Do periodical syncs count towards daily limit of 5
I have a number of lists and keeping them updated by syncing changes from CRM is a challenge since I am only allowed 5 syncs a day. Because of this I have done once off syncs, but get the message below every time: You can use the Periodic Sync(Daily,Weekly,Monthly) option if you are going to use the selected custom view (or) criteria more than once. Do you want to proceed with the " Fetch Data Once "option ? If I set up to sync daily or weekly, will these syncs count towards my daily limit or are
Campaign cancelled due to bonce rate
Dear support team, We are about to import a lot of email addresses from our manually maintained mailing list (more than 100.000 email addresses). We have always removed all hard bounces, but not the soft bounces. We allready got a smaller capaign cancelled due to a too high bounce rate. What are exactly the conditions for a campaign to be cancelled? (in hard and soft bounces) Do you have any tips how we can verify our email list when importing it for the first time to decrease bounces? Thanks a lot!
Hidden Fields
I have created new field in Zoho Campaigns and mapped to my Zoho CRM. I want to include the field on the website sign-up form as a hidden field so I can track the page from which the lead originated. Can you suggest the form field coding to make the field and data label not appear on the form but be written the the response when completed? Or is there another way to accomplish this?
How can we view Campaign details in CRM?
We have synced our campaign account and added the ZSC auth code but we are not seeing any campaign details in CRM? I have checked and made sure that we have enabled create campaign and update campaign member status under sync services. Am I missing a step? I don't see anything in CRM under Campaigns! Appreciate any help at this point!

Creating a New List (Daily) with Converted (New Accounts)
I would like to use Zoho Campaigns to import a list of new contacts every day that were created when the Lead was converted to an Account (From linked Zoho CRM). Sign up form on website not working on Chrome
I have created a sign up from on Zoho Campaigns for my website. It seems to be working in IE but On Chrome it gives me an error message saying : Unable to process your request. Fields should not contain invalid characters An error occurred during the current request. Return to Home page Being that it is an email I am asking for it should allow special characters! It is working in IE ... please help!
Syncing with CRM
I am setting up our first campaign and have synced my list view into a mailing list. My questions are below: 1. I saw on another post that after an email is sent the leads status would be opened/bounced/opted out etc and that this would be reflected in CRM - where is the shown? 2. If a lead opts out in Campaigns, is that updated in CRM? If so how and where is it reflected? 3. Our current view is sorted off of lead status, if we go in CRM and change the lead status to one that would remove it

Add Fields to Embedded Signup Form?
My newsletter signup form (embedded) has just 2 fields: Email, Name. Also, the Name field is a single piece of data, whereas I'd like to capture it as two data fields (First, Last) so I can map this back to my CRM contacts. I'd also like to capture an optional field Company that would map to CRM Account. (1) How do I split up Name to be First, Last and capture separately? (2) How do I get my embedded form to show the 4 fields rather than just its current 2? Thanks.
Integrate header/footer in custom template
Hi there, Is there a way to integrate the standard ZOHO Campaigns header and footers in my custom template? I have created a custom template and now the footer with the unsubscribe field is simply attached to my template which breaks the layout and looks ugly. Would be nice to be able to use a tag to include the header/footers in the template and only if the tag is not available attach it automatically. Thanks
Creating New Sync/Mailing List - doesn't upload contacts from CRM
Hello, as written in the subject line I have problems with fetching the data from Zoho CRM when creating new Sync and therefore new Mailing List in Zoho Campaigns. Hello, after a person opt's in, you guys have some generic message, that doesn't help increase Double Optin rates. Many people will totally forget or be confused without some personalization. I would make it so we can personalize that double optin message. IT doesn't even tell the user EXACTLY who its coming from, or what the subject is that they need to be looking out for. Subscription Widget Not showing in Firefox

Majority of Contacts Have Been Marked as "Unsubscribed"
I recently noticed that all but 6 of our master list has been marked as "unsubscribed" (approx. 6200) with the exact same time stamp. This is a critical issue because we can not send out any future campaigns to the majority of the contact list. It doesn't seem to make sense, because the dashboard of the last campaign does not indicate that level of "unsubscribers" and it is not practical to have over 6000 contacts unsubscribe at the exact same time. I am trying to upload contacts from an excel file but it keeps coming back with invalid email adresses, What do I do wrong? I tried it with csv and xlsx files, but neither works. I have enough space in my subscription.

Bounced address deleted from list but still sending
Some time ago after several notification about bounce I deleted some addresses from list. But today after sending campaign I can see again that deleted adress in Hard bounce ! Can you explain something ?
Importing fields from ZOHO CRM for segmentation
I want to import 2 fields from CRM to the campagn so I can segment my lists.. one that should be simple is the rating.. (customer, prospect, vendor partner... etc... ) the other is interests.. this happens to be a multi select field.. I need to give my list segmentation to target my emails more effectively.. Number of PCs and employees woudl be nice addition as well..
Sync from Zoho campaigns to Zoho CRM
Having a problem using the web lead forms in Zoho CRM on my Wordpress platform website. Reviewing this here it appears I'm not the only one. With Zoho Campaigns there is no issue with the forms working on the site. I was hoping this was the MUCH needed work around to getting the form to function and gather data via the sync yet I think I'm missing something as it's not working the way I anticipated. Here's the Q - does the data from ZOHO Campaigns sync with ZOHO CRM or is it only CRM to Campaigns?

How to deactivate the "Subscription Confirmation" e-mail?
Hi, I'd like to deactivate the subscription confirmation e-mail, so that when a new prospect register on our web form he's automatically subscribed to our mailing list, without having to confirm. Bounces due to envelope email address too long
Hi, When sending out emails through Zoho Campaigns we get lots of bounces claiming that "mailbox name too long". How do I upload a suppression list
On first send using this system I had a lot of bounces. I found this was because there was a suppression list in the old system which had removed these from sending again. How do I upload this list, or do I have to manually remove them?
Send to a segment
Each day we are pushing our new email contacts from Zoho CRM to Zoho Campaigns and we want to send a welcome campaign to those new contacts. What is the best way to send to just that segment. I was thinking that I could go to the Mailing List and click the box next to the contact that I want and then be able to attach to a segment but it does not seem to work that way. Thank you!

Remove Table Boarder - Custom CSS in Template
Is there a way to remove the border around the table? I wish the CSS was editable for the templates. Many users don't want to design an email template from scratch. I'm used to using iContact and have a couple of questions regarding Zoho Campaigns: 1. After someone opts-in, can we control what page they get directed to? We'd like to be able to give them a custom message encouraging them to follow-through on the double opt-in email they'll be getting. 2. Is it possible to turn off double opt-in? 3.
