How to use the "toDate"?
Hi , I used "toDate", but without lucky. It displays that "1970-01-01". Why did it display error date ? Simple Formulas
Since setting up this account everything seems to be great. That is until I try to do a �formula� in the �forms� field. It seems like it should be fairly easy. The instruction area for this seems to be very vague, or I�m real slow. Don�t know which. I�m trying to get two simple fields to do a simple math calculation and not getting anything to work. Bulk edit issue with 0.00
This was working fine until 2 months ago or so. I was using bulk edit to add in multiple fields this value 0.00 When I now try bulk edit and enter 0.00 in field, I got value 0 (just zero, without decimal dot and double zero after). This is making me problem because the formula field is not working anymore. I did have this formula working previously ((Total_Payroll + 1.8 + Payroll_Fee) * Exchange) when I put 0.00 via bulk edit in fields Total_Payroll, Payroll_Fee and Exchange the formula was
Auto fill Form and then auto populate other forms
Hi I have form where for the first call company name and other details are entered. How ever for a follow-up call I want the company field to auto fill and on selection auto populate all the data in rest of the fields and remarks to be appended only. Export Records to Local Computer
I have form that I plan to use where the form will be filled out and a receipt is attached to the record. I know this database will grow fast and I am wondering if there is a way to export the records to a different program that I could store on our company's servers. I know I can export records to excel then upload to different program but the receipt attachment will not be attached anymore. Importing Parent records with Subform record HELP!!
I was hoping someone could explain where I'm going wrong. I have an excel file with 2 tabs relating to parent and subform. 1) "my Parent record" (named exactly the view name) With an added column with the Subform field name with records = 1 2 3 4 etc 2) "my subform record" (" ") with added column with REC ID linking relating to above 1, 2, 3, 4 etc I then go to creator then to the parent view - more settings, import excel with subform data enabled I can see both sheets on the import

I'm pretty new to zoho and deluge scripting. I have tried to do this thing that seems straightforward, but it is not working. I have a membership form and a payments received form. Members pay dues each year. I want two views: one that shows who paid dues for 2012-2013 and one that shows who did not pay dues for 2012-2013. Schedule limit
Hi - I created 10 schedules. Some are form schedules and some are custom schedules (automatic emails). I realized that they suddenly stopped working. I believe that the issue is due the limit. Does the 31 schedule limit refers to number of scheduled that are set up? Or the number of actual occurrences within 24hrs? We run two separate companies, each with their own zoho account and Creator database and want to keep 'walls' between them. Make new CRM Modules with Creator, no Reporting over those modules
I've created 2 new modules to my CRM, Post Sales and Vehicles, to store information about Customer's vehicles and data about fixing those cars. When I tried to create new reports based on those new modules, the reporting interface shows me the standard CRM modules for report construction, by none of my Creator modules. Schedule - Pdf using wrong page orientation
Hi - I created a couple of reports that look good when I exported as pdf. I set them up as landscape . The issue that I have is when I set up a schedule that distribute them via email. Pdfs are sent as portrait and they look odd. Does anybody know how to make Schedule use the correct page settings for pdfs? thanks

Is there such a thing in Creator as a Find & Replace routine. Example: Find all occurrences of "abc" in Column "X" and replace found with "PDQ". I know how to search and find, but for something like the example, I must manually perform the change on individual records, as the Group Edit will make all the exact same and will erase any extra data.

Not getting a working answer to my previous question, I'll ask it in a different way. Is there a way to search for the first letter in a column and get it, plus all that follow ? In other words, how can I search for all the "F"'s in a last name field and get all the last names that begin with an "F". A simple search for just that letter ends up with any name with an "f" anywhere within it. Not just at the beginning.
Report Links Not Deleting
I created a report named test pull in my zoho creator application. I have since deleted the report, yet it is still showing the link on my shortcuts bar when I "access the application". This is understandably distarcting as I am concerned if / when I decide to upgrade to the pay for version that any reports I build and subsequently delete will remain as a choice and clutter my toolbar.
