Change Background Color never shows actual HEX Color
14 month ago I reported support (was paid campaigns) that in the mail editor it never shows actual color of selected element (I only tested backgrounds). This is very inconvenient, especially as the picker has a bad usability. I have to keep a text file with all color HEX codes needed. I'm disappointed about zero progress in improving mailing template editor. I must ask, does Zoho Campaign cares so less about their clients, or do they have no clients, so no pain?
Campaign Status sync for Leads
Hi, I am curious to why the 'Campaign Status' for Leads doesn't get updated like the one for Contacts, when we send out a certain newsletter to almost the same list every time? Is it something we are doing wrong, is it a bug or it's not integrated? Though I guess it is, since there's the 'Campaign Status' field you can add to Leads. Thanks, Miruna

We are using Zoho Campaigns to generate interest, using a combination of Zoho leads, Zoho contacts and 3rd party lists. What are the best practices to automate sales follow up action for e-mail open and e-mail click through actions? This seems like an obvious requirement but I cannot see how to automate these workflows and ensure that campaigns are effectively followed up by sales people.
Adding multiple contacts to a contact list.
Hi, I have a lot of contacts within Zoho Campaigns, they are in several Contact Lists. I want to create a new Contact List, is there a way I can move multiple contacts to this list without clicking on each one and moving them individually as this takes up a lot of valuable time. Txt email campaign with no registered click
Hi, I set up an email campaign just with txt, no html as my previous campaign with both had few open clicks. My surprise is that I cannot track the amount of registered clicks with the txt campaign. So far I can only see to whom it has been delivered. Please explain if there is there a way to track open clicks with txt campaigns. Thanks.

How can more, other fonts be added and used in given templates. As I want to hand over templates to graphic designer working with Zoho standard email template editor. How do you segment with custom criteria?
Hi, I want to send different segments of leads different email content. Therefore I synced all CRM leads to Campaigns. I now want to create different segments defined by custom fields I created in CRM. Problem is that I only see standard fields to segment on. I have tried to create custom fields in Campaigns which I could use in segmentation but which are not connected to my CRM and therefore are useless. Could someone help me with segmenting on custom CRM fields? What I want is: 1. sync leads

Problems syncing from CRM to Campaigns
Hi, our company has been using Zoho Campaigns for about 1 month, we have figured out how to create a campaign in CRM and sync it over to Campaigns, the only problem we are having with our syncs is that any email address that begins info@ won't sync. HTML editor help
Hi, I am planning to run a campaign wherein I would send an image with 2 clickable links on it, no text. The image is cut into 4 parts, top, left, right, bottom and they all come together as 1 piece of image in the final copy. I have tried to use "style=position:relative;" to arrange the cut images with relation to other images. It works only when I am in the editor mode. New subscriber vs. Old subscriber?
I have different Sign up forms for different services on my website. When someone uses a sign up form is there a way to automatically determine if this e-mail has registered before on any of my mailing lists? I want to be able to go...if they are new send them "X" e-mail which has an introduction to our company as well as sending them the information they asked for. I have tried everything to edit my campaign template in html. I edit the template in the normal way and insert the changes via html. Nothing happens. I have tried making a clone of the template then editing that. Still no change. Please please please help!!!!!

New user not seeing campaigns and contacts

CRM Fields Driving Campaign Automation
I am just setting up workflows and automation for our accounts. My thought was to to have the CRM module take the lead, so the web form would be from the CRM. When the lead is logged in the CRM, I want to be able to set a field that will be synched down to Campaigns. Ideally this field would be the stage field on Potential, but I could also set another field on the lead/contact record that would reflect current stage. Hi, This is the case, - we have aaccount in crm and campaigns - then we create another account and invite it to this company. - we change super admin in CRM and admin in campaigns to this new account. - we deleted old account. - now when i want to set a SYNC in campaigns to CRM (Push Data to Zoho CRM) i get "Restricted Access to Sync Contacts. You do not have permission to access this page. Only the owner of this configured CRM account can sync the contacts." And also i couldnt delete a sync. Waiting

We have 1 sync created in Campaigns that brings contacts from Zoho Creator over to Zoho Campaigns. We would like to have a few more contacts/leads from Creator apps sync to Campaigns. Search function not working
Having just imported a list of users, the search function is unable to find them. When searching by last name, email, title or any of the headers associated with the users, the search function can not find them. However, the search function is able to find campaigns within the database. Any help with this issue would be greatly appreciated.

It is tough to know for sure why, and we want to clean up our list so it has no hard bounces at all., but are hard bounces automatically taken out of the main list in the case that we wish to do another mailing with this list before the months end/

Spacing issues when copying from Microsoft Word 2010
HI, I am attempting to create an email campaign template within Zoho Campaigns. When I copy and past the text from a word document, the spacing between the words becomes pushed together in about every fifth to seventh word. Image sizes on outlook
Hi, I'm with a problem when I put an image on editor and try to resize it. In the browser the looks is ok, but when I receive the email in outlook, the image is bigger. Hi, There is an issue with Zoho Campaigns where it is not syncing with Zoho crm correctly. Every time it is time for a sync the sync fails and the sync job goes into an inactive state? This worked up until May 2015 and we are just noticing the errors now. Any ideas?
