Hi, I'm not proficient in HTML so am using your templates. I would like to have a 'contact us' image which will have an email link attached. Additionally is it possible to have images with web links attached? thanks

SYNC CRM contacts to Campaigns
Dear Zoho management and Users, I have been several times to sync CRM contacts into Campaigns and make segmentation. When I Sync the contacts, there are always 'Invalid Contacts' that do not get fetched into campaigns moddule. Why is this happening? and How do I know which contacts are invalid? Another question. I am unable to Sync the leads from CRM into Campaigns. I map the fields properly (Lead Status to Lead Status) but they do not hetch properly. Why might be this happening and How can I solve

Hello, I created a email campaign and when it came to "Reply-to" email choices, only my main account in ZOHO mail was in the drop down list. I have 5 Pop3 email accounts in Zoho mail, shouldn't they all show up in that drop down list?
Optin doesnt work on firefox?
For an unknown reason our optin for zoho campaigns does not work in firefox web browsers. It has been tested to work in Chrome and Internet Explorer and on a few mobile web browsers with no issues. When a user submits an optin while using Firefox they end up with the following message: Problem in optin! An unknown error occurred. Please try after some time. Since Contacts are both under Vendors and Accounts, when I did my sync with ZOHO CRM to campaigns, did my vendor contacts get imported over? I only want my account contacts and lead contacts to be imported over and synched. Please advise

Hi ZoHo Last 2 weeks I had some difficulties with creating 2 campaigns. But I dont get help. - last fridy I prepared 2 campaigns, but on sunday it still wasn't reviewd. Zoho Campaign sync. Transferring contacts to different email lists based on new sync contact data.
So for example: We've created a sync to Mailing List-A based on Account Rating = Idle In this case, all contacts associated to Accounts that match this Rating will be imported into Mailing List-A. Mailing List-A is used to send marketing email to try and "activate" those accounts again. 2 weeks later, the account becomes Rating = Active due to some savvy email marketing using Zoho Campaigns. We now need to transfer the account contacts into a new ZC mailing list which is based on customer care email
Half campaign emails landing in spam
Hello, In preparation for an open house my company is hosting, a number of test emails have been sent out to make sure that our our campaign emails are dropping in inboxes and not spam folders. We have had success on an organizational level but when our emails hit Gmail accounts, about half the recipients receive them in spam and the other half receive them in their inbox. Problem with sender email
I am having an issue when I try and select another email address to send a campaign from in Zoho Campaigns. I tried to "Add Sender's Address" and when I add the address I want the campaign to be from, it says "Duplicated email address found while adding your sender address." Yet it is not listed on the drop down. I ran a general search for the email address in Zoho Campaigns and it didn't show up anywhere so I am not sure where it is....Can you help me?

Campaign going to Spam
Hello, I am sending out a campaign but this campaign (and the previous three) are going to my Spam when I send the test. I have tried several test accounts, but mostly they aree going to Spam. I have read the guidelines Do's and Don'ts, - my subject line for this campaign is 2013 Campaign. When I design my email it looks fine but when I email the campaign out the width of the template has shrunk so all my paragraph spacing is way off. I tried two email address on different systems (Godaddy and Gmail) and same result. Why is this and can it be fixed?

When importing my list the email addresses that start with info@ get rejected. I need to be able to send to this type of address as I have a lot of subscribers that use info@ addresses.

Hello Support I have a mailing list with 81 contacts, RIGHT. When today check the statics i see this numbers. Hi Guys, ive been using mailchimp until I found out i could use zoho to send out my mail shots. When I import my mail chimp HTML files it doesnt seem to import properly. Is it easier to just re-create the layout in Zoho? If so is there someone that can do this for me? Andrew

Using HTML Code, The Preview Works But Once Hit Save, The Background Color Doesn't Show Up
I've noticed on the forum, people have had issues with div tags and the Zoho assistance told them to use tables. Well, I'm using tables. When I copy and paste my code into the HTML editor, the preview shows up how it should look, but once I hit "Save & Close", my background color completely disappears. This is simple HTML code and I'm not understanding how it's not reading the background code in the tables. Is the automatic header and footer disrupting this process? Anyone else have this problem?
