When you send the signup form nobody can subscribe

Cannot Add Contact to List Manually
The sign-up form for our list is not working, so I have been adding users to it manually. I have one user that I cannot add. The system simply replies "0 Contacts Added", with no other explanation. I have checked our list of "Do Not Mail" contacts but cannot find this user in there. I cannot post the user's email address here, but it doesn't have anything like "info" or "sales" in it that might be rejected. Please contact me to assist.
Template leaves gap between sections
Hi, I inserted a 2 tables - one after the other and a banner picture last. One table has orange background the other grey. The problem is there are gaps in-between the two tables, and the table and banner. how do I fix this. See snapshot attached. Thanks for any help
Feature request: resend only to new contacts
Hello, I know that there is a way to do it, by cloning the campaign and add criteria, but let me suggest adding checkbox to the campaign: don't send to contacts who already received it. This, definitely, require to add the ability to resend the campaigns instead of cponing it. Thanks for your great product Dror
Cannot see other users mailing lists and email campaigns in my Campaigns user account
Hi Zoho Team, My colleague and I are two separate users sharing an account. When we log into our accounts on ZohoCRM, we can share and update the same data with one another. However, when we both log into campaigns, we cannot both access the mailing lists and email campaigns that one of us set up. Is there a setting that needs to be changed to solve this? Thanks, Max

When I try to invite my mgr to ZOHO Campaigns as a user it give an error “ this email address has already been used in some other organization, you cannot add this user” . How do I add her to my organization? Can she be a member of multiple ZOHO Campaign organizations?
Sign-Up Form Not Working
Users have reported that the sign-up form for our list is not working. In testing, when we complete the form and click submit, the form clears and nothing else happens. On some tests, there was nothing showing in the Captcha box, and clicking the refresh did nothing. I have tested this in Chrome, Firefox and Internet Explorer with no success.
How to remove contacts who are opening email outside of USA?
In my campaign reports, I can see a certain number of emails are being opened outside of the US. How can I generate a list of those and then add them to my do-not-mail list? I only want to deliver to customers in the US. I don't have countries for all of my contacts, so I can't sort that way. Thanks!

Adding contacts not working!
HI, I am trying to add a contact to my campaigns list with no luck! If I try Add a Contact (full version) I get a message telling me to complete the details below, but no details are highlighted! If I try adding via 'Add Multiple Contacts' I get no joy either - clicking Submit does nothing. What's going on?! Trying to sync Once and All data get the strange error
The error message: Selected module does not have the "Email Opt-out" field. If you have removed this field, please re-add it in the respective module of your CRM account. To re-add the Email Opt-out field, go to Setup --> Customization --> Layouts Section --> Drag & Drop the "Email Opt-out" field from the Removed Fields section. The Email Opt-out is enabled and visible in the layout in CRM. When I switched 'Exclude Email Opt-out Contacts' option off just to run the sync without updating CRM I get

How can I export customer records selected in a campaign into a .csv file?
This option is not working (it exports but it is not capturing the 51 records in the campaign, it is just creating the .csv file column headers with no client data) - and no I do not have a screenshot.

Viewing reports - combining A/B with entire mailing list
Hello, I recently set up a campaign where I tested A/B results. Unfortunately the open rates were a tie between A and B, so I manually selected A as the winner. Now when I try to view the results from ALL of the emails that were sent, my results seem to be split into two categories: the original A/B groups that had no winner the remaining 50% of email addresses that got the A Rather than see the results for these separately - I want to see the result for all 100% of emails that were sent.

Problem with Windows Live Mail
Dear Zoho, I use Zoho Email Campaigns to create and send Newsletters and i noticed that when i open my emails with Windows Live Mail, i can not see the images. If i want to see the images, i have to press the link to the top of my newsletter (open in Browser). Why is this happening ? Other newsletters with images, Windows Live Mail displays them correctly. Also, when i open my newsletters within the browser (Outlook, Yahoo, etc), everything is OK. Any suggestion please ? With regards, George
Delete a group of contacts
I have a group of about 800 contacts that I want to remove from my zoho campaigns account. I created a segment for them and can remove them from a particular list, but is there anyway to remove them totally from my account altogether? I see how to remove contacts individually, but again with 800 was hoping for a quick way to delete them all.
Translate "Update your profile"
You can personalize the update your profile form, but you cannot change the beginning of the email subject. So it shows "Update your profile - ...." Where can you change that?
Errors in the "update information screen"
When you get the "update your profile", the windows shows with all terms personalized, but when you get to the actual "update screen" there are fields not being translated although I did change them into Spanish plus you cannot get rid or change my groups.. actually, they are not groups.. they are lists... and they have nothing to do one with each other... It should work like in MailChimp, where you can create groups associated with every list... not groups for all lists. I am attaching an image.
Feature - Able to Remove the unsubscribe link in emails
We want to be able to remove the link in our emails for unsubsribing. This will help Zoho Campaign users keep their accounts open and not be suspended.
