Email has Zoho Campaign
Hi, I have an email address that I would like to invite using Zoho Campaign. The problem is when I send an invite to this particular email address, it says "This email address has been already used in some other organization. So you cannot add/invite this user." How can I remove this from the other organization / it's the same organization? Please help as I want this to be invited to the Original Zoho Campaign of our Organization. Thanks. Hernan
"Account is inactive"
Hi, My business account (username arsharpe2 and email robert.sharpe@evergreen-consulting.co.uk) returns "Account is inactive" when I try to log in to Campaigns. Unfortunately, the locked account also means that I cant access my previous business emails and business CRM data having a major impact on my business. ZOHO DKIM/SPF records not verifying

Campaigns - Report Summary - Email Opens by Time: No Date Time details shown!
The Report Summary used to show Date/Time along the bottom axis. It no longer does this. This renders it next to useless, especially as the scale changes over time from minutes to hours to days. Is there any other way to find out Opens by Time details. It is important part of evaluating the effectiveness of different send times.

Hi, I am a bit indecisive about what plan I should upgrade to. I need more info on the plans and how they work. Since I am using the free plan which allows up to 2000 subscribers and 12 000 emails/month, does this mean that if, lets say, I have 3000 subscribers and want to send them an email campaign, depending on the chosen plan, I will pay: 1. monthly plan: $45 per month or 2. pay-as-you-use plan: $80? Can't I use the 2000 subscribers the free plan offers me, and pay for the difference? For

Can't Fetch Content
I am having a problem using the Campaigns. When using the "link" option in Post Campaign section, I enter my website address, and Zoho returns the following message: Cannot fetch content for given URL. I have tried using the direct landing page address, the redirect link, even a bitly short URL, but I end up with the same error. Is there something else I can do?
Syncing ZOHO Campaigns with Zoho CRM
Hello Zoho, I have been searching the forums and help resources and have been unable to fix my issue. I have 4 Email lists in Zoho Campaigns that have roughly a total of 15,000 contacts. Many of these contacts are not currently contacts in my ZOHO CRM. I want to manually sync the data from the campaigns that I have already sent out so I can have any campaign contacts who "click" or "open" converted to a lead. I believe I have gone through all the steps that integrates the two and have set up data

Black Border Around Image on Email Campaign Editor
I have a header image for my email campaign. It has a transparent background and no border. When I place the image in the template editor, there is no border. I have selected the image and clicked "No Border." When I save the template and send the email, there is a black border around the header image. How do I fix this? THanks!
Email Authentication
Hi everyone, I am trying to authenticate my two domains in Zoho Campaigns but it doesn't work. Last week, I followed the steps to do that (Add domain- Generate SPF and DKIM records - Setup TXT records in my domain’s DNS settings and Verify). So I wonder why today, after 4 days, my domains aren't authenticated yet. I need this authentication before start sending emails in Zoho Campaigns. Regards
Viewing a list, how to customise view as in CRM?
I would like to delete subscribers from a certain city before sending out a campaign. City and country were both mapped during the initial sync but I cannot see a way to add these to my list view. I can only see columns for email, first and last name, phone and company name. Is there a way to customise the list view columns? If not, how can I sort by city so that I can delete these subscribers?

Hi is there anyway of modifying the size of the form for the embedded code? The form works well for web but when looking via mobile it doesnt fit. I just want to reduce the size.
Format changes when campaign is sent
When I send the campaign to certain recipients, my font and page layout change. Font size is inconsistent and large empty spaces are left when paragraphs are shifted down the page into the border. The email I received through gmail/chrome was fine, but my colleagues have forwarded theirs to me and the formatting is not correct. How do I correct this?
Edit email HTML headers
Hi, I want to edit my HTML header outside of the form. I don't want it to say, " Can't read or see images? View this email in a browser in the header, because that becomes the first line of the email in preview. Having this is not best practices. How do I move this or eliminate this?

Quick Resend...!
Hi! I'm often following up with email OPENED and CLICKED recipients for a few days after a campaign has been sent. Upon every other call I am asked to send the email again...! Would it be possible to have a quick resend feature, where I click on a recipient email and an option of 'Quick Resend' appears (along with the other information that appears now). Clicking on that Quick Resend link does as it says, and sends the email again to the recipient. Does anyone else like this idea?
Clean up Bounced & Auto-Reply E-Mail Addresses
We migrated from Constant Contacts. Unfortunately, this listing was not well maintained. We have been working through all of the bounces, auto-replies, etc. associated with our e-mail campaigns. We now believe that we our our mailing list clean. How can we be sure that the CRM sync to Campaigns is 100% resetting all e-mail addresses to ensure a clean e-mail campaign? Syncing a custom view imports more than just those in the custom view
I've noticed this a few times now - I create a new sync based on a custom view, and yet only some of the view's criteria are taken into account during the sync. For example, I have criteria in my custom view for source, industry and whether or not the follow up box has been checked. Yet when the campaign is sent, I've noticed it goes out to absolutely every contact meeting initial criteria of source, as well as to those who have the "follow up" box checked and whether the industry is "corporate"
Zoho Campaign Not mailing to everyone
I have two list...List one has 528 subscribers and list two has 294 subscribers (sync from Zoho CRM) for a total of 822 subscribers. But when I create a campaign and select both list to mail to it only mails to 684. I've check to see if maybe the other 138 have unsubscribe or bounce but no...Not the case. Segment or suppresss a list through an import?
I've sent a campaign to all of my contacts. I'd to send a 2nd email to all the contacts that didn't respond yet. I have a list of the 600 contacts that responded. It's a CSV with email only as the field. Is there a way to import that list just a suppression list so that I can send a campaign to my full contact list suppressing these 600 contacts/emails that already responded? I see how I can use segments to do this on an individual basis, but I'd hope there'd be a way to easily import this list

Custom contact tag in Zoho Campaigns and CRM
Hi there, We wanted to send out an email campaign with a custom tag in the subject line of our email. With the tag we wanted to include the Company name of the subscriber in the subject line. So we created a custom tag in Zoho campaigns and assigned "Account Name" as the field to fetch from in the CRM. Once we created this and sent out the mailers, the emails included the contact first name and not the account name. Sync contacts from creator only completes once
Hi, I have setup 3 mailing lists to sync from reports in creator. The sync completes the first time with no problems but fails to sync again. Therefore any updates made in creator don't get synced to campaigns. I have read the support pages and understand there are limits to the number of syncs, however, only one ever completes.
