Custom Reports
Is there a way to create custom reports in Zoho Campaigns. I want to be able to see who are the most 'active' members of the mailing list, i.e who is consistently opening and clicking links on my email campaigns. In the email campaign reports i can see under opens who has opened the email and under link clicks details of who has clicked each link. Is there a way that this data can be used to create a custom report to show me who is actively reading and engaging with my campaigns?
Campaign preparation - language issues
Hi I tested Campaign themes for non-english environment. I works nicely when for some fields: one can change the Tell-a-fried link text, etc. But when the receiver actually clicks on these links the forms are all in English: Tell-a-friend, Unsubscribe notification (only the Unsubscribe confirmation notification can actually be translated). Sync services
On the 17th of April I set up a sync to bring all "live customers" from ZOHO CRM to campaigns. The result was only partially successful - I got about 50% of "live customers". Criteria for this was a custom field in accounts. Today I tried to sync again with a criteria from accounts = rating "proposal sent" and got nothing. However there were 16 in the CRM. Merging Accounts
I have been using Zoho for a while. Recently, I started using Zoho Campaigns and I added myself and several co-workers as users. It turns out that one of them has already made himself a user on his own account. Now I can't add him to mine and he can't add me to his because both our email addresses are already in use. I don't want to close my account completely because I have data on CRM that I cannot lose. What can I do?

Hi there, In a sent campain (more than 4 weeks), I can see for example a 30 "non opened" list As I create a chain campain, it doesn't check these 30, witch turned to "0" "non opened" After reading the help senter...I think there is smg I'm doing the wrong way... Whitespace above top logo image
I created a email campaign using the template (business 2) with an image of our newsletter heading at the top, preview however shows a load of whitespace above the image. can I get rid of this?
Image listed not refreshing correctly
When I edit content in an email campaign and go to add an image (with image and text option) I get presented with a dialog asking me to selet or upload an image. When I choose to upload and then select the image to upload... nothing happens. I mean the image listing in the dialog box doesn't refresh to reflect to newsly uploaded image. I have to cancel and add the image again to be able to view/select the image. It's very annoying... can this be fixed please. BTW I'm using firefox

Just curious, but how often does Campaign update CRM? All of my leads and contacts are listed but the numerical stats do not seem to be updating. Campaign sent about 5 hours ago.
Pushing Click-Throughs to CRM
I recently sent out a campaign, and was able to push through the opens to the CRM. However, I'd like to be able to push through the clicks as well and have their click history append to their lead record. Is this possible? If not, is there a way to manually change the campaign member status? Clicked is not included - can I add this as a custom field?

A/B Campaigns - how to see activity report of ALL users
Hi all, When I look at the activity reports from my A/B campaigns, I generally only see the data from the A segment, and not from the B segment or the "winner" segment (the segment that the winner of the A/B test was sent to). If I go to "A/B Split Test Results" then I still cannot see all the activity information for all of the people who received my email. How can I see all of the information, for all email recipients? Merging contacts from CRM
I ran a sync from the CRM and it stopped at 2500 which is what our current plan was. I did not realized this happened and then linked that mailing list to my campaign. The campaign went out to the 2500 names. I then restarted the sync after upgrading and another 1200+ names have come into the mailing list. How do I get the campaign sent to the additional 1200+ names? I don't want to duplicate it to the original 2500 but am not sure how to just pick up the new names. Need to this happen today
Posting a picture to post campaigns
I'm enjoying the Zoho campaigns and working on understanding the Social aspect of it currently. I'm working on a post campaign in Facebook and when I select the option for an image post there seems no way to upload an image anywhere. I'm not sure if I'm missing something, I've tried in both Firefox and Internet Explorer and nothing shows up to pull an image into the post and you can't move forward without the image. One more question, currently I can only run one social page campaign at a time,

Hi, I love the concept of Drip Campaigns and would love to have it automatically started when a new subscriber is added to a list. Is that possible? It seems like Drip Campaigns are scheduled for one-time execution? Also, if a subscriber is removed from a Mailing List while a Drip Campaign is executing, will they continue to receive the messages? Unable to post/run a Facebook Page Campaign
This is the error message I'm getting when I try to start a campaign for Facebook page. I'm just starting out so I created a few pages and deleted them to get the idea of how it worked. Sync Additional Info From Campaign
Have sync updating campaigns in CRM no problem with contact info. Is there any way to also sync the numbers of emails sent, opened, bounced, etc to the general info section of the campaign so that info does not need to be entered manually? Thanks.

I have Synced about 4500 contact from CRM and organized into segments. When I look at the list segment, it appears to only contain 500 contacts. Is there a max limit per segment?

Hello, I'm receiving Soft Bounces from mail addresses related to the following domains: alice.it tin.it virgilio.it The details show that your IP is Blacklisted. Diagnostic-Code: smtp;550 mail not accepted from blacklisted IP address [74.201.84.54] All the domains I quoted are part of Telecom Italia, the largest italian telecommunications company (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Telecom_Italia). How to modify column width
