Can anyone explain where to find the DKIM settings? I'm using digitalocean as my hosting provider, but I can't find the DKIM subdomain and txt value to use for the entry.

Contacts with working email addresses appearing in bounce list?
Hi, I am struggling to figure out why many of my contacts (for which I know I have working email addresses) are ending up in my 'Bounced Contacts' list in campaigns? How do you remove contacts from this 'Bounced Contacts' list and add them back into the 'Active Contacts' list? I am losing out on sending over 100 emails to contacts for which I know I have working email addresses!! (I know they are working, as I am able to send personal emails to these addresses from my gmail account) Please advise?

Unable to find "Chain Campaign" option
Hello, I want to send an email campaign to those who have not opened the email on the first round. I found that this could be done with the option "Chain Campaign", so I tried to follow the instructions on https://www.zoho.com/campaigns/help/other-campaign-activities.html#Chain_Campaign but the button doesn't seem to appear on my Zoho. Email Templates cannot be re-edited properly -- Loading forever
After I copy and paste my html email template into Zoho Campaigns it creates fine, and in the preview looks fine, but then I can't go back and edit it -- because it LOADS forever. Any suggestions? Neil EDIT: It says LOADING ... forever. I've tried in Firefox and Safari.

Formatting Emails

Zoho campaign image + text word wrap
When using the text+image I get a white bar to the right that blocks some of the text. How can I change this? It does not happen when I make the image flush right, but if the image is flush left the text gets cut off with what looks like a white box.

Campaign test email loses formatting when sent
I'm designing an e-mail newsletter in Zoho and it looks perfect in the Zoho App but when the message is sent out as a test the formatting is lost. The message was originated using one of the Zoho templates. The letter is formatted with 2 columns @70/30 ratio but when sent the 30% column drops straight down the right side of the page to have the top of the 30% column aligned with the bottom of the 70% column. When the letter is opened in a browser the 30% column is displayed directly below the 70%

Is there an issue with opening previews in Campaigns. I cannot seeme to be able to open previews - nothing is happening. Sync didn't sync all Leads

The contacts that are synchronized from Zoho CRM Campaigns are lower. We Zoho contacts in 2531 and synchronization, the list of contacts in campaigns is 1791 subscribers + 112 Canceled suscription + 58 bounces = 1,961 total . Where I can see what happens to the rest?
Is it possible to customise the Update Profile form theme and content?
We have set up Signup form themes, and want to use the same theme for subscribers when they use the "Update profile" link in the campaign footer, but it seems that the Update Profile form always uses a default theme? And a related question (actually I think this is a bug) - in the update profile form we have an Employee numbers field as a drop down list (choose 1-20, 21-50, 51-200 etc). But both the default Update Profile form and the Signup form pull up every value in the subscriber list and uses

Hello, we have problem with mail delivery to @seznam.cz @email.cz @post.cz email. Report shows, that all has been delivered but non of them actualy does. I need to trigger an email campaign for contacts who have a entry in a date field > 5 years ago. This is an ongoing requirement, so I need to set up an autoresponder rather than setting up a one off email campaign. However, the autoresponder set up only appears to allow a trigger +/- 3 years from a date field. Any ideas? Thx Phil
