Autoresponder and Leads/Contacts sync?
Hello there, i have a fast and simple question.. what happen if a LEAD synced from CRM on campaigns and subscrived to an autorespoder campaign become a CONTACTS on CRM ? The conversion unsuscribe them from autoresponder campaign ? if that happen how i can re-suscribe or continue the autoresponder? thanks
Setting Email Based Action in Autoresponder
Hi. I currently have an autoresponder set up to deliver an email when a lead signs up to be on our email list. If the lead does not open the email with 48 hours, I want to send another version of the email. I am unsure how to set this up. Do I create a follow up message in the sign-up autoresponder and then configure the Send Settings after the email is reviewed? (I can't see what options are available in the Send Settings before submitting the email for review and so don't know if this is possible).
Zoho claims emails were delivered, but none were received.
I've sent three test emails for a campaign. All three are marked as "100% Delivered" but I received nothing. Checked the spam/junk folders, etc. Nothing is going through. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Subscription Confirmation
Hello! I have some questions about the confirmation mails. 1. Well, how can I change the language of the footer in the subscription confirmation e-mail? Becouse in my opinion it looks bad that the e-mail is in hungarian and the footer is in english. 2. Is there an option to disable the subscription confirmation e-mails?
Salutation missing in Zoho Campaigns
Please add the Salutation field to Zoho Campaigns so that it can be synced with Zoho CRM. I recently attended the Zoholics conference and am very interested in Zoho Campaigns, however when I tried out the software I found that the Salutation field is missing, which is a significant oversight. We sell B2B to clients all over Europe and our clients like to be addressed in a formal manner. We cannot use Zoho Campaigns until this field has been added and can be synced with Zoho CRM.
Help!! Sync from CRM needs to include account module!
I am wanting to set up a mailing list based on a custom field that we use in our CRM accounts. This field classifies our accounts by whether they are current, resellers, past customers etc. I would like to be able to email all the contacts under a specified account type. HOW can I do this since you only permit syncs to happen with the contacts & leads modules?
can you update fields and assign followup calls automatically from responses to campaigns from zoho?
I use Zoho campaigns to send out emails to prospects but find i am having to manually update the fields in zoho crm such as lead status and assign the individual leads with call backs. can this process be automated and can i log the body of the email that i recieve from a lead automaitcally to the lead rather then doing this manually? thanks
Campaigns slow - Fetching weblinks
Anyone else experiencing a very slow Zoho Campaigns today? It's particularly slow for me when loading social media campaigns. When fetching content from a weblink, it's extremely slow while fetching, only to result in the pop-up Cannot fetch content for given URL. Jade
Email Template Review and Modification
I need help to review and modify an email template. I created my first work flow and an associated email. I used a Zoho sports template for the email. When reviewing the template before selecting it, I viewed it in different sized browser windows to inspect its responsiveness to different screen sizes. I noticed two sizes and a bug. Would like to AND and OR lists and segments
Hi, I just love the Segments feature of Campaigns. We do business in several languages, and with Segments I can use the right language according to which website language they were using when they contacted us. When you develop this functionality further, please consider the possibility of creating subsets that are ANDs and ORs of lists and segments, i.e. a third level of abstraction. That way I can ask for the people that are in a particular mailing list but not in one of my predefined language

Recipient activity: 'opened' the email
For a recipient to show up in the 'opened' category of Zoho Campaign's 'Recipient Activity' does that mean they had to actually open the email itself, or does it mean that their cursor may have landed on the email in their inbox if they were just scrolling through the emails in their inbox? Thanks

Trying to split users into three segments but lose half of them

Responsive custom emails
Our organization designed a HTML based email template to be responsive. When copying the html into the template builder, the responsiveness of the email stops working. Is it only the premade templates that can be made responsive in zoho campaigns or is there some trick to making the custom template responsive? Thank you,
Campaign Opens Report
We sent a campaign on Monday but only a quarter are recorded has being read. A web designer had previously told us that this information can only be recorded if they physically open up the email into its own window rather than read it in the outlook reading pane or whatever client they use. I was wondering what everyone else's take on this. Thanks for your input.
How to turn off the "Text Version" email of a Campaign
Wondering if there is a feature in Zoho Campaigns to turn off the "Text version" of an email campaign? So only 1 email goes out, as opposed to 2 emails going out every time we send a Campaign. We have the Header and Footer attached to the email campaign and if you cannot view the images, you can view it in HTML, so we really don't need the text version, do we??? We would really only rather have 1 email going out, it might seem like spam to our customers getting 2 emails every time we send them a
ZOHO Sync between CRM & Campaigns - missing contacts
I've been trying to reconcile/match all contacts between ZOHO CRM & Campaigns. We have over 4,500 contacts. I have found a number (approximately 260) contacts that exist in CRM, but I cannot find any record of them in Campaigns. I have searched the bounced, duplicate, unsubscribed, opt-out, etc. listings with Campaigns, BUT I can't find any record of these contacts. How do I further research this?
Bugs in Campaigns iPhone App
Hi Guys, I've found a few bugs in the iPhone app. When I open up the app, I choose my campaign, and naturally, I'm interested in who clicked. So I tap on the Unique Clicked Contacts and here's what I find. 1) The count of Unique Clicked on the dashboard differs from that at the bottom of the Unique Clicked list. 2) When I tap on a contact, their details do not display - but I KNOW I have their details! 3) On those where a phone number is displayed, tapping on the number opens a dialogue box displaying
General Opinion
Is it me or does anyone else here think the campaigns is a bit fiddly to work with when creating a new campaign or if you had to change anything on an existing one that is saved? The double scroll on the page is a bit much, would be far easier if there was just one and whatever is on the outside of it was floating. I cannot view it full size as i often have to view another document at the same time to copy over info or type it in. Thanks for your input

Images no longer appear in Edit screen
Greetings, I have been using ZoHo for about 6 months and have been getting quietly confident however for no apparent reason my images (this week) no longer appear in the Edit screen of any of my templates but they do appear in the test email when it is sent. Have cleared browser cache, confirmed the images are in the Library - where to from here? Roger
Campaigns with CRM Intergration
I am using CRM as my main means of capturing leads. My lead pages post leads directly into ZoHo CRM. Now I added Coho Campaigns and setup an autoresponder (based on after signup). Thus I am syncing with CRM. I am not seeing any autoresponder emails fire just jet. Is it using the lead creation date in CRM to calculate the initial subscription date or does it use the date the lead is synced into Campaign from CRM? J
signup button on sign up form not working
Zoho Campaigns/ Mailing List/ Signup form The paste style code when embedded in to the website does not allow the signup button to be clicked. In fact when the preview button is clicked next to the code, the preview window shows up but does not allow the signup button to be clicked. Would appreciate if some one could shed some light.
Data quality - Name cleanup
Can we please have a utility to clean up names in Campaigns? I have a lot of subscribers who have spelled their names in all lower case, or sometimes insert a space before their name, etc. A utility that would quickly go through and:- 1) Remove any leading spaces 2) Remove all trailing spaces 3) Set first letter of first name and last name to UPPERCASE. Hi, In Campaigns where the campaign statistics are shown, there are seven headers:- Recipients, Opened, Unopened, Clicked, Unsubscribed, Marked Spam and Forwards. I am curious about Forwards. Is it supposed to show when an email has been forwarded? It never shows anything. I have one customer I know always forwards my emails, but nothing appears here. Ever. Optin Form Customization
On our newsletter signup form, the grammar on the Zoho end of the form is incorrect. We would like to customize the text at the bottom of the form.
