How to remove [Marketing] text added to email subject?
When I send a campaign, the recipients get a [Marketing] text is added to the subject. Why is this? How can I remove it?

Low Open Rate
For some reason, our last 3 email sends have a had a very low open rate. Our first campaign had 1 open and the next 2 had zero opens. All three were sent with the same list, but the email addresses have shown opens previously. Is anyone else experiencing a low open rate lately?

Export a list of who opened an email from which list?
What I need is an exportable list of contacts who opened/clicked a specific email, with a field for what contact list they belong to. In the list based report I don't see any export options, or even a way to view individual opens. I checked in the Zoho CRM and made a custom view with the contact list field I needed, however, there doesn't seem to be a way to export a list of ONLY opens/clicked.
