How to remove #ZohoCampaigns in my tweets?
Hi, I just started using Zoho Campaigns and posted my first tweet from Zoho Campaigns. It looks like the hastag #ZohoCampaigns was automatically added to my tweet. How can I prevent that? Thanks, Remy
Web link from Theme not appearing at bottom of text-only email.
I have a hyperlink at the bottom of my footer theme that appears fine in the HTML email, but not at the bottom of the text email. Also, a hyperlink I have in the body of my email appears fine in the HTML version, but not in the text version. That's a much bigger problem!
Theme not updating campaign.
There is a big problem with themes. Try this:- Create a campaign. Select the Zoho theme and send a test. Create a new theme, remove the header and turn off the centering. Save it. Go back to campaign, select new theme, save and send a test. Same Zoho theme (or default if you set one).

If I send a campaign, I usually end up with a number of unopened emails, for which I can send a Chain campaign. Themes - problems with default theme selected.
I have created my own theme that removes the "Can't read or see images?..." header and left-justifies my emails so they DON'T go down the centre of the page. I have discovered the following:- If I create a new campaign from scratch, my theme works fine. If I clone a campaign, it reverts to the default Zoho theme - BUG! Even though the theme is changed in the newly-cloned campaign, it still uses the Zoho default - BUG! Subsequent chain campaigns however, use the correct default campaign. Weird. If

Lining up dotted lines and spacing

Segment Criteria Problem
Hi, I'm segmenting a mailing list geographically to create to segments 'North' and 'South'. I have successfully created the segment 'North by selecting 'ISN'T' across 3 criteria 'Account Name' fields (i.e. isn't John, isn't Ajay, isn't Omar). But when I try to create 'South' by selecting 'IS' across the same 3 criteria fields there appear to be no contacts. I've additionally tried 'contains' but the system can't find any contacts. Can you advise?

Sync does not appear to be working
Created a segment with criteria on custom field "Source contains Genesis" I have 56 contacts but in ZOHO CRM there are 238 contacts. The 238 contacts have been available for several week but the syc is not bringing them across. The only criteria on the sync is that account name is not empty. Any ideas? Sam

Sync Limits to Zoho CRM <<->> Zoho Campaigns
We are using both Zoho Campaigns and Zoho CRM to manager our marketing and sales. A key part of the strategy is to send emails daily to segments of the CRM. Leads and Contacts are identified from work we are doing on the CRM. Each day we move people into appropriate auto-responders and mailing lists based on their activity in the sales cycle. The sync settings allow for daily sync's of the data ... but the sync limit only allows 15 sync's a month - so two weeks into the month our marketing efforts
Deleting bounced contacts
Hi All, Can anyone tell me how to find and delete bounced contacts from a sent campaign? I can see them in my report but how do I get rid of them from CRM? I know there is a "campaign status" somewhere that gives you the status, i.e bounced etc, but I cannot find it.. Also, is there any way to automatically removed bounced contacts? Sending a Qualifying Campaign to an Older Mailchimp List

Autoresponder campaign for Eventbrite Integration?
I have been using Zoho Campaigns to manage emailing about upcoming events through the drip or autoresponder campaigns. We also use Eventbrite and its is really nice to have the integration between the two; however, I do not see the ability to create an Eventbrite autoresponder campaign. Am I missing something? If not can this be added to the request list? It would be really awesome to be able to quickly create the drip campaign based on the event with out much extra work.

sync running between ZOHO CRM and ZOHO campaigns
I have a daily sync running between ZOHO CRM and ZOHO campaigns. I need to run it outside of that schedule - right now to see if I can understand why it is not synchronizing some of the CRM contacts. But it keeps telling me it will operate at next fetch tomorrow which is too late. Any thoughts?
Can't create new Autoresponder email messages
I have been able to create new Autoresponder messages up until a few hours ago. Now if I try and either create a new email message (Add Another Content) or Clone an existing email message, I get to the first dialog box and the SAVE or NEXT buttons do not seem to respond. Help!
Problems with sync between CRM & Campaigns
My company has been using Zoho CRM to manage offiline customers but now i just joined to use the Zoho Campaigns. The problem is that someone created some lists in CRM and syncronized with Campaigns somehow that i cant find contacts with the search. If i type the contact e-mail on the search i cannot find but then when i export my whole contact lists is in there (i cant exclude users from the list). The only person who finds it in the list is the guy who syncd for me. Did you understand my problem?
Contact Count appears incorrect
Hi, I've deleted old mailing lists from the contacts tab to import a new mailing list of 7,362 contacts, but I've received a prompt which says that due to our 10,000 contact subscription I have a limit of 6,721 contacts left to add to my account, but I've deleted the old mailing lists to make room for our new list. How to forbid users to Unsubscribe
Hello, I run student dormitory, we have a list of 90 students and we send them e-mail: Announcements, updates think, notice of events, notice of payment, procedural and guidelines. Change the send date on an autoresponder message
I have created an autoresponder with a sequence of 6 messages. No one on the list has been sent a message yet. All messages have been reviewed. I set the sequence up, turned it on, and have now paused it. I can't find a way to change the send dates on the messages - I need to alter the timings of all the messages. Am I missing a way to edit the existing messages? If I can't change them - what is the best work around to change the timings? David

I am capturing leads from another source and entering them into my ZCRM-leads. I want to send these leads, as they are entered on different dates, a sequence of emails offset by date. I realize I can set up the import of the leads from ZCRM to Campaign, segment and select the list. Which autoresponder option do I use to accomplish?

I need help, pushing data from Campaing to CRM doesn't work
More than 5 weeks ago I sent a mail with a question about pushing data from Campaign to CRM. The pushed data contained a lot of errors. The number of sent, opend, clicked and bounced mails in Campaign did not correspondent with the pushed data in CRM. Zoho concluded: there is a bug in CRM. Templates not displaying in the Content area.
I click create Campaign. I choose Templates (HTML & Plain Text). I choose Template Library. I select one of My Templates. Then the template doesn't load in the content area. Also it won't save and close or close. I can't exit from the page as well. I click the "Home" button nothing happens. Only way to exit is to logout.
blank html template issue
I'm using a blank html template to create a company newsletter. I'm adding content using the options at the top (i.e. images, headings, paragraphs, image and text, columns etc,) but when I send a test the headings look squashed, the text in the columns is uneven and an image is cutting off text. Why is this and how do I over come this?

I have the free version of zoho campaigns , I want to update my account but my question is, if I choose the option of 500 subscribers for $5, or 1000 subscribers for $10, or 2500 subscribers for $25 ... Can you use a Merge tag as a default for another Merge tag
I'm trying to get Zoho to send an email with merge tags. One of these merge tags should select another merge tag as default. So for example I have the Mergetag: $[TITLE]$ and I want it to default to the Mergetag $[VV]$. Would that work? so the default value is: $[UD:TITLE|$[UD:VV]$|$[UD:VV]$]$. Thanks in advance!
