Managing Drip Campaigns
I have established a drip campaign that follows up Leads with a series of emails. The leads are originated via my website and integrated with Zoho CRM. I have also established a link between these leads and a specific mailing list within campaigns. However, it doesn't appear to be running the drip feed on a continuous basis - i.e. when a new lead is processed. What do I need to do to set up such an automated process?
How do I Re-Sync My List - Creator
I have a list in my zoho campaign application that pulls contact data from zoho creator. When I initially set this up it imported all of my contacts from zoho which worked fine. Now that I have made some changes to some of my contacts within zoho creator, I need to re-sync the contacts within zoho campaign. How do i resync? Or do i have to delete my old list and create a new one every time I make a change in creator. I would like to automatically/periodically update the contacts. How do i re-sync????
Import HTML file + ZIP failure
Hello, I regularly use Zoho to send emailings to customers. I always import an html file I've made and a ZIP file with my images but today it doesn't seem to work. I also tried with a different browser, but when I upload my files, the page loads and then nothing. Would you have an idea what the problem is ? Thank you !

Unable to insert URL link in autoresponder email
I am editing content in an autoresponder email and would like to update a link. I am trying to insert a URL link using the 'insert link' icon but after clicking OK on the pop up window, nothing happens, thus I cannot save the new link.
CRM to campaigns not syncing all contacts
When we set a sync within the Zoho Campaigns environment to sync contacts from our CRM system to a CAMPAIGNS list it is not syncing all relevant contacts (e.g. Just 30 out of 40 new contacts). The criteria for syncing are exactly the same for these contacts so we don't get why this happens. Can you help us out?
Free Account in Campaign, telling me I do not have enough credits
I have a free account with Campaign and I've sent two emails, both in March, approximately 1000 contacts each mailing. I'm now trying to send another email, and it's telling me I do not have any email credits. I need to get this out today, so I was going to pay to send them.... But the payment screen does not ask me for credit card info or anything, and even though I'm trying to upgrade, it is still telling me I do not have any email credits. Yet, the website is not asking for payment information.

Campaigns won't Sync with Creator
I am unable to create a sync with Campaigns and Zoho creator.. We are a paying Creator customer evaluating Campaigns and Sync has never worked. We get an OOPS! "An Error on Our Part" message and can't even begin to setup the sync. We reported this 2 weeks ago and again 1 week ago and were told in both instances that we would receive a response from Zoho within 24 hours and nothing. No Followup. Please help. Thanks
Exclude returned mails
Hi, I'd like to exclude from my list the addresses that have been "Returned mails" in other campaigns, or mark them in CRM as Do not participate in email campaigns. Is it possible? Thank you

Cannot see our campaigns in Zoho Campaign
First of all I want to make a formal complaint to ZOHO Campaign: I chat several times with Zoho CRM, called several times and now one gets back to me even when promised to call back in 45' The issue: We launched our campaign yesterday and while my colleague can see the details of the campaign, in my window it does not show the details/reports as with him, although all the Campaigns are listed in the Dashboard. Can anyone help here?
Insert functions in Campaigns not working?
When creating content for email campaign in Zoho Campaigns, I cannot insert an image nor can I insert URL link (???). I have done this before successfully, however, these insert functions do not appear to be working. Is there a problem with the Campaigns module?

Hi Is there any way to change the link colour of an email link? I have the obvious of highlighting the text and changing the colour but when I send a test email it defaults to the colour blue which is a problem as my brand colour is turquoise it is not standing out
Message Unable to download image from specified URL
When I am adding the image to the campaign mail, I am constantlly receiveng the above message. Image was uploaded into the library from my computer. you can check my current working campaign email.
Custom fields missing on Workflow
Hello, I connected my Zoho CRM account to my Zoho Campaign. I would like to create a Workflow using some custom fields I created on Zoho CRM under Leads. The problem is that under "Workflows" on the "IF" dropdown" when choosing the Lead Fields I don't see ANY of my custom fields, only the default Zoho fields. Can you explain what am I missing or doing wrong? Thanks
Fonts inconsistent across devices.
Hi Guys, This is pretty serious. I sent a campaign today using a font (Calibri), and in my haste, forgot to check the test on my iPhone. Disaster. Fonts were crappy and inconsistent in SIZE as well as the font itself. Calibri seems to resolve as Trebuchet on an iPhone. I notice there is a serious bug when changing font size to 11 points while editing - all formatting disappears! I showed this to Naveen on shared screen session. PLEASE fix these, or at least offer an iPhone/mobile preview feature,

E-mail body not displaying during live-test
Good day I'm experiencing a really strange error with a new campaign: after I import the HTML of my pre-designed e-mail into Zoho the e-mail previews correctly within Zoho. When I send a live-test, however, the 'content' block does not display at all (only Zoho's own header and footer)! Is this due to some encoding issue in our HTML, or an error with the way Zoho is importing the HTML? Auto-approve campaigns with less than 20 recipients?
Often, I like to test a campaign with my colleagues. Our emails tend to contain a lot of personalised content, and so just sending it as a test email within Campaigns doesn't really give a proper test because data is missing. If i am doing several of these, it is a pain to wait for Zoho to approve a campaign. So here's the answer... Less than 20 recipients? Send straight away! Custom fields not populated when I want to edit the customer
Hi, I added some custom fields to my Zoho Campaign and include them in Sign-Up Form. When new subscriber is added to the list the custom fields are populated too. When I open the same customer for editing - the custom fields are empty! I tried to edit such customers both in Chrome and IE but the problem is the same. Please help! I would like to send a single email to several, but not all of my contacts. I created a contacts custom field titled "Will you refer me" If they say yes, I type the word Yes into the custom field text box I would like to send a single email to all those that have said Yes What is the simplest way to do this? Campaigns User Associated but Cannot Verify
We have a user that was invited to our Zoho Campaigns; however, when they clicked the Join Account button, it sent them straight to the front page. They are now associated, but we cannot create a password or reset one. The email is sales[at]pidfloors.com Please advise.

How do I associate Do-Not-Mail addresses with specific distribution lists?
Like most people here, I have multiple e-mail addresses set up on Zoho Campaigns and multiple lists. I know how to bulk-import a 'Do-Not-Mail' list, but I can't see any way to associate these addresses with a specific list? Is there any way to do this? I can't have readers who definitely mustn't receive communications from only one list, automatically unsubscribed or prevented from uploading to all my other lists where they might appear (and that's currently what it looks like Zoho is doing). Separate the recipients by branches
Hello, Our group is divided per branches. We need to send newsletters to several people but our communication is divided by branches. Our main concern is: If a contact is supposed to receive a communication from two different branches and he unsuscribe to one, we want him/her to keep receiving communication from the branch. Hi, I added some custom fields to Customer entity in Zoho Campaign, created some lists; customers can use the sign-up form to subscribe to specific list entering predefined fields (like Name, Address) and custom fields. Dear zoho team, I want to create an E-Mail template. It should contain an image from a Web URL. Because we have a specific image (a specific URL) for each of our customers I would ask if it is possible to use a Merge Tag either to implement the tag in the URL (e.g. https://example.com/$[UD:URL]$/thumbnail.png) or to use the merge tag for the complete URL. I did not make it. Every customer gets a specific number (e.g. 12345). This number is part of the URL (e.g. https://example.com/12345/thumbnail.jpg
