Email Recipient Opts out, keep from being on new syncs
How can I get anyone who opts out/unsubscribes to be marked in CRM and never added to an email list again or unable to by synced to our email lists?
two column email displaying wrong in test
I have used a template toe create a two column email however when I run the test HTML the columns no longer appear side by side and my header no longer spans both columns. It all appears correctly in Zoho. I am using Outlook to receive the email. My account email is vi.kellersohn@oberontech.com My campaign name is CIDM 2015 Forum fup email Can you help me with this.
Email Opt-out Sync Between CRM and Campaigns
Hi, I just wanted to confirm that if I do a sync between Zoho CRM and Zoho Campaigns that leads or contacts marked "Email Opt Out" in CRM will be added to the do not mail list in Campaigns. Sometimes our sales people get do not contact requests, and they are trained to update CRM but not Campaigns, so an automated sync would reduce possible errors. Thanks
CRM Forms not working in IE11
Our form on this page -- http://istart.com.au/subscribe/ doesn't work in IE11. Seems fine in Chrome and Firefox. You can populate the text boxes, but the submit button doesn't do anything. Any ideas what we can do to make it work in IE, but not compromise Chrome and Firefox? Many thanks JK
Cannot access my email campaigns
I have successfully logged in but cannot access the email campaign that I set up yesterday and wanted to finish editing/send out today. The only pages that appear are very generic and 'salesy', as though my account has expired but it hasn't. I am definitely logged in and can access both my personal dashboard and company CRM page. I just can't access the normal Campaign page (where I usually head to see all our library of contacts and past email campaigns etc.). This is VERY frustrating and inconvenient.

Zoho CRM with 2 campaings accounts
Hi, A colleague that now doesn't work in my company created our ZOHO CRM account. When he created the ZOHO CAMPAINGS accoun I think he did in the wrong way because we have 3 users in the CRM but 2 accounts in campaings with two different users in each one. I tried to merge the two campaings accounts but I wasn't been able to do that. How can I know which CAMPAING account is the one linked to the CRM? How can I merge correctly the two CAMPAING accounts and link the resulting one to the CRM? Thanks

Moving a converted lead from one list to another
How would I move a lead that has been converted to a contact from one list to anther if this lead has already been moved from their source list by using a workflow? I do not see an option to remove converted leads from a list AFTER that lead has already been moved from their source list to a different list. Moving a lead from one list to another with a field change in Zoho CRM
I have been trying to figure out how to move a lead from one list to another using a field change as a trigger in Zoho CRM. I have been using workflows for this and have found that the workflow will not be triggered when changing an existing field that has already been synced to campaigns. I did however find that the workflow will trigger if a new field is synced to the campaign, Am I correct here?
Multiscreen or Responsive Design Templates by Zoho
Hello, in the default (Business) Design Templates by Zoho Campaigns, does there exist RD or Multiscreen Templates which are optimized for Desktop and Mobile Devices? If not, is there something like a workaround: e.g. the user can switch between a Mobile optimized Version or a Desktop optimized Version of the Newsletter, depending on what device is being used. Scheduling a series of six emails.
I am trying to work out how best to send out a series of six emails over a two week period on a regular basis. Essentially I have series of classes that new members of ours attend on a Mon, We'd and Fri for two weeks which I was hoping to use Zoho Campaigns to send a email the evening of them completing each learning class. I'm not sure what is the best way to go about this using Autoresponders in Zoho Campaigns. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Cheers Darryl
Not able to sort messages by sending time
I am having trouble sorting messages in my auto responder sequence. I am using the "sort by" option and changed back and forth between "created time" and "sending time." I cannot get it to show the messages in order from the time they are to be sent out. They are completely out of order. "2 months after joining list" is showing up above "6 days after joining list" etc. What am I missing here?

Hi We are having issues with spam lists despite having done all the corrective actions suggested. We have successfully mailed from this data for 3 yrs now and recently despite doing nothing different and we maintain very high standards we are being listed. We urgently need help on this matter. Paul
Create a new user in my organisation : the user has already created an account witch is not related to my organisation
A user of my company has created an account in zoho campaigns which is not related to our organisation. She doesn't use this account and would like to cancel it (we don't find how to do it). It"s a problem because if I want to create an account for her in my organisation, I have a message that tells me that her email is already related to another organisation. Can you help me ? Thanks
Special Charater such as < and > cannot be input in Campaign subject field
I cannot input < and > in the Campaign e-mail template. Is there any workaround for this ? I though I could use normal HTML escapement such as < or = etc, but also & cannot be input. I need work around as soon as possible.
Remove single contact from list

I have started to build a growing list of Contacts in Zoho CRM and already added and segmented them to Zoho CRM Campaign(s) eg. "Store Walk In", "Food Court Walk In", etc. There are different sections of our location where we can get their contact information. I want to create email campaigns and send emails in Zoho Campaigns using the Contacts from Zoho CRM. I was able to sync them. Sync Issue
I have a one user account, and while I have followed the steps to sync Campaigns with my CRM, and vs it is not working. I am getting an error message: You cannot configure this account with Campaigns. A user has already configured the account from your org. Please contact the org administrator to access privileges. Additionally, Campaign results are not syncing in the contact record in my CRM.
Campaigns still under review after 10 days
Why are my campaigns not being approved.I sent two campaigns last week and another this week but they are still under review.This problem is becoming a pain as these emails are missing their schedule which is interfering with my email flow.How long should the review take?

I have sent a campaign succesfully this morning. Apparently, in the campaign viewer, suddenly all returned to the situation as was yesterday... No analytics, open rates,... I have tried to log out and back in, looked on different devices... Nothing helped. Has something gone wrong?

Images not showing in Campaigns when emailed
To whom it may concern: I have recently emailed a campaign and have tested it on my computer and a colleagues and the pictures appear on mine but only appear with an 'x' in the top left corner of my colleagues. Is there a way to adjust the pictures so that they are sure to show up on our customers computer as I am not sure if they can see them? Thank you, Dom

Hi Support, Is there a way to receive notification emails such as 'Campaign "X" has been successfully Sent - Zoho Campaigns' by other members in the group? Test e-mail is not the same
When I review the e-mail everything looks good but when I send it the e-mail has new text that appeard like a differnt language. How can I fix this? Jeff

Inactive Users will not import from CRM to Campaign
Hello, I tried to import all my leads from CRM which total around 1200, however, the only 650 are importing. I believe it is related in active/inactive leads but I am unaware how to change all my leads status to active so I can import them all. Does anyone have experience with this? Sync between Potentials in ZOHO CRM and ZOHO Campaigns (to send a survey)
I want to send an e-mail inviting customers to take a survey. The e-mail should be sent to everyone from a specific survey who has purchased from us recently. The sync is set to retrieve all contacts for potentials in a specific territory, where the potential status is Won. Initially I had entered an 'modified after...date' criteria too, but removed this to get to basics. No data is transferred. I've checked that all the potentials have a contact. I've checked that the territory is listed correctly.
Email Verification - Not Delivered
Sender Address email verifications are not being delivered. We have set up and verified our domain but when I try to set up our sender addresses, the email allowing us to verify is not delivered. This is a timely issue. Thank you.
