Editing a cloned campaign or saved template
We are editing the text in a campaign we have sent before which we clone. Every time we save it and close out of the editor it reverts to the previous version. We have even saved to the library and the same thing happens. Help
Sender Emails containing a plus + are not accepted as valid
We use sender email addresses containing a plus +. But email addresses containing a plus are not accepted as valid email address by the Zoho Campaign form, although they are valid and working email addresses. Please respond on how long it takes to change this, as we want to start using Zoho Campaign productively by the end of this week. When i associate my google account to Zoho Campaing, it does not work! nothing happens and the google account still shows up as not been associated.
Manual import of contact list
Hi, if I manually import contacts in Zoho Campaigns - can I expect the statuses of these contacts would be updated in Zoho CRM? I.e. would the 'Campaigns' section of a contact updated in Zoho CRM when campaign finishes in Zoho Campaigns with "Create Campaign in Zoho CRM: Enabled" and "Update Campaign Member Status: Enabled"?

crm contact is not synced to zoho campaigns
Hi, I have the contact rkapoor@csavagencies-india.com in Zoho CRM, and he is part of the contacts view 'SSCE campaign ALL contacts' which was synced number of times to Zoho Campaigns. However rkapoor@csavagencies-india.com has never been created in Zoho Campaigns. The question: why? Evgeny Drokov

Data synch not updating email address
Before sending out a new Email Campaign (in Campaigns App), I always fetch my data from CRM to make sure I have the most current contact information. When an existing Contact has a new email address on the CRM side, I notice that the new email address is added to the Contact record on the Campaigns side, but the old one is not removed. What is the difference between a Sync and a Fetch?
When syncing a mailing list from Zoho CRM, it has a "Initiate" button, which would seem to initiate a sync. However, the sync does not occur immediately, and instead there is a "Next Fetch Time", which is later today. What is the difference between "Sync" and "Fetch"? Which one affects the daily/monthly "Sync Limits"? If Fetch is what actually brings the new contact data across into Campaigns, is there a way to tell it to fetch immediately, rather than wait until the "Next Fetch Time"?
Links in Campaigns
When I insert some ( not all ) links into an email campaign the links open multiple windows. This, of course, is not very professional. How do I resolve that?
Designing a template
Hi I am trying to bring over an existing template that was created for us in Dreamweaver and was used in a different CRM that was not Zoho. The greater majority of the pics etc is there but there are some images that seem to be in some sort of table that if i highlight the whole area the lines turn blue there is a box to the left of some text that i need to insert an image but i cant seem to get the cursor to sit there. I have noticed that when i send a test message that it is wider than it should

I have a closed-group Autoresponder campaign. People reply to the first one, and confirm the RSVP. There is a second follow up email, that is a reminder. Do the respondents to the original email still receive following emails from the autoresponder campaign?

I've switched on the sync between Zoho Campaigns and Zoho CRM, so every new campaign in Zoho Campaigns gets reflected in Zoho CRM automatically. It did work with one campaign in Zoho Campaigns as it should but didn't work with the second campaign. I didn't change the settings of sync. What do I do wrong? Evgeny Drokov
bounced emails from people outside of my mailing list
I'm sending out my campaigns and receive some bouncing messages handled by Zoho Campaigns. The contacts in Zoho Campaigns are only created by synching with Zoho CRM. The problem: in Zoho Campaigns bouncing list I see emails that are not from the mailing list in Zoho Campaigns and not from Zoho CRM. Where has import from file gone
I have just tried to import contacts to Zoho Campaigns but the option to 'import from file seems to have disappeared' There are now new icons on the top right so i think there has recently been an update of this. I am only given the option to type in email addresses. Frustratingly it says "Enter a maximum of 20 email addresses. Displaying the percentage of Click Map in Click-to-open percentage
Hello, When you go to the link click map, the percentage are always "<1%". I guess it is because it tries to show the unique click percentage which is obviously often less than 1% if you have several links on your email. Is it possible to know instead the percentage of ppl who clicked on this link compared to those who clicked in general ? This would be much more interesting. Thanks. Guillaume.

Cannot get my link tracking to work
Hi there anyone knows some reason why link clicked is not tracked. I can see in the sent email that link is not replaced with www.zohocampaign.com/tracker? before sending. Not sure why. It just send the original links to the recipient. Thank you, Viktor
CRM to Campaigns Sync not importing all my CRM Contacts
I've observed that all the contacts from my CRM are not syncing into my mailing list even after following all the guidelines for automating the sync process. Do I have to do this manually? Is there a field in the CRM contacts that the sync looks for before merging new contacts in the existing list? Thanks

Half of my email was just deleted. I wasn't prompted to delete anything, and I was working on the draft as it happened. Is there any way to view past drafts that were saved? I was working for over an hour on this, and hit save multiple times. Please help me recover this!
Unsubscribe Mail Merge not working
Hi, I'm creating a campaign and sent myself a test email. The inserted the mail merge field '$[LI:UNSUBSCRIBE]$' at the bottom of the email. However, in the test email, the link appears as 'http://zc1.maillist-manage.com/ua/testemail?&cmpDgs=1e10cd9f3f20b8e&tm=unsub' How do I use the unsubscribe mail merge and identify how the link should appear? Do I have to embed the code with special syntax through HTML? Any advice or simple instruction set for including the mail merge fields would be helpful!

No Special Characters Zip Code Field
I have started getting the error message "no special characters allowed" next to the zip code field. This happens despite there being no special characters - not even spaces entered in this field. This has only started happening recently and worked fine before. I am having to delete everything in the zip code field every time I want to save an edited contact. Has something changed in zoho and how can I fix this?

For either Zoho Survey or Surveymonkey, we can see that you can email people who have clicked, who have not clicked, etc., but especially want to email people who have not completed the survey, or partial completion. Is there a way to just email them with a reminder?

Problem with EXPORT in CAMPAIGNS - fields are transposed.
I have a recurring issue with exports from CAMPAIGNS. If I select a lot of fields, then the headings do not match the content. I am doing EXPORT then IMPORT to change pick list values and other mass updates as you don't have these sort of features that exist in CRM. I can't see any pattern in when it happens. But it has screwed up my data as I didn't notice the issue until much later. Is this a known issue?

Campaigns with Custom View for Accounts
Zoho CRM to campaigns Sync Details could be significantly improved. It would be extremely valuable if the function could be added in to choose the Module to Sync as "account" and then open "custom views" and see available views from the account module in zoho crm. Currently you build the view in zoho crm accounts to get the list setup.. Then you rebuild the same view using "criteria" in campaigns.
