saving new email campaign - but it gets lost every time
Hi I'm new to Zoho and tried to do an email campaign. I get to prepare it, make a test send - but then the information is lost. I'm being sent back to the original template, all my changes are lost. Why is that? Thanks Muriel
Custom Merge Tags
In Campaigns, I am trying to use a Custom Merge Tag to put the Company Name in an email subject. $[UD:ACCOUNTNAME|Your Firm|]$ works for Account Contacts but not for Leads. I also tried $[UD:COMPANYNAME|Your Firm|]$ and it didn't work. There is a section for Custom Contact Tags, but in CRM Leads are not Contacts? Is there a solution?

Highlighting no longer works as before...
When viewing campaign results, I often follow up with those that clicked through or viewed the email several times. When making a call and getting some positive outcome, I used to highlight the row of text in the display. copy it, go to Zoho CRM, create a lead, paste the line into the Notes and then cut/paste the individual data items (First name, Surname, email, phone, etc) into their respective fields. I used to be able to export my my template into an html editor and then back again... But now, with this version, the source does not appear to transfer very well.. :( Any ideas? P.
New Display in Campaigns
Hi Guys, Under the old display system, when showing Emails Opened, for example, I could see all the five columns I needed to see - email, first name, second name, company, phone. Now,with this new display, I can only see four - I don't see the phone number any more! I know I can pick and choose the columns I like, but I can now only see four! CAMPAIGNS...Lost between CRM CAMPAIGNS and the CAMPAIGNS MODULE
Any help much appreciated..or a link to relevant instructions... Getting fconused about Campaigns. I can work out how to add recipients to the CRM, CAMPAIGNS and happy. I then want to create an Email campaign using the templates from different Zoho mudule "CAMPAIGNS". My problem is that I cant work out how to migrate my ZOHO CRM, CAMPAIGN, recipients list to the CAMPAIGN module. Click Count Looks Artificially High
I sent an email a couple of days ago with a link to a pdf document hosted on our website. The data is showing that particular link was opened by 194 contacts with 7477 views. I'm questioning the integrity of this data because that seems like a really high click rate for a low number of contacts. There's a handful of contacts that a showing hundreds of clicks, some as high as 977. So I dove in a little further: for example one contact had 659 clicks but was only showing 3 opens. Is there anyway to have the email that is forwarded by tell a friend include the email content instead of only giving a link to the original email. I want to eliminate the extra step of the recipient having to click to see the email.
Trying to delete contacts from the system, but doesn't seem to work
Hi, We're trying to delete selected contacts from Campaigns. Here is how we tried it: On "CRM list", create a segment with the criteria that should identify contacts to delete Export that segment Create a "to delete" list Import that segment to the "to delete" list Delete the "to delete" list, leaving the "delete contacts from Campaigns" box checked. After doing this, it seems that the contacts are still in the Campaigns contact list. What are we doing wrong? Thanks, Charlene
Unsubscriber still receiving emails
Hi, I was recently contacted by somebody telling me that he's tried to unsubscribe from our campaign multiple times, but he still keeps receiving the emails. Could anyone please help with this? His email address is showing on the "Unsubscribed" list, so I'm not sure why this could be. Thanks.
What are Auto Reply in campaign results
I understand hard bounce and soft bounce in campaign reports, but what are Auto Reply, have these not been recorded as hard of soft bounces, are they essentially undeliverable emails or do they also include holiday messages and the like? Elling

Setting Redirect Page for New Sign Up Form

Zoho Campaigns Sync Restrictions - Is there a better way.
We are somewhat new using Zoho Campaigns and find the Syn Restrictions are holding us back. We have added some new contact lists to Zoho CRM and would like to sync them to send emails under Zoho Campaigns. The problem is that we have more than 5 syncs and need more than 15 per month. Is the idea to sync your entire CRM Leads list to Campaigns and the segment all Leads in Campaigns? Same for Contacts? I read that someone else was importing his lists into Campaigns only and then syncing active Campaign

i have zoho crm and zoho campaign. I generated a new ZSC Key in crm, so the sync in campaigns does not works. how can i change the key in campaigna? This message comes from zoho campaigns. "Your ZSC key is no longer valid. Change your ZSC key for the already configured CRM account. " Where can i chage the key? I genereated a new key in CRM, but it doesnt works. Help!!!

Cannot add user to organization
I accidentally deleted a user who had not yet accepted their invitation. Upon trying to reinvite I get this error message: "This email address has been already used in some other organization. So you cannot add/invite this user." How should I resolve this? Thanks

Log campaign activity against a Contact or Lead Record
I simply want to be able to look at a record in Contacts or a record in Leads and see if and when they were sent an email from a specific campaign through Zoho Campaigns. I've set up the syncs and was amazed to learn that nothing gets logged! In setting up the syncs, I see no options to include a campaign title and date (which I would think would be a inherently included). I would also anticipate that there would be other cursory response data - did they open? did they click? I would then think
Serious problem with Campaigns to CRM sync
After syncing 2 email campaigns (three separate lists) from Campaigns with CRM, suddenly my original email lists have exploded in size! I've deactivated my syncs and need someone to tell me why this is happening. Per my previous email, all I really wanted was for a notation that an email campaign was sent against a particular record to show up on that record. Zoho Campaigns delivering issues
When I send out a campaign with my email address it gets stuck in my spam folder. I sent the email to a spam checker and it got over a 9/10 score. I checked if zcsend.net is blacklisted and it seems to be blacklisted here: http://multirbl.valli.org/lookup/zcsend.net.html and http://mail-blacklist-checker.online-domain-tools.com That might be causing the issues. When emails are configured for HTML and Text, are both sent?
I have created all my emails to have both the HTML version and the text version. When I send a test of the email to myself I get both versions. Will people in my contacts list also receive both versions? While I want contacts who don't want HTML email to be able to get a text email, I don't want the majority who I presume want HTML emails to get both. That would be a bit spammy. How do I handle this? Calendar-Based Autoresponder - Is order of emails important?
I have a calendar-based autoresponder with 6 emails. I added the last two after the first four, but chronologically they are to be sent as emails 3 and 4 (out of the 6). When I look at the autoresponder, it lists the emails in the order that I inputted them and not the chronological order in which I've asked them to be sent. Does this matter? Will the last two emails send at the right time even though they appear after 2 emails that are scheduled to be sent later? And a related question is:
ZOHO Campaign - Can our newsletter subscription list stay separate when we integrate with ZOHO CRM?
We have 4,000 email newsletter subscribers to our industry news daily newsletter. It is very popular. About 500 of these subscribers are in our ZOHO CRM. When we synch ZOHO Campaign and ZOHO CRM we only want to update the 500 records in ZOHO CRM with the click through traffic. We do not want to add the other 3,500 to ZOHO CRM as new records since we don't sell to them or have complete records. My questions are: 1.) Will ZOHO Campaigns update the 500 ZOHO CRM records without creating thousands
Delete contacts only with assigned field
Hi. When uploading our contacts to Zoho Campaigns I used the Account Name field to tag the different members of our sales team by their initials. I would like to delete all the contacts across multiple lists which are assigned against one member of the team. There are over 1,000 contacts assigned to him. How is this done? Thanks

Auto create an activity for a lead when a campaign is sent out to that lead?
I would like the sales guys who own the leads to get an activity (to follow up with their lead) against that lead after a campaign is launched to that lead (using Zoho campaigns.) Sign Up form button error
I"m using the embed code for the sign up form on my website. However, the Sign Up button itself is not working. It seems to be a Javascript error (why is the button Javascript??). Is there a URL code I can embed for the sign-up button instead of the Javascript? Other solution??
Summary Report of Multiple Campaigns
We currently run weekly campaigns (e-mail blasts) by sales rep. How to edit templates?
I have created a custom template, saved to my library. I am now creating a new campaign selecting that template and I need to edit the template so I select to do so. None of the drop and drag options and edit buttons are allowing me to edit this custom template?

Sign-Up form missing
Hi - I'm trying to create a new sign-up form (as opposed to the theme - I've done that successfully). I've researched Zoho help as well as these forums, and I've found consistent instructions: https://www.zoho.com/campaigns/help/contacts/sign-up-form.html#Edit_Form_Fields HOWEVER, I do not have the Sign Up form option in the More Options drop-down, or anywhere else. I need help in creating an email action autoresponder that allows me to send an email when a subscriber clicks on a specific link in an email in a different autoresponder to indicate specific interests.
