How to understand the stats better
Can someone answer these questions for me: 1) how does the criteria determine what device they are using when reading the email? In other words, the campaign stats say that most viewed on their iPhone. However, in our business we know that most people work off of their blackberrys. 2) what does it mean when it is recorded that say 100 people have not viewed the email? Is it to be assumed they just deleted it? Or they just have not read it yet? 3) Are there tips to making sure a higher percentage
Opened Users not getting updated when Subscribers open campaign email in Microsoft Outlook Client
Hi, I am running a test campaign in Zoho Campaigns and I see that the No. Unique Opens not getting updated when the subscriber opens a campaign email in Microsoft Outlook Client. However, if they click on the "View this email in a browser" link available in the email, the Opens count is getting updated and I see their name in the list of users who opened. Can you please suggest on how to get the Opened Users count updated for views through Outlook Client? Regards, Janaki
Segmentation - Customizing the Email Campaign Page and also creating click reports based on segmentation
Please see attachment of my screenshot. Is it possible to customize this onscreen look based on our own segmentation? We want to add our most import columns of segments rather than show "phone". Can we create email open/click reports based on criteria we are going to enter through a segmented email list? This is important as some days our newsletter is more important to one segment than the other and we want to start to track this. Thank you. Email campaign opens, but edit the list first
I want to email people who've opened the campaign email. However, I want to remove contacts from that list who've replied and we've gotten into conversation. Basically they've moved from a prospect to a conversation and I don't want them to get the prospecting emails anymore. I see the link where I can send a campaign to the people who've opened my email; however I cannot edit that list. Any tips or methodology to doing this?
Emails not being received by clients.
I sent out a two campaigns on the Friday the 28th March. I have been contacted by a client saying she never received the email and it shows up on campaigns for this client as unopened. The campaign went to 274 people, 236 of these are unopened. Why are clients not receiving the emails? I have got the client to check her spam/junk and her IT team have also checked her account and the email address is correct.

Hello, I've tested out what happens when a user clicks "Unsubscribe" from one of my newsletters, and I'd like to change the message, particularly the company name. Is there a way to do this? For example, the unsubscribe message currently reads: You are unsubscribing from Peak Indicators Please click the button below to confirm if you would like us to stop sending you any email updates. What I really want to change is the part in bold, which I think is coming from my account name... Thanks!

Hi, Is there any option to track the replies from the sent campaigns? I´m checking the Reports of my campaigns but I can track and report if the e-mail is open, if they click a link, if the mail is bounced... etc. But no reports of the people who reply the e-mail. I have created a sign-up form for a mailing list. I have noticed that the Form URL is HTTP not HTTPS. Is this a secure way for our contacts to sign up to our mailing list? When using zoho campaigns everything is in https so thats ok, is there a way to get a https sign up url?

We have two company addresses and I need to change the street address in the footer of the email I have loaded in the content section of a campaign. This is not something you change in the content section itself so how do I change that?
Can't change campaign theme in plain text
I have created a plain text email. However when I send a test it has the default campaign theme footer. I want to use a different footer but I am not given the option to choose one ( as I am when using html emails) Any idea how to do this?

I am currently new to the system and testing different campaigns. To see what happens when someone "unsubscribes" I hit that feature. Now I cannot include myself in tests. How can I opt back in?
Changing the field in "Push Member Status"

Sign Up Form Error
I have created a sign up form to register for a competition I am running. They sign up to a new mailing list called Competition. Can't Import Subscribers In Google Chrome
I am no longer able to import subscribers to zoho campaigns using Google chrome. This used to work fine but on the MAP YOUR FIELDS section drop down menus do not work. when i select to map contact email to the column called email I get a popup saying "This field is already mapped". Re-uploading subscribers
I just wanted to know if what happens if I upload the same contact more than once. I know that it doesn't duplicate the contact, but if what happens if there are differences between the two records. Does the new upload automatically override the old contact where fields are not the same?
How to enable Unique Clicked and Click / Open Rate for a campaign?
Hello - I just ran a mini-test campaign (to me and two other people in my office) to test drive it. It showed who opened the e-mail ("Unique Opened"), but didn't get any reporting for the "Unique Clicked" and "Click / Open Rate", even though I clicked on a link inside the test e-mail that I received. Cant Change Footer Theme
I have created several different footer themes to be used with different mailouts. However when I create my campaign I cannot seem to change the footer to this theme. On the 'Content Configuration' stage I am given a drop down to choose a campaign theme, yet no matter which one I select changes are not saved. When I test the email or preview the campaign it will still have the footer theme that was at the top of the drop down menu (not even the default footer). I have tried clicking "save and close"

Authenticating our domain - SPF and DKIM - will more people get our newsletter now?
We have a very popular email newsletter that thousands of people read in our industry. We virtually have no unsubscribes and we probably have not had a spam report in two or three years. When we switch over to ZOHO Campaigns and authenticate our domain (SPF and DKIM) our feeling is is that our newsletter may actually be delivered to a few thousand people more over current levels because they might not be getting the newsletter today because our current email marketing solution has no authentication.

Chain campaign to everyone (not just unopened)
Is it possible to use the Chain Campaign function to send out a reminder to everyone on the original list, not just unopened? I found this comment in the help page on Chain Campaigns but it doesn't say how to do this and I can't find any controls in the create campaign screens. It is not necessary that the subscribers should be always unopened recipients but can also be focused on unclicked recipients too.
Adding a sender email address
Hi I have an issue trying to add a sender address under settings. I can create the addresses, and its says in the screen that a verification email will be sent to the address I created, but Im not receiving the verfication emails. I have checked spam folders and I have tried with different email addresses but I don't receive the verfication email for any of them. Can you assist? Thanks Mo
