Sending emails using a third app
Hi, is there a possibility to use an SMTP service to send emails through a different application? our company uses a training platform sending 2000 emails per mont approximately... how can we use the SMTP to do that? thanks
ERROR: Link to Google Forns on campaigns
Hello, Yesterday I launched a campaign that had a link to a Google Forms page. On our tests everything was working, and the link on the email was redirected to the correct link (Google forms). I've sent the campaign to all the contacts, and this morning we are receiving email from the recipients telling us that the link does not work. Upon inspection, the link from the email gets redirected to a Google Forms link with extra information on the URL. Zoho Campaigns higher bounce rate than other email services?
I received a 19% bounce rate on a recent campaign (horrible, I know!). Before I executed the campaign I ran it through an email scrubbing service which said the list was high quality. Why does Zoho Campaigns say the emails are low quality when the scrubbing service says otherwise?

Hi, We currently use Zoho Campaigns and Zoho CRM. I want to know if it is possible to use a Zoho email campaign as a trigger to convert a lead to a contact in Zoho CRM. For example place a 'Request more info' button in a Zoho email campaign and when clicked the recipient goes from a 'Lead' to 'Contact' in Zoho CRM.
Sync Problem between Contact Manager and Campaigns

Send campaign to review even after 'cloning'
Hello, We have about 15 different lists that represent different time zones. We send the same newsletter to those lists, but schedule for different times. It is very bothersome having to wait for the review every time we clone a newsletter to resend it to a different list. I believe this is a good feature but not after a newsletter has just been cloned! How to avoid it?
Active Contacts Question
Am I right to assume that the active contact are all contacts that have been successfully delivered to? And that this export exclude HARDBounce and Unsubscribes only? So in theory Click and Opens also are included in the active list, But are not the only criteria to be on the Active list.
Upload Contacts into Campaigns
Please make is so you ca run a Report of contacts and then have an option to upload the results to a Campaign. Currently you can export it to Excel but there is a need to upload to Campaigns. Also it would be helpful if you could select multiple records on the Contacts page to be uploaded to a campaign.
Campigns to CRM Sync process problems

Our Company Logo needs to appear in emails I'm sending but Zoho won't show it!
I can paste our company logo into the email template I am constructing in Outlook but when I paste it into Zoho "email Templates" it will not show. I cannot tell if this is purely my view of email templates or whether it will affect the actual emails I send out in "Campaigns". How can I be sure what I'm seeing is what the recipients will see?
Editing Email Campaign
I have created an email campaign and am trying to edit it. When I preview the campaign it shows me the content I created, however when I select edit content I get a blank screen with no content.

Problem with Email Bounce Backs
Hello, My company and I noticed that when we sent a campaign to over 500 emails there were zero bounce backs. When we noticed this we decided to try an experiment by sending the campaign to made up emails associated to our company, and Zoho reported that again there were no bounce backs.This cannot be possible because we know those were not-real emails that we sent it to. This there a way to fix this error? We would like to send another campaign, but we want to make sure who does and doesn't get
ZOHO footer issues on Mobile
I was testing a few of my Emails and noticed that the footer are center aligning on Mobile devices, I need to resolve this issue . and since i have no control over the coding, I don't know where to go to get this resolved. In Outlook everything is fine, So our footer should 3 lines but te top and second line seems to wrap.

Conflict between Zoho Campaigns and WordPress
I installed the Zoho Campaigns WordPress PlugIn and the WYSIWYG interface switched from drag&drop objects and text to what looks like code. I think it also knocked out out WP Chat Support plugin which was working flawlessly up to that point. We are excited about Zoho CRM...I started inputting Leads yesterday. This is a big obstacle though. I hope we can get it solved. My reputation is hanging in the balance :)
Cannot upload image to HTML & Plain Text email

The url of the campaign does not work
Hi, In ZOHO campaign, I inserted the url in the text. After receivng the test e-mail, I noted that the url only direct me to the main page but not the desired sub-page. I'm very surprised because the url address is right. Please advise. Michael
Email Campaign with Javascript
Hello I did a HTML that calls for a XML file using Javascript. But after I add the code to the HTML editor and click save&close, it erases everything over the body tag, and almost re-write the whole code. Can I somehow edit the whole HTML, including the head tag that holds my Javascript? Or the HTML editor only allow us to do basic customizations? SPF and DKIM Authenticated but DKIM does not appear in source of email
New to Zoho and testing it out. I brought over one of my domains, set it up for email and successfully added and authenticated both SPF and DKIM in Zoho Campaigns. With other email hosts that I've worked with, my outgoing email will show Mailed-by: domain.com, and signed-by: domain.com. Even though my TXT records are verified with Zoho, and have verified on 3rd party sites, only the mailed-by: domain.com appears in my email. I recently added a new category to my main contact list and when I am trying to find people within that category it says there is no information. For example, to my contacts list I added a column for "Reference" when I type to search and find references it gives me no answer. It should find people using other things apart from name, right?

Sync Postponed - can we resume it please?

Re-engagement campaigns
I want to create a series of re-engagement campaign for an opted in mailing list, the list is about 14K, i was thinking about staggering the list out in order to not send too many mailings to the list. Do you guys have any suggestions as my main concern at this point will be the bounce rate. Which I noticed the system does not seem to distinguished between Hard and Soft bounces in the reporting. Do you have any case studies on these types of mailings? What have some of your current clients done?

After installin Zoho campaigns for wordpress can't see API settings
Hi, I juste installed Zoho campaings on my wordpress site. When I want to setup the API, the page is completely empty (my admin board is there and everything, but in the API settings there is nothing to put my API key). I removed all caches, still the same problem. Other thing, I installed Zoho SalesIQ for wordpress plugin too, and it seems that when I put the code, and click save, nothing happens ... Working across ZOHO CRM, Campaigns & Surveys
I want to run a satisfaction survey in connection with won potentials. Initially I want to do this as a test. In future it would be great to automate this process. Each potential is registered to a specific account and an individual contact. The potential is registered in ZOHO CRM. The survey is created in ZOHO Surveys. I link to the survey from a ZOHO Campaign. I can sync from ZOHO CRM to ZOHO Campaigns - but NOT from the potentials only from leads/contacts. I can't see any field that could be used
2 list merge and contacts disappeared
Hello, In my account, I had 2 segments 'Spain' and 'Italy'. As we merged the contacts into a new list 'Spain-Italy', the contacts seem to have disappeared and there is also no previous 'spain' or 'italy' lists. The new list 'Spain-Italy' is empty. How can I retrieve the contacts? This is very urgent. Thank you.
Captcha not working in IE or Chrome
The captcha on the form from Zoho campaigns is not working on IE 11 or Chrome. The captcha is not displaying therefore am unable to submit the form. I used the embedded code option from Zoho Web Form and inserted it on my page in WP. I understand that users have had this issue recently which Zoho seems to have resolved according to the forums but it appears to be broken again. Please advise.
