SYNC USERS FROM CMR
Hello, i got this message. http://prntscr.com/4fv2je I want to know why i can not have unlimited syncs from the CMR tool. The idea is that i will be updating fields daily on CMR and i want those fields to be reflected on the CAMPAINGS ZOHO. Once those fields are updated, the SIgnUp Automation takes place using the fields. Now, if i can not update that daily, the campaigns will not work. Can you help me? Thanks

Hello, Lets say i am creating a Sign Up automation campaign. And lets say the autoresponder has a rule that choose from a field called STATUS : WAITING. So all emails will be sent to those users who are on status pendings from a list. Now, lets say i create a SignUp with 3 emails. Mail day 1 Mail day 2 Mail day 3 Now, lets say the status of one user changes from WAITING to SOLVED after day 1. Now, i dont want the system to keep sending those 2 last emails. How does that work? Modify Campaign "View this email in a browser"
Hi, We've recently sent out a campaign with an header in the template that includes a link to "View this email in a browser". The issue is that we have made a mistake in the campaign text, so we don't want the link to be visible to anyone. Is there a way to remove the link? Any work arounds to this? Thanks!
Problems with Sync
i have reached subscriber limit so i have deleted some but it looks like its not recognising that i have deleted them within campaigns manager. Please advise what to do here to get this sync working again.

Company names in Zoho Campaigns
my question is regarding the companies' names which are not seen when i check the list of clicked/opened/bounced contacts (i mean when i open the campaign and check the results). my contacts from Zoho Campaigns are synced with the ones in Zoho CRM, and while in Zoho CRM the company is included in the contact sheet, i cannot always see it in Zoho Campaigns. just to point out: it does not refer to all contacts, i can see some companies. what does it depend on? and what can i do to make all companies

Google Contacts fields VS Zoho Campaigns fields
I'm syncing contacts from my google apps account, so far working ok, the issue for me is: In google contacts fields I have first and last and there is an other middle, google only fills the frst two fields. In Zoho campaigns contact fields I have First Name and Last name and that's ok. Creator Sync not Working
When I try to "Add New Sync" for a Zoho Creator View, I get a "Loading" message for a second then nothing happens. When I select "Add New Sync" for Zoho Contacts, it behaves correctly. If I attempt to click "Sync Contacts from Zoho Services" the select "Zoho Creator" from the dropdown menu, I do not receive any fields to select an App or a View and if I click "Proceed" I get a "Loading" message for a second then nothing happens.
How To Fix Mailing List Signup Confirmation Emails Going into Spam
Hello, We use Zoho campaigns to manage lists, and have embedded signup forms in various web properties we manage. When someone signs up by entering their email into the form, they receive an opt-in confirmation email. However, this email always ends up in their spam box. Furthermore, the email appears to be sent by zcsend.net instead of from us. We've already set up DKIM and SPF on Zoho and have verified that it works properly with our campaign emails. Converted Leads not removed from Lead Campaign List
We have 2 autoresponders, 1 for leads and 1 for clients. When a lead converts to a contact, we want them removed from the lead autoresponder list. To achieve this, I have checked in the sync config "Exclude Converted Leads" and also checked unsubscribed. But when I go to these leads later, they are now on both lists. Anyone know what I am doing wrong?
Remove gaps between sections
How can I remove the gaps between each section added? I have images inserted as different sections as well as text and when I preview it there are large gaps. When I am looking at the components there is a dotted line and then white space all around. How do I get rid of the white space? Also how do you get rid of the white space below the last image I put in and the footer that says "This email was sent by" etc?

Edit the order of emails in Autoresponders
Hi, Is it possible to change the order of the emails in an autoresponder list? Or to add an extra follow-up message, not at the end of the list but, somewhere in the middle? It seems I can only add extra follow-up messages at the end and so if I want to add an extra follow-up email at the beginning (Day 1) the I must delete the whole list and start again. Hopefully I'm mistaken in thinking this, so please do correct me if so.
Merging Campaign results into CRM
I use Zoho CRM and Zoho Campaigns. How do I get the results of the campaigns back into CRM? I would like the results for each contact (for example, "opened," "clicked" and "bounced") automatically recorded in the contact's record in CRM. Is there a way to do this?

Zoho Campaigns- creating segments for leads with status set as "not contacted" or blank
I am looking into setting up a campaign on the "Zoho Campaigns" section of the site and would like to send a HTML campaign to my leads who haven't been contacted by our company yet. These leads have their lead status set as "not contacted" or this section is left blank on their company profile. I can't seem to find a way to send the campaign only to these specific leads? does anyone know how to do this? FYI, I have gone to Zoho Campaigns- contacts- list management- segments- create new segment-

Unsuccessful Syncs (Zoho CRM - Zoho Campaigns)
Our lead syncs between Zoho CRM to Zoho Campaigns are down since 2 days ago. The issue is that the programmed date and time of syncs keep postponing themselves automatically. Hence we have tried to contact the Technical Support Team countless number of times and we have received NO support nor answer whatsoever. Zoho Campaigns reverts to old version
Zoho Campaigns suddenly reverts to an old version sometimes when i am opening up again/ I have been using Campaigns for over 12 months and never had this problem until last week. I have attached a screenshot of the test email that was sent (after correcting an old cloned version and saving), then a screen shot of when I went back in to edit one minute later and it had reverted to an old version even though the correct version was saved. Is there a bug with Zoho Campaigns?

Managing Contacts in Campaigns?
Is there an easy way to manage lists in Campaigns. For example, there is an option to merge lists, but no option to say Remove People from list "A" who are in List "B" OR if I look at a contact info under Contacts in Campaigns, I can see what lists they are in but I cannot edit the lists they are subscribed to from the contact record? It would be much easier to manage people if the lists they are in where shown as check boxes that I could check or un-check to add or move them to other lists. Any
See Zoho campaign activity data on leads page
Hello Zoho Team, I have integrated my zoho campaign account with my zoho crm account. I can see the campaign activity (clicks, bounce etc) under campaign tab of my Zoho CRM however I wanted to get this data directly to my leads. To simplify: I would like to create a new field called "Newsletter Clicked Date" I would like the field to update with today's date if someone clicks on a link within the newsletter email sent out. That is great for tracking but it requires every contact to approve the email before it can be sent. That makes Zoho virtually worthless when it comes to email campaigns targeting totally cold prospects that have never heard of the product. Email campaigns targeting these new prospects need to be initiated through "Sendy" where they do not have the choice to disregard the email or not. After we get a response, then the outcome may easily be added to Zoho for tracking purposes.
Is there a way in Campaigns (or even CRM) to send a one-question mass mailing?

Can I use pick-lists in the ZOHO sign-up forms? I am having problems creating forms with fields that have a pick-list or multiple-pick-list. They don't seem to show properly on the forms. Is there a way to make this work? Thanks! Adele
setting up campaign
I am setting up a campaign. I am the adm of the Zoho account. We have 5 users. Should each user have a log into the campaign to sync the contacts which they 'own'? Or do I as administrator sync all the contacts in the database and then segment them based on the views in the CRM? thanks, JP

I am going to send a campaign and for the individual users I have a personnel message which is around 900 symbols. The personnel message is written in the Zoho CRM ( the name of the field is Zoho Campaign Personnel Message).
