Sync between CRM and Campaigns not working
Hello, I created two test syncs between CRM and Campaigns but they are not working. Not one single contact was imported from CRM. I have been running these syncs for days and nothing happens. As a result I have almost no remaining syncs for this month and no contacts... Could you please help me? Thank you, Manuel

Syncing contacts back to CRM following activity in ZOHO Campaigns
Hi We are using ZOHO CRM and syncing data to ZOHO campaigns for email activity. We have sent our first campaign email and wanted to understand how we can update the record in ZOHO CRM where we receive a hard or soft bounce or autoresponder. Is ZOHO Campaigns able to sync this informatio back to ZOHO CRM (softbounce, hardbounce, autoreply, unsubscribe). Our data is pretty accurate but we want to ensure we have a rigorous process for updating it in the CRM following campaign activity.
Problem with text field
Good day! I am making email for autoresponders in ZOHO Campaigns and the problem is that I have a big field for the text, but I have only couple of sentences to be written. Undelivered emails Zoho Campaigns
Hi, We are using Zoho Campaigns to send out a monthly newsletter. However we experience that a large share of the recepients do in fact not receive these emails (although the records in Zoho show them as 'sent'). Images not showing up
Hello The header image in my email newsletter isn't showing up. It appears properly in the preview after it's uploaded but when I send a test email it disappears. I also sent a test email to my Outlook/Hotmail address and the image displays properly there. It's not a very large jpeg (it's 600 X 227px). There's one more smaller jpeg in the email and that appears without any problems. Do you have any idea what the issue could be? Thanks D Mustapha

I am having an issue with an email address (my own) - if I send a test mail to this address it goes through fine. If I then send out a campaign and include this email address I don't receive the email (although my colleague in the same domain does). Zoho tells me the email has been delivered but I am not receiving it (although previously I have). Any ideas why this may be the case? Thanks

Hello, I have a list in Campaigns which is synced with CRM. So far, the Leads will be synced, which I create in CRM and thus also appear on Campaigns. My question: When I convert a Lead into a contact (in CRM), will the Lead drop out of my list in Campaigns? If yes, good. Unable to send emails as no credits
Hello My Zoho Campaigns email allowance was reset at the beginning of this month but it is telling me I have almost used my limit of 12000 (im on the free version). By my reckoning I have only sent just over 4000 since the beginning of April, can you check this out for me? Thank you Leanne
Adding a link within the body of an email
I would like to include a link within the body of my email campaign that a lead can click if they wish us to contact them regarding the offer contained within it. Much like the footer link update profile. I would like the response to that link to be added to an appropriate field, eg please contact or something similar. Can you please let me know of custom links are possible within the body of the campaign emails? Also, has there been any advancement in the possibility of including attachments?

Allow Renaming of Sync
Currently, you cannot rename a sync once you have created it. It would be helpful to be able to edit it after the fact, for instance to include the time of day for the sync, when you are doing multiple syncs of the same list each day.
Merge fields issue
For the tags $[FNAME]$ $[LNAME]$, they work well if both columns are filled with our client's first and last names. However, if a client chose not to give his last name, the automatic process doesn't leave the field blank, as it should. Instead, in the email, it leaves the $[LNAME]$. So now we have clients receiving an email with "Hello, John $[LNAME]$ ," How is this possible? Is there a way to avoid this? We would prefer the result to be "Hello, John ," Thank you.

Last time I ran a campaign, I removed addresses that I found out are no longer active. However, I sent another campaign and found that this address was still emailed. Also, when I search for the address in my contact list, it does not come up. So why is it still being emailed?
What must be the image size which I use in custom mail template
Hello Support, I am brand new user of Zoho campains and I am still adjusting the mail template for my first campaign. The very first problem which I came to is the image size. I have created a custom responsive mail template with html which I uploaded in Zoho campains. I have uploaded one logo and 4 images separately, as you have stated. I have sent the campaign to several mail addresses just for test and I have a problem with the size of pictures in some mail clients viewing through mobile phones.

Hello I wanted to find out if their was a facility to mass update "auto reply", these are found alongside bounces, it would be great for me to be able to update them all to show away etc and that they do not require immediate action. Hello, How can I delete a verified sender address that I did not create? I have an old employee whose account has been deactivated and it says I cannot delete his address from the verified sender list. Also, how can I resend a verification email? Insert html from piktochart into zoho campaign email
I have Piktochart code below that I would like to insert into a zoho campaigns email. When I paste it into the html editor (I don't know anything about html) my infographic shows up but when I click save a dialog box pops up saying Enter Content and the image won't save. Is there a way to do this? I'd like to have the real piktochart inforgraphic with the links to go out rather than a jpeg with links to the infochart on the web. Hi am new to Zoho If I have a contact list on Zoho CRM and three different email newsletters on Zoho Campaigns can I automate a workflow to automatically add a contact to a newsletter once a custom field has been selected? If others words I want to add to my contact which newsletter they are interested in and then have the system automatically add them to the appropriate email campaign. Can this be done? HI My subscription plan is for 10000 subscribers. But I really don't know if that is too much or may be I need a subscription plan for a lower number. i tried to see on Contact management the total of my subscribers and it shows 70. How to Locate the Campaign Draft Folder and Send Mail
Good news and bad news. The good news is that my list grew. The bad news is that it grew beyond my subscription limit and I received an email alert from Zoho that the emails in my 4 autoresponders did not go out as a result. The email alert told me my autoresponder emails went to drafts. I can't find a drafts folder. Where is it and how do I send my emails that didn't go out? (I have upgraded my plan so that is not a problem any longer.) Thanks.

After sending the first mail(1) of the campaign i set up a calendar-autoresponder with a second mail(2) to be fired on a certain date. Hi, We currently have 5 Zoho CRM users, and a single user using the free Zoho Campaigns plan. We're looking to upgrade to the monthly Campaigns subscription. Please can you tell me: 1. Does a user need to have a Zoho CRM account to have a Campaigns account? If not, can the user still sync the CRM database to his/her Campaigns account? 2. Can Campaigns information (history of email campaigns, contact syncs etc.) be transferred from one user account to another user account within the same company?

Sending Email to a Single Contact
I'm a real estate agent and want to save HTML email templates for different portions of the home buying process. Each time a client hits a milestone, I'd edit the details for their sale and send to a single (or maybe two) email contacts. Is there a way to do this without having to create a new segment within a list each time for their name? Is there a way to attach documents too? I saw threads from several years ago that said they added this function but I don't see where it is.
Deletion of all members in a list
Hi, I had a member of one of my lists on screen and I selected "Delete contacts" by mistake and all my list got deleted. I still can synch between ZohoCRM and ZohoCampaigns to get all back, but all users who unsubscribe, will be added again?
