How to Reset Redirection Page after Form Submission?
Hi. I created an information request form and it is set to redirect the user back to my site's home page after they they submit their info. I would like to change that so that they are redirected to a special thank you page on my site. How do I do that? (It does not appear to be an option in Settings > Sign Up Form Theme > Edit) Thank you.

Zoho Campaign Autoresponder on list sign-up
I want to immediately send a Zoho Campaign to any new lead who signs up on our website. I am using Ninja Forms to send the lead information into Zoho CRM on submit. I want to establish an Autoresponder in Campaigns that sends a specific Zoho Campaign to the lead immediately on sign up. Is this not possible since Campaigns requires a manual sync?
Remove Zoho logo from email campaigns
I have a paid subscription and the Zoho logo still appears in the footer. Will you please remove? Also, I've imported my own html for a campaign and although my width is set to 600 px, and it states that your footer is also 600 px, your footer appears much smaller. Please let me know how I can edit the size dimensions of the footer. Another question: although my email has been verified, in the From: field of a test email, there is my name and email address, but then a long chain for the zoho email

Hello, I have a suggestion for the indicators of clicks on the "Link Click Map". Recently I sent a campaign with image, text, and both have the same link (I want to know if my contacts are more sensible to click in the image or read the text and click on the text). I had a response of 1.4% on clicks, but when I see the Link Click Map show me in the indicatos that all links are "<1%" Do you believe that calculus must be made on the basis of the division's total clicks and not the total of contacts

More than 5 sync actives
Hello, Is there anyway to have more than 5 sync actives per day? We already pay for more contacts, but is not very helpufl when you cannot have more than 5 sync, I need to delate some of the sync and that is not working for me because are under different criteria and after I cannot make a decent follow up in my campaigns. Second Email in Autoresponder Failed to Send
Hi, I have an autoresponder active with 3 approved messages. I also have configured Campaigns to request a subscription confirmation. I just entered a test subscription. I successfully received the email confirmation request (which I confirmed) and then successfully received the first email, which was scheduled to send immediately after one joins the list. Unwanted space in email campaign
I am trying to send an email campaign. When I view preview the spacing is fine. When I send a test there is odd spacing only at the top of the email. How can I eliminate unwanted space?
unable sync creator and campaigns
Zoho Campaigns wont sync with my creator anymore since I changed my email address, is there a way to dis-associate and then re-associate the accounts? Currently Campaigns automatically tries to connect to creator using the old login email address.
Zoho Campaign messages blocked as spam
Hello Zoho: I've used Zoho free version of Campaigns for a few days and find that I cannot use it because the sent email messages appear to be going through a black-listed server. This results in all messages being removed by my ISP. Please see the spam report (from message header) below, the first line adds 7.0 to the spam score. Can you fix this? Columns disappear after editing anything in cloned campaign
After I edit a campaign that's been previously cloned I loose all content that's in my columns. It could be a simple as changing one letter in heading will loose all columns.
Sync CRM to Campaign - not starting
Hello Zoho, I created a new sync called "All Leads" so that all open Leads from Zoho CRM would be sync'd to Zoho Campaigns. I have paid accounts in both. I set up the sync yesterday, clicked "initiate" and the import details said it would start in about 4 hours. So I checked this afternoon and nothing had been sync'd. I deleted the sync and started again. I initiated it and go the following message when I checked import details: All Leads is Not Started ; will be started on 18 Dec 2014,

CRM & Campaigns - Reporting different results of e-mail blast
We performed an campaign/e-mail blast on 12-03-2014. We had a number of bounced e-mails reported in Campaigns. However, in CRM, the campaign/e-mail blast is reported as SENT, not BOUNCED on the contact info. I'm not sure how to reconcile this. How do I know what to fix on the e-mails/contacts within CRM?

We are testing Zoho Campaigns, and we are experiencing users getting this error message when they try to use the Sign-Up form. It is not the case that these emails are in an inactive state. Can someone explain why this is happening?

Error when trying to add new Creator Sync
When I select "Creator" from the list, then "Proceed". I see the error message in the attached picture. I have already associated my creator account.
Can't add link
I am trying to create a campaign using the html email editor. I go to insert a link (I want to track which of the email recipients clicks the link) but when I click the "Insert a Link" button on the html email editor and the small dialog box comes up asking me for the link address, the address I enter does not save. No link is created. I have tried both the full web address including the http part and the partial address, just the www part but it doesn't seem to make any difference. Any ideas? Eric

Hi, We sync Zoho CRM contacts and include a product use completion date in the Account information, which is synced to contacts in Zoho Campaigns. We would like to set up a date-based autoresponder that emails them reminding them to try out a follow-up product, say, 30 days after we know they used the first product. The images are not displayed correctly in my campaing

When I do the pretest to send my campaign I see misconfigured images in outlook, if I open it in gmail looks correctly but whenever I open the mail in outlook images are resized and are very large and fuzzy. What is the solution to ensure my customers could see the e-mail correctly? I had already sent campaigns before and never had this problem. This is how I see the email campaign. Sometimes when I follow up with telephone calls to people who opened or clicked on the email, I am asked if I could send the email again. Can I? It would be great to have a feature in Campaigns when reviewing Opened or Clicked recipients, to simply send the email again to that person.

Zoho not saving my changes to plain text emails
When Zoho automatically generates plain text versions of my email camapigns, there are MANY extra line spaces. I have manually gone in -- twice -- to edit the plain text email. Then I SAVE my work. However Zoho -- each time -- reverts to its own automatically generated plain text emails and does NOT use my saved version in my test emails. WHy?
Mailinblack users flagged as delivered mail
Hello, some of my subscribers uses mailinblack services to prevent spam. In order to send them a message i have to fill a form with a captcha to be white-listed. If i am not white-listed i receive an-auto response with a link to the form. I sent my first campaign and i am very surprised that subscribers using mailinblack appear with a "delivered" statud and not with an auto-response status.
