Hello Everyone, I'm experiencing the following error when using getRecordsbyId. Here is the code, see attachment for error as well. Not sure what the deal is. I would like to check each morning for a form submission due but not yet submitted. I have a list of people who are required to submit a form for today (Monday through Friday) by 9AM the next day. Export to Import cycle destroys Form relationships. What is the recommended teqnique to maintain record IDs and relationships?
When a record is deleted its key ID is also deleted from any related lookup fields. How can we export to excel a record set and reimport? The import will not overwrite existing or update existing records as far as I can tell. So I deleted the records so the import could succeed. Then I find ALL my related forms via a lookup field have been cleared :( If the ID field is not honored on import what is the known work-around to keep the record keys intact on export/import? Using the Migration tool to update records
Hi, I'm trying to use the Migration Tool to update my records, but for some reason it is not working for me. I made a Test application with 4 columns. Emloyeenumber Firstname Lastname Age This application has 4 records. After that i update my excel sheet and add 1 more record and change the age of 1 record. PSA: `input.dropdown.deselect()` breaks your scripts!
Just a fair warning for anyone who's trying to use the `.deselect()` command on a dropdown/radio field in Deluge on the onAdd -> onLoad action : DON'T DO IT. It is very broken, and almost cost us hours of work. What will happen is, you'll have a script error (if I recall, it mentionned GENERATEJS_JS as the culprit) which will prevent you from loading not only the form, but also the script itself if you decide to refresh your script!!! So yeah, don't do it. Zoho devs, please fix it!

Custom action to duplicate a row
I have a custom-billing app with a form with about 50 fields. I need to sometimes duplicate a row, but reverse all numeric fields to be the negative of each value -- essentially if the original line is a billing line then the duplicated line is a refund line. Adding line breaks in Chrome, Firefox, IE, Safari with Rich-Text troubles
Dear ZOHO, The Rich-Text fields gives me a lot of trouble. When I try to use the data of these fields, it depends on the browser whether or not line breaks <br> or </ br> are added to the field. This makes it currently undo able to use the content of this field in html-page views and the like. It seems that depending on the browser, creator adds <br> and/or <DIV> elements to the field or not. Chrome adds <DIV>, Firefox and Safari do not. I cannot tell what IE does because it will not show the RichText

Need help with rule criteria for checkbox
I need help with a rule creation. I have a check box field for yes/no. I then have another field that I want displayed if the check box for yes is checked. I understand that the criteria has to be set as true for yes. but I'm having trouble seeing where and how to set that. Check for duplicates using two fields
Hi, I have a form where I enter different types of products for different countries. So the form has two fields: Country and Product. I would like to make sure that there is only one product entered (no duplicates) for each country. I can't simply set the product field to unique, as this would not allow me to have eg.
