Hi, I have a question regarding email campaign and SPAM. I am not sure but I think my personal adress is SPAM listed (the same email adress that I use to send email campaign). If I really am on a SPAM list, when I am sending a new campaign, do my mail will go in the SPAM box of the recipient ? Thank you

Hello, My email newsletter contains text that mentions a lot of times and dates, and they automatically get turned into blue hyperlinks. The URLs lead to the calendar feature in the email client. Is there any way to prevent this from happening? I'm assuming this is more of an issue with the email client itself, but I was wondering if you know of any way to avoid this. Thank you.

Can't segment contact list on Zoho Campaign
Hello, We have a list synced with CRM Lead module. We have created a custom field (Lead status) on Zoho campaign to fetch the 'Lead status' from CRM and it's fetching the data properly. But whenever we create a segment based on 'Lead status' field it can't create the view instead we get following message. When we click on Edit , it shows 'Error occurred, please try again!!!' Hello, I've set up to sync all open leads to a particular list, then used automation feature to building few separate list based on lead status field value of CRM to run specific autoresponder. My question is, if the lead status field on CRM get updated, will not it be moved to respective list on Zoho campaign at next sync? I would appreciate clarification. Thanks Wasiur

Hello there, we are the italian partner of Zoho, we haeve a problem with one our costumer, i manage and setup the campaign with admin user, now i need to let another user to acces to the campaign, but when i try to add i receive the error: This email address has been already used in some other organization. ZOHO CONTACT FORM FOR CAMPAIGNS
Hi, I installed the plugin for ZOHO campaigns email capture and it conflicts with my wordpress site. Weird things like I can't attach hyperlinks in pages, my page builder is becomes disabled so I have had to turn it off. Has anyone else had any problems like this? Ruth

Can you pick and choose individual contacts to send a campaign to?
I have a campaign I'd like to send out to a handful of clients and want to know if there's a simple way to go through a segment and pick and choose specific people to send it to, without creating a segment. The issue I'm running into is that I segments limit you to only 6 filters, and for the people I want to send it to, I can't limit it to just 6 filters and get them all. Please advise.

I have an email that is forwarded to me in the body of the email with pictures and text. I want to take that and send it out as a campaign. What is the best way to do that? When I copy and paste into plain text it does not work and I do not have an HTML version of it. Help!

WordPress Issue: After Installing, I can't post.
Working on getting our site moved to WordPress and added the Zoho Campaigns Plugin to my active plugins. I was able to generate the API key and figured that out. After creating a simple test form, WordPress loses the ability to post anything new and gives me error strings. Bounce List
I was baffled when reading my reports why i had some emails bounced but yet I did not send an email to the said emails the reports were mentioning. It would seem that your system is including some sort of forwarding or alternative address which the original email address was being sent to, in some cases it's just the bit before @ sign is different or the whole email and domain is completely different. Could you please advise why it does not report the incorrect email address and perhaps cross referencing
