Is support for campaigns no longer available?
I have been trying to get phone support for campaigns this week and noticed that on the support phone contact page, campaigns is not included in the list of eligible applications.
Auto-Responder triggered by adding to segment?
Hey, is it possible to trigger an autoresponder by the date a contact has been assigned to a segment rather than to the mailing list? Currently, the trigger is set to "added to mailing list" and we have set up the responder only to send mails if the user is also part of a segment. However, we would like to send the first email based on the time/date the user has been added to the segment rather than the whole list as there can be a difference. Thanks!
Facebook page campaign incorrectly treating all users as if they already LIKED the page even when they haven't
Here's the page and the Zoho Campaigns tab: https://www.facebook.com/BlackLodgeGames/app_207587552663715 As you can see, the page thinks you've already liked it regardless of whether or not you have liked it. I do have 2 pages set up, one if "Normal" and contains an appeal to like the page. The other is the "Liked" page, and that's all that is showing. Thank you!

Having changed content the save and close function has just frozen. I have made multiple attempts on different machines??
ZC default template adds unwanted styling to our html
We want a very simple email that allows the recipients email client settings to determine the default font-face and size. But ZC's default template imposes a font-face of Arial and font-size of 12px, outside of the "body" space where we can enter html. You need to remove any fixed styles outside the portion we can control. When we use the import option (which is not user-friendly, as it can't be edited once imported), ZC still adds it's own styling (centering a layout that was left-aligned).
Can I simply get my newsletters onto my website
When I used mailchimp there was a bit of code that automatically put the newsletter on my website. Is there an equivalent? Or if not how do I do it manually?

Verify Email
I am trying to set up a new email address to be the sender. It says Duplicated email address found while adding your sender address. I email sender states they did not receive the verification email. I cannot get it to resend.
Group Campaigns
We are a company and have our CRM synced so that when someone adds a contact, lead, etc. it shows up for everyone. The manager cannot sync up all of our campaigns for some reason. Is there anyway we can embark on one campaign as a group?
Unsubscription
I have a question regarding the unsubscription when I do a campaign in Zoho Campaign. When someone unsubscribe from my list, when I will send another email campaign with the same list, will this contact will automatically be removed of the contact list ? Thank you
Adding SPF and DKIM to a 2008 server DNS

Signup form problems
Good morning. Everytime I try to include the sign-up forms from Zoho Campaigns, the main page is messed up. Here is how it should look: And this is what happens when I publish the signup form: Also, the width of the form gets messed up. But that has to do with the template's CSS, so no issue there. Hello, we collect data related to contacts, and then run a campaign with personalized emails Every email get a list of offers, selected personally for contact given its data ( using API ) These offers are rendered in email as a table ( or so ). Important that offers are dynamic, and the set of offers must be calculated just before the campaig is run ( not beforehand ) Is it possible to solve with Zoho campaigns? Using what APIs / methods? hi, i set up a campaign account on thursday, created a campaign newsletter and sent it out on friday. Have been watching the stats on mobile app but just came into the offfice and went to loggin to see stats. The account says Inactive and i cant loggin to it. What has happened?? Hello, I created a couple forms, and would like a daily email for who has signed up. I followed the instructions in the Help Docs. However, when I set the time and lists I want a summary for and click save, A green note appears at the top saying "List Sign Up Summary Disabled" Why is my summary disabled and how do I Enable the email?

Hi, I need my Campaign account canceled so I can join my companies master account. I currently keep getting an error message when tried to be add as a user to their campaign account. CRM/Campaigns contacts synchronisation problem
Hi, I've successfully set up a synchronisation process for my contacts from CRM to Campaigns but there's a problem: what I have for "Prénom" (which is first name) in CRM does not appear in Campaigns. When your list is just slightly over your subscription level
A client of mine has just subscribed to the 25,000 level, for $125USD. He actually has closer to 30,000 that he really needs to mail to, but doesn't want to bump up to the 50,000 level, for $200USD. Have you considered offering increments, for example, add 5,000 more for $10USD?

Last name keeps populating first name field
Hello, Despite deleting and re-uploading contacts to ensure there was no incorrect uploads done, the FNAME field is sending out the last name, so everyone is getting greeted as if they are on a football field, instead of a professional interaction... Any ideas?

Hi I am trying to add a user to our account and it wont let me saying it is in use with another organisation, but that is because it is set up as a user in our CRM module. I don't understand why it wont allow us to add it as a user to our campaigns. Thanks
Bounceback rate
Hi, I am currently doing a trial on Zoho Campaigns and the data I have is quite old so might have a lot of bouncebacks... Will this affect it sending or can I also use it to clean my database by deleting/updating the bouncebacks that get back? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks, Peter.

Updating contact field when they click in an email
I know that I Zoho can push a contact to CRM when certain actions occur such as opening an email or clicking a link. Is that information stored with the contact, or is there a way I can automatically update a custom field in the contact when either an open or click occurs?
