Confusion on auto responders for email campaign
I have an email campaign (using CRM and Campaigns). I have an email auto responder that gets sent if the campaign email is opened (call this email 1) If recipient opens email 1, I want email 1A to go to them. From here if recipient opens 1A, I want 2A to go to them (written specific for opens). But what if they click 1A - can I send a different autoresponder now based on their click action? Add to segmented autoresponder based on lead's info
So let's say my web form sync to Zoho CRM and it goes into my leads. What if i want to say send an autoresponder sequence to one segment to my lead whose user type is individual; and another sequence to another segment of my lead whose user type is business. How do i go about doing this? And what if there are other fields besides "user type: individual/business"? How does this work

Change date autoresponder settings will cause double e-mailing?
Hi, I want to change the sending date of my autoresponder from 4 days to 6 days. When i am going to change this, does this mean the people that subscribe the mailing list on 15-7-2016, will receive the same e-mail on 19th july and also on 21th of july? Images disappear when cloning a campaign.
Good Afternoon, I have been trying to pinpoint this cause of this issue for sometime now. Has anyone figured out a solution? When I clone a campaign, some (but not all) images disappear and I must reinsert them. We send region specific content to varied lists, but would like the over all format including the pictures to remain the same. Reinserting the pictures takes a great deal of time. Any advice? Thanks!

Email Campaign isn't working properly, the email content is coming empty.
When I send test email it works perfectly, but when I sent a campaign the email content is missing. This is the second time and now I need help to solve this issue. This preview below was taken after the campaign sent.
Recalling Emails
Is there a way to recall emails? Obviously I can't do this for those that have been read, but can I do this for those that are yet to be opened. I have had a number of issues with email campaigns sending wrong ( attaching the wrong footer theme, segmented list search not working, mailmerge not working) and need to be able to recall this when it does.

Our tech guys have updated the SPF/DKIM on June 27 - I cannot "Verify" the update . They reported "spf query tool now shows you have a valid spf record" Can someone please help me either identify the problem or provide an alternate method of verifying the someonewith.com url? Thank you - Carolyn

Hello, can I customize the job titles in my email body? For example, I can use mail merge tags to say Dear First Name Last Name, etc. Can I use a tag for "title" so I can say Dear Doctor, or Dear Director, or Dear Manager, etc..?

Hi there! I created a new email campaign this morning: Dell SonicWALL: TZ and NSA Promo. I didn't use a Zoho Template for this mailer but used Photoshop instead and saved it as a html, as I always do. When I checked the mailer after uploading the content (html & images) the result was ok. Unfortunately, after execution i noted that the mailer was not fully loaded (see 1st attach). The first half (see 2nd attach) wasn't visible . After clicking 'view this email in a browser' the mailer is loaded correctly.
Do you have to verify both DKIM & SPF records, or will just one suffice?

How can I re-verify my email authentication settings?
My hosting provider recently upgraded and changed my web server, giving me cause to make changes to my somewhat convoluted setup due to separate domain, email and hosting providers...! Contacts merge from Campaigns to CRM
I was previously using a different emailing software and imported all of those contacts into Campaigns. I am now wondering how to merge the contacts from campaigns back to the contacts in CRM? Many of the contacts in Campaigns are already contacts in CRM so I want their information to merge together. DKIM configuration not detected
Hi all, I have a problem with ZOHO Campaigns, to configure DKIM. I set up my DKIM record ( in CloudFlare) exactly as described in the Zoho Campaigns setup, 3 days ago. When I check my corresponding TXE record, using http://www.digwebinterface.com/ by example it workd. BUT; Zoho campaigns still don't want to veryfy it. Syncing issues with Campaign vs CRM
Hi, In my CRM I have a total count of 2348 clients, when I log into Campaigns I have a total count of 1311 so theres over 1000 people that I am not emailing.. My sync just consists of Name, Surname and Email. Do you know why its not syncing properly? or what could cause it not to bring all the contacts over? What do I need to do? Thanks Andrew

Hello, we made a responsive html email, however, when copying the html into the template builder, the responsiveness of the email stops working. I have been reading on the forum about others having this same problem before. So I`ll make the same question: Is it only the premade templates that can be made responsive in zoho campaigns or is there some trick to making the custom template responsive? Thank you!
Unable to upload image in HTML compaigns

Formatting of email campaigns
I am having difficulty getting the email I draft to format correctly. It looks great on the input screen... and then margins are off or there is an odd line or images are way to small or too big... but it all looks great when I draft it. I have tried starting with a brand new template (2x) and am a little frustrated that formatting is not easier. Please help.

Import images in my campaign
Goodmorning, I have a problem with my Zoho campaign : I create a new campaign and I want to import an image in my e-mail. Because it's a campaign that I have "clone" i clic on "change the image" and then I choose in my computer the image that I want. What I dont understand is that I do it as usual but now it tells me "Unable to download image from specified URL." yet I didn't clic on this option. I have tried a several times and even disconnect my zoho account for a while but it didnt change anything.

Can I change the confirmation email adderess
Is there a way to change the automated confirmation email sender address to the email address I send my campaigns from? The inconsistency between this address and the address that my campaigns are sent from may cause some confusion.
