analytics that are sent to our leads and clients. Right now: our lead funnel starts with web-to-lead form creating a lead in CRM CRM triggers a function built in creator that sends an email product list to the lead. Unable to add user to ZOHO Campaigns
